Ray could hardly remember what happened as he dug himself out of the vines and debris. The last thing he saw was that his energy blast had no effect before there was a flash of light and a shockwave. His ears rang a lot, but he did recover enough to hear some stuff about Saber saving them from being sucked into whatever X-Man did. And as much as he didn't talk about it, Ray still remembered the House of M reality, and since X-Man was trying the same, he was glad he was spared. The last time Raiden was in some messed up reality, he was altered into no longer being a mutant. He got lucky that his powers still somehow worked, but he didn't want to risk it. Maybe Scarlet Witch's reality warp is what spared him. "Mom, mom you okay!?" He shouted as he pulled himself from the debris. He had a moment of panic because he didn't see or hear anything, but Claire freed herself from some rubble. I'm fine!" She replied. Ray quickly let out a sigh before he turned and looked, and realized he couldn't see any of his friends. "Vic! Santo! Hisako! Anyone!"
as he took a long deep breath to push back the pain of losing her. He knew that she was not dead and that she was trapped in a pocket dimension. Not
knowing what she was going through in that world bothered him. “This is the worst honeymoon ever! Everly and I were going to hang out naked on a beach
on Krakoa. We were going to grow one of those tree-houses!” He ranted. |

Scott began to wake up to the sound of Kid Cable gently shaking him and calling out to him..
He also felt a soft rain coming down..“Dad, wake up!. You need to wake up! Dad, wake up now!”“What happened?!” Cyclops sat up and brushed the rain from his visor and looked around..
He noticed the temple and town was gone.. Most of all the link he had with Jean was gone..
“Jean?” He spouted out as he tried to stay calm..
and he hated being in such a state. Vulcan pushed himself to stand back up and walk through the vines to get to Cyclops who he could see from
a distance. As he carefully walked he was healing, getting better by the minute. When he got enough strength Vulcan flew over the field and landed
in front of Cyclops and Kid Cable.
“Did we lose Alex?” He said as he began to look around to see if he could see Havok anywhere.
took his Marauder team mates. A lot of X-Men were gone as he searched out who was left behind. He heard Logan and Gambit. He saw EVA flying around
with Fantomex searching for JJ he presumed. Kid Omega was talking with Ray and a few others.
Ghost drifted over to Cyclops, Kid Cable and Vulcan and landed in front of them. “Marauders are gone and so is Storm! I have not seen Havok anywhere so
far.” Genn reported. |

“I saw Havok with Guido not too far back!” Old Man Logan said as he came out of the brush responding to Vulcan. “I have to admit I did
not see that coming!” He said as he walked over to a tree and sat down to escape the rain that Storm had left behind. He fished out a flask
and a cigar from an inside coat pocket. “So we regroup and go to Krakoa and then figure out our next move?”

Guido saw Monet vanish in the light and Jamie Madrox drop to the ground before the light tried to get him. When he woke up he rushed
over and scooped Jamie up in his arms. “Oh Jamie, I hope you are okay my friend!” Guido said as Jamie looked pale but he was breathing
and had a strong pulse. Strong Guy moved through the vines towards Cyclops' position.
to see him. “Looks like X-Man took Monet and maybe Siryn! At least I saw Theresa heading our way when X-Man did his thing! How's Jamie doing?” Alex
said as he walked over and checked Madrox out. “He does not look too good!” |

“Wade, can you hear me? Are you awake?” Vanessa crouched down to the ground where she found Deadpool. She reached over and
pulled his mask off. When she did he snapped awake and sat up.
“Babe, this day is getting stranger by the minute!”
surveyed the area around him. Seeing that everyone was making their way to where Cyclops was
positioned. It was at that moment Wade saw Kid Cable for the first time.
“Holy crap on a stick!. That is what Cable looked like as a teen? Part of me wants to smack him
around for killing the old man.. But he is the old man.. Or he will be the old man.. All of this makes
my head hurt. Or should I smack him around and then after introducing myself as his best friend
possibly maybe? This is a very strange day and I just want it to stop!” |

