As soon as everything had gone to crap Rose formed metal bladed claws from her fingers like Lady Deathstrike and went into a combat stance.
“We have Madrox dupes heading in our direction! Everyone prepare for battle!” Wardruna shouted as Rockslide, Glass, Armor, Machina and Anole
quickly got back up and prepared for conflict.

“For once I would like things to go in a good direction for us!” Pixie said as she formed her Soul-Dagger. She then saw a Madrox dupe with
yellow energy around him flying towards them at a fast speed. Pixie chanted her teleporting portal spell just in time for the dupe to fly through
it. She opened the other end of the portal in the center of the group of Hounds that were heading in their direction. The Madrox dupe slammed
into a few of the hounds with an orange blast.

“Excellent move Pixie!” Surge said as she sent an electrical blast out at the other Madrox dupes that were heading for them.
“I just hope that I do not hurt the real Jamie!” Noriko said as she could not tell what had happened to the real one when everything went
to Hell.

Sooraya transformed into a huge sand storm and headed towards the Madrox dupes that were heading for them. It looked ominous with
the blue electrical current from Surge flowing through the sandstorm as it impacted the Madrox dupes. The maneuver slowed and took out
a large number of them but many made it through heading right for them.

Vanessa pulled both guns from their holsters and started shooting the Madrox dupe army that surrounded them. Deadpool did the same
as the couple began to fight back to back. “This is crazy as Hell!” She said to Wade as the rest of X-Force were all now fighting the Madrox
dupes. “This reminds me of our first time traveling to Japan together and you pissed off a group of ninja Skrulls!”

Sage was in complete focus as she had a gun in each hand shooting the dupes that surrounded X-Force. “All we can do is hold ground for
now! Only the big telepaths can bring X-Man down at this point! The Madrox dupes are attacking without any tactics!” Sage announced to
her teammates!”

Northstar and his twin sister Aurora flew at a high speed towards the Hounds. Aurora had Daken in her arms as she flew into the Hounds.
They had the advantage with Pixie porting a Madrox dupe into the group causing some damage. Jean-Paul let out a large photon blast into
the group as Aurora dropped Daken into the group. She then followed in his footsteps and sent a photon blast of her own.

“I have a lot of pent up energy to work out with this group! Good luck Remy!” Rogue said as she flew at a high speed with Gambit in her
arms. She then tossed him in the direction of Daken so they could fight together. Once Rogue released her husband she sailed into a tall
reptile Hound with her fist into its face.
“You did not think you were going to have all the fun Surgah!” Rogue called out to Northstar as she continued to slug away at the Hound.

“Holy Crap!” Polaris said as she froze and just looked at her father and could not bring herself to attack him. “Please do not do this!” She said
to him as she felt him change his magnetic field opposite of hers which felt like she was hit by a train.
Everything turned black for a moment and there was a loud ringing in her ears. She opened her eyes and realized she was unconscious for
a few minutes and tasted blood in her mouth. “Son of a bitch.” She muttered to herself as her daughter flew to help her up.
"I don't like this but we can't hold back any longer. We have to end this." She said as her grandfather Magneto crushed in a water tower and tossing the structure at them. Hanna thrust her left hand out stopping the piece of mangled up metal. "Grandfather I hope you will forgive me but i will stop you......We will stop you." She said using the energy around her to pull her mother Polaris in and protecting her so she could recover. |

With Nate's latest move the assembled X-Men found themselves facing not only Nate and his Horseman but two new pieces to the game. X-Mans personal bodyguard and the returned army of Madrox dupes.
For Soulfire she and her sister both knew who they had to pick in this fight.
"Sister please! I know too well what it's like seeing the world's ugliness. I've fought so hard to be a root to my husband's people to make the tree of our union even stronger despite overwhelming odds. But we've come to a point in history where a new chapter has started to be written. Good can come of this world. Please don't erase the progress we've come so far with."
It was then her sister Rainmaker floated up next to her. "Midnight.....I remember you.....You were so young but I remember you little sister. What Nate is promising will bring nothing but pain and suffering. Not just on those left behind but those who are saved. The problem will not just wash away. I beg you....Please help us in this fight. I don't want to....We don't want to strike you....Let us be a family."
Midnight floated away from her charge to face her sisters.
"My sisters....This is not how I wanted this to happen. It pains me to be facing you but I know what Nate is doing is for the better of us all. I don't want to do this but you've left me no choice." She responded as the familiar psionic energy shared by her and her mother erupted around her she thrust her fiery wings out at them.

