Nate Grey floated above his palace that he created on the Island of Quadra in British Columbia, Canada.
He was in a state of meditation connecting his consciousness to the different energy fields of the earth.
His power level and how to use it has changed and grown since the time he had left the X-Men on his own
quest. When he returned to earth he saw that nothing much had changed and that all life on the planet was
heading towards extinction. It did not matter to him that all mutant kind were beginning a new historic chapter
with Krakoa and all the different possibilities it was going to give birth to. For Nate he saw another future to set
forth with his own Horseman of Salvation.
As he connected to the different energies of the planet he began to tap into the weather and cause multiple storms
from Hurricanes.. Tornadoes.. Earthquakes and other weather attacks on certain targets.. Oil rigs and other operations
that hurt the environment of the earth. He had opened portals from alternate earths that allowed prehistoric dinosaurs
to come through and attack as his army. Nate Grey then sent a telepathic image of himself talking to all of mankind..
(People of the earth.. I am X-Man.. And I bring you a message of peace and love.. But also the truths we have so long
ignored.. At our peril.. Things have never been worse.. We are a world divided.. A people at war both ourselves and with
nature.. Earth is doomed unless drastic measures are taken.. I am those drastic measures.. I am the second coming you
have been waiting for.. Prayed for.. I will reshape this world.. My Horseman of Salvation will travel the whole of the earth
and remake it in my image.. There will be painful days ahead but our reward is great!. Today is the first day and by the
seventh day all will be done.. A new world order of peace in our time!) Nate Grey broadcast mentally to everyone.. After
Nate Grey broadcast to the planet he disappeared into a white cloud of smoke that surrounded him..

Nate loved being in his mothers arms again and having his parents back.. He hated that he had disappointed
them but he did what he thought was right.. And he was right he saved the original X-Men and fixed the time
stream.. His mother was right he did not have to go back to the alternate future right away.. Kid Cable had a
small book that had information of his future travels before he returned to the Askani.. It was written by his
sister, The Mother Askani.
Suddenly a warm light surrounded the three of them and they disappeared..
Kid Cable.. Jean Grey and Cyclops were now standing outside in front of a giant temple with a big statue of
Nate Grey The X-Man.. By instinct Kid Cable pulled his particle pistol from its holster and went into a battle
stance.. “Stab my eyes!. What in the world is that?!”

Cyclops had to take a couple of steps back to get a better look at the temple..
“That my son is a temple created by an alternate you from another universe that came to this dimension and
made it his home.. His earth was destroyed and remade by Apocalypse..” Scott said as his eyes rested on the
statue of Nate Grey holding two children and looking like a Messiah..
“Jean, I think we might have a really big problem here..” Cyclops said as he was really shook by this sudden turn
of events..

“You think?” Jean quickly injected as she looked over at the temple and the statue of Nate Grey and was instantly worried. She then turned
around and saw a small town behind them. Both Cyclops and Kid Cable turned around to see what Jean was looking at.
“The people in the town are the Hounds that Ahab had brought through from his dimension. They are adjusting to their new home as if they
have been here for a while. He has altered their minds to assimilate faster!”
Suddenly Jean swung her head and body back in the direction of Nate’s Temple. “I feel Apocalypse being held prisoner inside the temple! He
knows we are here as if he was expecting us. First thing first I am contacting Karenza and Storm and sending them everything we know." As
Jean telepathically tried to connect to both of them for some reason she was blocked from Storm which surprised her but she connected with
Karenza with no problem and began to send her a telepathic record of everything that had happened to her since they were separated from
New York.

“Apocalypse?!” Kid Cable responded to Jean as he turned towards the temple and pulled one of his
particle pistols from its holster. “Well I guess today I am doing a lot more than I thought!” He said
as he started to walk towards the temple until Cyclops grabbed the side of the arm holding the gun
stopping him. Nathan looked over at Cyclops surprised by his fathers action.
“Apocalypse needs to be put down! Why are you stopping me?”