Logan caught the scent of Cair on the wind. The problem that he was facing was the shifting wind
and rain as he moved through the thickness of the vines. (SNIKT!!) He popped his claws and began
to slash his way through the brush until he saw her on the ground unconscious. He quickly dropped
to his knees and scooped her up into his arms..
“Wake up Darlin!” He said as her eyes began to open. “You're safe, I have you..” He said as he helped
Cair sit up. “X-Man tried to take us into a pocket universe with him but Saber stopped him from taking
all of us.. I think Seth.. Gabby and Laura were taken.. Nate will not harm them but they are trapped in
a universe of his creation.” Logan explained as he felt Jean’s thoughts before they were transported away..
He knew that Cyclops and a few others heard her as well..

Daken quickly got up on his feet when awakened.. He heard his father calling out for Cair and
Gambit calling out for Rogue.. The vines were so tall that it was hard to see anything.. Akihiro
caught the scent of Aurora despite the strong smell of precipitation and started to track the scent
until he found her lying face down on the ground. Akihiro quickly scooped her up in his arms and
started to walk in the direction of his fathers voice.
and formed a smile when he looked down at her. “You are one handsome man!” She said as he put her back on her feet. She could not help herself
but give him a kiss. Daken kissed her right back before they both looked down and saw Logan. It was at that very second it became apparent something
was different.
“I can not feel Jean-Paul!” She said in a panic with the loss of her psychic connection to her twin brother Northstar.
stop me from crossing.. I felt or saw something like a world like this for a moment.. Your brother is trapped
in that world as well as Gabby.. Seth and Laura!” Daken explained as best as he could.. Aurora melted back
into his arms and he held her tightly.. I know he would not harm any of them!” He reassured her as best as

Sage sat up from the ground and took a moment to process her last memories of what had happened with her computer like rain.
She figured out what had happened from all the data her mind collected. Nate Grey did not change this reality like he had threatened.
He created a pocket dimension and tried to take them but something stopped the whole process. Karenza, Saber or another magic user
could have done it. She then picked herself up and could see Cyclops and Kid Cable in the distance and started to move through the brush
to get to them.
“Good to see you Sage I was not sure if you were ported away like the others.. Angelica was taken
and I am sure Beast went too.. Once we regroup with Cyclops we can figure out what our next move
should be..” Conor conveyed to Sage as they both continued their way through the brush to get to Cyclops.. |

It was the loud boom sound of thunder that woke Gambit up and made him leap up to his feet
with his battle staff ready.. He was very confused as the last thing he remembered was fighting
a couple of Hounds.. Off in the distance he saw Kid Cable helping Cyclops to his feet.. He could
hear Logan calling out for Cair..
“ROGUE!!?” He began to call out for his wife who was missing from his site.. Even though he was
confused he began moving through the vines looking for her..
“What happened, Remy?” Rogue asked Gambit as he ran to her moving through the vines as if it was a maze. The last thing Rogue remembered
was fighting a bear like Hound and then a bright flash of light.
said as he grabbed a hold of Rogue’s arm and pulled her up into his arms.. “I feel so blessed that you are
still here.. Chere!” He said as Rogue smiled.. “We should get to Cyclops and regroup before something else
goes wrong..”
Rogue moved to the side and put her arm around Gambit and took to the air and flew in the direction of Cyclops.. |

“Mom, wake up!” Hope called out to Karenza as she found her through the field of vines. Kari
opened her eyes to see Hope on her knees on the ground looking down on her.. She was using
her hand to shield the rain from her mothers face..
“It was Nate Grey! He tried to take us into a pocket dimension that he created but Saber kept
him from taking us all! I felt it as it was happening.. I almost went through and I saw Citian
disappear into the light!” "Hope!" Kari shouted as she held here daughter tightly. "Thank you. From me and your Dad," she said as she placed Hope's hand on the Witchblade. "Nate is so broken, and this just made it worse," were the only words Kari got out before she realized what Hope had said about Citian. "Citian and Bethany...and Thom...missing" Kari looked around and saw her sister Roz being helped to her feet by Kendra, and other team members were searching for the injured around them. Then she heard Logan calling for Cair. "Oh no. No. No one is going through this again. Hope, do you see Seth? Gabby? Jason?" "Mom! Hope!" Scarlett shouted as she ran over. "Oh God. I thought I lost you, too. Niamh and Jay vanished! And I don't see Auntie Ryn or Auntie Hayley."
"What happened to Magneto and the other Horsemen who weren't freed?" Kari asked as she lifted into the air to get a better view. "Ororo? Warren?" Kari looked down toward Saber and knew a lot of unanswered things needed to be addressed, but right now was not the time to start that. She flew down next to him and took a deep breath. "How hard did that hit you? Are you OK?"
Saber was.. “I tried to stop it but I was too late!. Betsy is gone.. I was too late!” He repeated..
I need to fix this somehow!. I felt him construct a world with his mind.. He created a pocket
dimension.. I need to get them back!” Saber said as he tried to pull himself together.. |