As much as she loved that Rachel flew over and embraced Kid Cable and wanted to stay and share that moment she saw and felt what
happened with Nate Grey and Legion. So she flew as fast as she could and landed between them. Jean knew that both Nate and David
were two mutants with power that could change reality if they fought one another. She was scared by where all of this could go.
“I am so sorry Nate but I can not allow any of this to continue!” Jean said as she put up a big wall between him and Legion. “This world
with all of its flaws needs to come out of this time without forcing your reality and rule upon it! X-Men prepare for battle!” Jean announced
as her uniform transformed into her astral battle suit.“Jean.. Mother.. Must you keep pushing me? Why you cannot accept that this is what must be? I tried to be the son that you wanted! I tried
to be the one to usher the X-Men and our people to a new age! All of you showed me that we can not do this together! I must do this all by
myself! For mutant kind to evolve we must destroy the past!” Nate Grey responded. “You have forced our hand here, Nate! We tried to talk you out of this! I am sorry it comes to this, I truly am!” Jean said as she suddenly was
hit with a powerful telekinetic blast that would have shattered a mountain. Jean’s force field protected her as she hit the ground so hard it
created a crater and the ground to shake like a mini earthquake. After X-Man knocked Jean out of the way the Horseman of Salvation began to attack the X-Men. The Hounds from the village began running towards
the battle as Nate Grey sent the same mental blast that hit Legion at the same time he grabbed him in his telekinetic field and pulled him into himself
and Nate Grey merged into Legion taking him over. Once they merged he took control of all the personalities and their powers and re-entered Jamie Madrox
Prime and created an army of dupes to join the battle. 
She had been engaged in a battle with some of the Madrox dupes when an explosion shot them in various directions. Elda was left floating in her celestial fiery form.
"ENOUGH OF THIS!" She screamed at Nate. "I will not let you do this. I know who you are Nate and while you may not know me you know what I am and why I am here..You will not tear this family and this universe apart in a misguided view of what the cosmos needs. I don't want this but you've forced me. " She screamed as her massive wings spread out she generated a massive psionic blast at Nate.

Ray was still trying to process everything when all hell broke loose. X-Man took out Jean and Legion, and his Horsemen of Salvation and the Madrox dupes were attacking the X-Men. None of them had really had a chance to breathe since Muir Island, and now they had yet another fight on their hands. As his friends immediately went on the offensive, Raiden stood back and opted to choose his targets.
"Someone watch me!" he shouted as he braced his body with his telekinesis before he shot off the biggest energy blast he could create toward the X-Man controlled Legion form. Ray knew he wasn't as strong as either of them alone, let alone with their powers combined, but he didn't care. He didn't know how long he could keep it up, but Ray did know that they had a better chance of he kept the pressure on.

Nightcrawler and Suprema just barely managed to avoid the Blob thanks to Kurt's teleportation powers, and Kuja came in right after. Knowing that Fred's gravity powers would lock him on to the ground, Tytanic moved fast as he flew down behind him and hoisted him off of the ground and suplexed him so hard that they formed a crater.
Kuja didn't have many interactions with Fred, but he knew enough about his powers to know that he was a danger to anyone who had energy powers or used weapons since he could redirect them to anyone if he intercepted him, so Kuja's plan was to keep him busy. Once both men were back on their feet, they began to trade blows. Tytanic was stronger than Blob, but Blob's physiology made him harder to hurt, so unless someone else got involved, the two of them could go at it forever.

"Well this day just got a hell of a lot worse!" Bennu said to her husband as the two saw what had happened with Legion and Nate as well as the revelation of her new daughter. Their connection did give her a thought as she reached out to her sister Rachel. ("Sis I need your help with this. My newly discovered daughter who's currently Nate's bodyguard was also yours during your time as the Askani Mother. Maybe you can help her see reason in this madness?")
She said telepathically through their link.

Just as JJ mentioned, Guns at the ready? All Hell broke loose and both JJ and Fantomex both started to fire upon the Madrox dupes that
surrounded them both.
“Chere, these are all the same factors that created the Age of Apocalypse reality! Nate Grey and Legion merged into one person is very bad!
I mean really, really bad!” Fantomex said to JJ as he shot a dupe in the chest and kicked another in the side who tried to attack JJ from behind.
She quickly returned the favor by shooting a dupe that tried to attack him from behind at the same time. It was clear how well the two of them
worked together. “Merci JJ!”
