him.. It was better for him to just ignore the crazy Summers brother as best as he could..

A psychic astral projection of Emma Frost appeared in front of Cyclops that everyone could see..

Sammy quickly made his way to where Cyclops was. He saw that his grandparents Rogue and Gambit were still there but she couldn't feel the connection with his mother anymore. He tried to keep himself under composure but with his father gone and now losing his mother as well he had some pent up emotion. There was a nearby large rock which he went over and with all his force smashed it into dust. He then went back over to where Cyclops and the rest were starting to mobilize a few looked over with concerned looks but he simply nodded to them.
"I'm ok...."

Both Mystique and Axl came out of the brush and stood before Cyclops..
“Axl and I did a sweep of the area and there is no one in the area that poses a threat to us!”
Mystique reported as she walked over to the closest tree to get out of the rain..
“We will have to move sooner than later.. Orchis would be looking for us and with all this strange
activity on this island is going to be an investigation point for Orchis and for the local military!”
"After X-Man did what he did I felt the large metallic energy signature heading this way. They were using masking abilities but after our initial contact with Orchis I know what to watch for." Magnetrix kept a focused face but she was still worried for her mother who was nowhere to be found."
"If we don't move soon we may not have the option to regroup." |

"Hope!" Kari shouted as she held here daughter tightly. "Thank you. From me and your Dad," she said as she placed Hope's hand on the Witchblade. "Nate is so broken, and this just made it worse," were the only words Kari got out before she realized what Hope had said about Citian. "Citian and Bethany...and Thom...missing" Kari looked around and saw her sister Roz being helped to her feet by Kendra, and other team members were searching for the injured around them. Then she heard Logan calling for Cair. "Oh no. No. No one is going through this again. Hope, do you see Seth? Gabby? Jason?" "Mom! Hope!" Scarlett shouted as she ran over. "Oh God. I thought I lost you, too. Niamh and Jay vanished! And I don't see Auntie Ryn or Auntie Hayley."
"What happened to Magneto and the other Horsemen who weren't freed?" Kari asked as she lifted into the air to get a better view. "Ororo? Warren?" Kari looked down toward Saber and knew a lot of unanswered things needed to be addressed, but right now was not the time to start that. She flew down next to him and took a deep breath. "How hard did that hit you? Are you OK?"
Saber was.. “I tried to stop it but I was too late!. Betsy is gone.. I was too late!” He repeated..
I need to fix this somehow!. I felt him construct a world with his mind.. He created a pocket
dimension.. I need to get them back!” Saber said as he tried to pull himself together..Mom.
In this whole rotten scenario, hearing that word from Saber meant the world to Kari.
She wrapped her arms more tightly around her son as she tried to process everything everyone was feeling and saying at the moment. She wanted to alternately give Nate Grey a piece of her mind and to help him fight his demons. Getting everyone back should have been the first order of business, but Major X's update on the Orchis troops scotched that plan. Then Emma's telepathic arrival made the whole scope of the situation come into focus.
"We will get them all back, Saber. You single-handedly saved everyone still standing here. Never doubt your power. Ever," Kari said as she released her hug and helped Saber get centered. "And praise the Lord and Lady we have someone here who knows a bit about pocket dimensions," she added as she looked at Dante and Sydney. "First we need to get out of here, then we will figure out where Nate went and get everyone back."
As Kari looked at those still there, she mulled over what Dante asked Sydney, and perhaps it was time to call on the old terms once more. "Tha sinn Witchbreed. Is Witchbreed muid."
"Oh no!" Sydney shouted. "You keep that whaoo Witchbreed nonsense to yourself! And I don't care if you say it in Scottish Gaelic or Irish or pig Latin."
"We are not like Stephen Strange and you know it. We are as mutant as anyone here, Sydney. It's time to embrace it," Kari added as she glanced toward Emma's projection.
"Wait. Emma, are my kids OK? Is Rose there?" Piper said as she ran up to the hovering image of Emma.
"Piper, Emma wasn't where the children were," Kari said quietly as she reached down her telepathic link to find her non-mutant friend Carrie Carlyle had become the most unlikely of babysitters. "Piper, your kids are fine," Kari said as she showed Piper what she had seen. "We will get everyone back. But first we need to get to safety. And I am not thrilled with the idea of leading those bastards straight back home. It may be time to start using multiple gateways. Think like hackers to avoid detection."