“Because there is more going on with Apocalypse than we thought. I know that he had put all of us
through hell and we all were his victims in the past. We know a lot more about his motivation and
the past that changes things.” Cyclops said as Kid Cable looked at him confused. “Jean, you are going
to have to show him.” Scott said as Jean connected to Nathan and showed him everything that they
recently learned about Apocalypse and the threat of Amenth to the world and the sacrifice his wife and
children made to save the world. How Apocalypse was trying to make mutants stronger for the battle
that was coming…
“By his culture and the code he adopted from his wife he was trying to make us stronger to fight what
was coming and to rescue the rest of our people, our ancestors.. I do not agree with how he did it but
we need him..” Cyclops said as he started walking towards the temple with Jean and Nathan following
behind him.
As they approached the statue of Nate Grey below the feet, a doorway slowly opened up.. Cyclops and
the others paused for a moment before they entered.. All three of them entered a room where Apocalypse
was crucified to a cross in the shape of an X.. Celestial energy rings surrounded his wrists and ankles..
The energy rings were draining his life force and dampened his mutant abilities.. {You have come to witness my death.} Apocalypse said as they entered his tomb.. {It’s all right, I have seen
and prepared for this day for many centuries.. I was known as the God of the final destruction, the Apocalypse..
It pleased me even though as a boy I wanted to be a Priest of the old ways.. Fate had other plans for me and
I became destruction.. What everyone always forgets is that in destruction comes something new.. My death
will only bring change.. I look forward to what revelation my rebirth will bring.. I grow tired of being the Apocalypse
as my children have grown strong.. They are ready for the war to come.. I am proud of all of you but all of you
have more to learn about yourselves.. You barely scratched the potential of what mutants can do.. With my rebirth I
will show the way!}
 “I am not going to let you die if I have anything to do about it!” Cyclops said as he tried to approach but he slammed
into an invisible field.. Scott stumbled back and then tried to blast the field.. The field was too strong..

“This is much more than just mutants and humans.. It is about the planet and the suffering that all life
is going through.. All your plans for Krakoa and for our people are small compared to what needs to be
done!” Nate Grey said as a fog began to form around everyone..
“I can also create a paradise for our people!” X-Man said as the fog slowly faded and everyone was now
standing in front of a giant temple with a statue of Nate Grey holding two young kids.. As they arrived at
this new destination Nate looked over and saw the pillar under the statue opened up and he knew his parents
were inside talking to Apocalypse..

Kurt was stunned by the sudden fog coming in surrounding them.. It reminded him of how Saber teleports
groups of people without the darkness and coldness that came with his dark smoke.. This was much faster
and kind of disorientating at first with the instant change..
“Where are we?!” Nightcrawler said as he looked over at the temple and statue.. He then looked over behind
him and saw a small town not too far.. The town had an old look to it..

Polaris was taken back by the sudden change of location and did not like seeing a temple and a statue
of Nate Grey.. It frightened Lorna that Nate had seen himself as a Messiah and that he was going to save
the planet by altering it and taking control of it.. She decided to follow Nightcrawler’s lead on this as he
was the top ranking X-Men that was in this group.. Both Storm and Magneto were under Nate’s control..

Kate gave Old Man Logan a smile before she answered.. “Of course you can be a part of the Marauders..
Your experiences and skills will benefit the team..” Kate responded as she held out her hand and they
both shook on it just as the fog quickly rushed in and faded just as fast as it rushed in.. Everyone was
in a new location with X-Man’s temple on one side and a small town on the other side..
“What in the world just happened?!”

As Warren was in Perhsa’s embrace locked in a kiss.. More of himself came into the Archangel persona
and he was able to balance both the Lifeseed and Deathseed that was a part of him now..
“I am back my love!” He said after the kiss and the fog washed in and out and like everyone else they were
in a new location.. Unlike everyone else Warren knew where they were when he saw the temple and statue..
“This is the island of Quadra in British Columbia, Canada!” Archangel said out loud so everyone could hear him..

“Warren is right on the money!” Spouted Logan as he looked around and knew he was in Canada..
He recognized the scenery and could hear the ocean in the distance..
“I have to say Nate picked a beautiful spot to be worshiped!. So when do we get served the kool aid?”
Logan said as he looked over at Cair with concern on his face.. She was the only one he would show
his true feelings to..

"Oh, this day just keeps getting better and better. Better if you like tanks rolling around in your head, I mean," Cair said as she winced for a minute while she listened to Logan. "I'm just praying that fog was not the Kool Aid. I want to keep my wits about me. Nate may mean well, but this doesn't seem like such a hot idea. Even if it is Canada."
Cair looked up at the statue of Nate and shook her head. "I can hear Maggie and Glynis now. Maggie would be screaming about Nate looking like Jesus, and Glynis would wonder what temple Nate uprooted to bring here. My sisters can be batsh!t crazy," she added as she looked around for all the other Howletts and extended family members. "Think we need to do a head count, babe? Before anyone wanders into town there and gets roped into something?"

Wade chuckled in response to Logan and quicklie put his left hand over his heart and began to
sing the anthem to Canada..

Victor sat down on the ground next to Hisako and put his arm around her, “This is a tough day.. This will leave
scars without a doubt.. We have one another to lean on and to get us through.. Somehow together we will get
through this.” Anole said as he tried to comfort Armor as best as he could. Then the fog came and all of them
found themselves in a field between X-Man’s Temple and a town.