{Danger!.. Danger!.. Danger!} A synthetic voice repeated over and over in Alexander's head until
he became fully conscious and sat up and looked around the tall vines that surrounded him.. The
robotic voice was the A.I. known as The Professor that was on board Cable’s space station Graymalkin
Two.. Cable had connected Major X to the station before The weddings at X- Atlantis..
“Professor! Danger report review!” Alexander said as he carefully stood up from the ground.
{An Orchis fleet of four sentinels and two scout crafts are about twenty minutes out from your location!..
I already blocked satellite scans of your position.}
“Good!. Notify me if something has changed!” Major X then examined the area around him and saw that
there were some possible trails that he could use.. “Bodyslide Mother-Board!” Alexander called out a futuristic
Motorcycle that looked like something from Akira that matched his armor ported in front of him. The Major
got on and began to ride the motorcycle carefully through the open trail like areas of the vine until he saw
Hope and Scarlet.. He looked over and saw Karenza comforting Saber.. Under the circumstances he felt like
his place was by her side..
“We are going to have to move!.. Orchis has a small fleet twenty minutes out!” He announced..

"Auntie Roz, I see Karma, so you just let me help you get to your feet," Kendra started to say as Roslea got to her feet and hugged her niece.
"Poppet, you go to your man, and I shall go to my lady," Roz said as she pulled a packet from her pouch. "Contact healing potion. One touch will start the healing process. Not as good as Henry's spray gizmo, I'm sure, but sometimes old school still works. And I am not sure if what Nate Grey did makes technology go all woo woo."
"You, auntie, are a rock star," Kendra said as she ran to Jono. "Babe! are you OK? I am not losing you again!"
Kendra, who was not usually prone to huge displays of fear or grief, started to cry as she held onto Chamber. "Sorry to be all water works right now, but that scared the hell out of me. Did you get hurt? Aunt Roz gave me mystic fixer upper to use as needed."
emotions of how much he loved her in his mental connection..
(No injuries but this has shaken me a bit!. How are you doing?) He asked as Karma ran past them
into Roslea’s arms.. (I bloody much hate situations that I have no control over.. First turned into a
sodding Hound and now most of our people are snatched by X-Man..) |

“Roslea!” Karma shouted as she ran into her arms and gave her a big kiss..
“I was so worried you got snatched like Sam, Roberto and Jimmy!” Xi’an said as she saw the light
swallow them into X-Man’s world.. Karma was a bit freaked out and doing her best to stay in control
of herself..

Dani felt devastated that she could not talk Nate down and that part of her team was missing..
Most of all she could not stop thinking of Rahne and how much she wanted to kill every person
that was a part of Orchis.. She hated that she carried such malice in her heart.. There was
something else that was going on with her that she did not understand.. She felt like part of her
essence went to the other world with the others.. Dani did not feel like her complete self..
“We should make our way to Cyclops!” Mirage called out to the rest of her teammates..

Both Mystique and Axl came out of the brush and stood before Cyclops..
“Axl and I did a sweep of the area and there is no one in the area that poses a threat to us!”
Mystique reported as she walked over to the closest tree to get out of the rain..
“We will have to move sooner than later.. Orchis would be looking for us and with all this strange
activity on this island is going to be an investigation point for Orchis and for the local military!”