“I am right here Surgah!” Rogue called out in response as she stood up from the ground and brushed off some of the leaves from her hair.
“What happened, Remy?” Rogue asked Gambit as he ran to her moving through the vines as if it was a maze. The last thing Rogue remembered
was fighting a bear like Hound and then a bright flash of light.
said as he grabbed a hold of Rogue’s arm and pulled her up into his arms.. “I feel so blessed that you are
still here.. Chere!” He said as Rogue smiled.. “We should get to Cyclops and regroup before something else
goes wrong..”
Rogue moved to the side and put her arm around Gambit and took to the air and flew in the direction of Cyclops..
saw everyone heading for where Cyclops was. In no time they reached where Cyclops was and she landed close to where Emma’s astral ghost was.
Rogue and Gambit both heard Emma’s message. Rogue then walked over and put her hand on Armure’s shoulder.
“Yana and Duskk will bring your dad home Sammy! I have no doubt about that and Nate is not going to hurt your mother. She is existing in whatever
world Nate has cooped up in his mind. We will figure a way to her and our people home I promise!” Rogue said as she gave her huge grandson a hug.
This was important to Rogue because Gambit and her came to a conclusion about their lives that they were not going to have any children. So Sammy
and his mother were the only family that they would have in this world. It was a gift from the universe in the way. She then turned to Mystique and gave
her a loving smile. Despite the ups and downs both Mystique and Destiny were her parents and she loved them both. |

Sage sat up from the ground and took a moment to process her last memories of what had happened with her computer like rain.
She figured out what had happened from all the data her mind collected. Nate Grey did not change this reality like he had threatened.
He created a pocket dimension and tried to take them but something stopped the whole process. Karenza, Saber or another magic user
could have done it. She then picked herself up and could see Cyclops and Kid Cable in the distance and started to move through the brush
to get to them.
“Good to see you Sage I was not sure if you were ported away like the others.. Angelica was taken
and I am sure Beast went too.. Once we regroup with Cyclops we can figure out what our next move
should be..” Conor conveyed to Sage as they both continued their way through the brush to get to Cyclops..
where we can go for a temporary base during this crisis.” Sage said as she saw a smile on Dragonfly’s face. Tessa knew like Cable that Conor has top
of the line safe houses all over the planet. He also had the same tech that was passed down to him from Cable. |

Diana woke up covered in vines. She was not as confused as the others as she felt her mother Jean and X-Man pull into a pocket dimension.
She felt his power of creating a world from his mind. It was frightening and magnificent at the same time. She was trying not to freak out as
she also felt Kurt pulled into the other world. She stood up and her psychic connection to her brother Jason and started to move through the
vines and look for him. Tracking him down telepathically. It took her a while but she found him unconscious.
(Jason wake up!) Suprema called out to him telepathically as she rushed over to him.
that his sword The White Wolf was missing. DireWolf held out his right hand and thought about his sword. The sword flew out of the brush and back
to his hand.
“I think Gabby and Seth went into the light!” Jason said as he looked around and tried to catch their scent.

“Wade, can you hear me? Are you awake?” Vanessa crouched down to the ground where she found Deadpool. She reached over and
pulled his mask off. When she did he snapped awake and sat up.
“Babe, this day is getting stranger by the minute!”
surveyed the area around him. Seeing that everyone was making their way to where Cyclops was
positioned. It was at that moment Wade saw Kid Cable for the first time.
“Holy crap on a stick!. That is what Cable looked like as a teen? Part of me wants to smack him
around for killing the old man.. But he is the old man.. Or he will be the old man.. All of this makes
my head hurt. Or should I smack him around and then after introducing myself as his best friend
possibly maybe? This is a very strange day and I just want it to stop!”
“I would keep it chill on the teen Cable thing. Although it is creepy as hell to see the old man as a teenager. He almost looks the same except
for the hippie beads. It must connect to that future religion spiritual stuff he is a part of. All of this is just wild!” |

Guido saw Monet vanish in the light and Jamie Madrox drop to the ground before the light tried to get him. When he woke up he rushed
over and scooped Jamie up in his arms. “Oh Jamie, I hope you are okay my friend!” Guido said as Jamie looked pale but he was breathing
and had a strong pulse. Strong Guy moved through the vines towards Cyclops' position.

Jeanne-Marie opened her eyes and saw and felt Daken carrying her in his arms in the rain. “I love being in your arms Akihiro!” She said to him
and formed a smile when he looked down at her. “You are one handsome man!” She said as he put her back on her feet. She could not help herself
but give him a kiss. Daken kissed her right back before they both looked down and saw Logan. It was at that very second it became apparent something
was different.
“I can not feel Jean-Paul!” She said in a panic with the loss of her psychic connection to her twin brother Northstar.

Genn was glad to see that the others were beginning to show up. He was concerned when he was hearing they would have to move
on soon. It made since this area was a hot spot of strange activity and would draw attention from the Canadian government and Orchis.
Ghost was also trying to deal with his feelings with Storm and his Marauder team gone. For the moment he was going to wait and see
what the next move was going to be.

“Well this is shaping out to be a good counter team against Orchis. I do not know how we can get our missing people back but we can
gather information and counter attack Ahab’s fraction of Orchis! We need some old fashioned pay back!” Old Man Logan spoke up from
the tree he was sitting under to keep out of the rain.
