“I can feel his power growing!” Saber said as the ground began to shake and suddenly
everyone inside the shadow dimension began to fall through the shadow sphere.. Saber
and everyone landed in front of the Muir facility joining everyone else on the battlefield..
“Elisabeth!” Saber shouted to his wife as he tried to run to her but the shadow spiders
began to swarm him..
Up above the shadow sphere began to transform into a black cloud and started to rain.. The
sky began to change to a bright red..
(Farouk is expanding the shadow dimension around the whole island!) Saber telepathically sent
out to everyone that could hear him mentally..

“I can feel the darkness in the land!” Rictor called out as he sent a vibration blast at the shadow
spiders that were attacking Saber and raced to join him in the fight.. He was not alone as Betsy a
nd Brian both joined him in the rescue of Saber..
Rictor tried to have the stones rise up from the ground and smash into the spiders but the stones
began to form into a humanoid form and began to attack Saber and the Braddock’s..

"I can't see Hisako's exo-skeleton," Curran said as he looked over at Ray and then back to Cass. "She tried to get to Naomi, but I lost her once these Hulk guys showed up."
Curran was pissed that his TK was being fluky, and he must have gotten so self-absorbed that he wasn't paying as much attention to his teammates as he should have. {{Focus}} he said to himself as he tried to find where Hisako might have been on the battlefield. {{Hisako where are you?}} Curran thought as he kept pushing himself to find her psionically. {{Cass, I might need a boost}} he said in his link to his sister before he started to focus on an area where he thought he last saw Armor fighting.
"Ray, we should check those rocks back there," Curran said before he dodged another one of the human Sentinels. "Once we get rid of these losers," he growled as he used his pulse rifle to take out the Sentinel. "I vote to shut this damned place down forever when this is over. Nobody needs to come to Muir ever again!"
sentinel that charged Curran while fighting another.. Gambit grabbed a handful of stones from the ground
and charged them and threw them at the sentinel while doing a back flip..
“Fire in the hole!” He shouted as the sentinel exploded..
“We should back track and try to find Hisako!.. She may need us!” Gambit called out to Curran and Ray while
scooping up another handful of stones.. |

"Thanks," Ray said to Omnia after she healed him. He always had a habit of avoiding healers and instead just relied on his healing factor most of the time. That always ended up with someone like Elixir or one of the other magic users coming along to heal him at the last minute, but he had to admit that being healed early felt nice. When she handed over the sword, he didn't hesitate to take it and quickly pulled it from its sheathe. It was much lighter than his Katana's and looked similar enough that it wouldn't take long for him to get used to it, but he didn't know if that was because that's how it always was or if the magic in it adapted to what he was used to. "I appreciate it."Raiden attached the sword and sheath across his waist and lower back. He didn't plan on giving it a name yet. He didn't know much about Omnia past what he learned recently about her connection to Apocalypse at the wedding, but he wasn't sure if trusted that completely. Afterward, he grabbed the bag tossed to him by Cybernary before fishing out one of Deadpool's knives to complement the new sword, and an explosive device. He could make stuff explode with his own powers, but having an extra bomb wouldn't hurt. "Don't need much else here, thanks," He said to Cass before tossing the bag back. In the process, he noticed that Armor's red glow was nowhere in sight. "Where's Hisako?"
“Now that we have our place and everything is settled on the island. Gallion and I are going to Muir to join the fight. Thank you Paige for watching
my little man.” Jubilee kissed Shogo on the forehead and took Revolver’s hand and headed towards Pixie.
“Okay Pix we are ready!” Jubilee called out as Pixie opened a portal and they both jumped through.
Jubilee and Revolver leaped out of Pixie’s portal and landed beside Ray and looked all around at the chaos. “Hay Ray, what’s cooking?!” Jubilee said as
she sent out a dozen firecrackers at full power causing a massive explosion at the Sentinels and Orchis soldiers. Surprisingly the fireworks and the multi
colored lights scared the shadow spiders making them retreat from the area they were in.
next to Jubilee.. His hair shifted into his helmet..
“What in the hell is going on here!?” Spouted Revolver as he watched the sky turn red with black
clouds above them.. The sentinels began to transform as the purple color turned black with spikes
all across the body and arms.. The sentinel's face began to take the form of a spider.. Also arachnid-
like legs popped out of their backs..
“What kind of black magic is this!?” Gallion shouted as he leaped out and began to attack one as it
headed right for him. |

“Darkest of magic!. My swords are quivering in my hands because it’s everywhere!” Kylun
responded as he sliced one of the transformed sentinels across the chest and red fire poured
out of the chest with red smoke..
“These things are not machines anymore!.. They are something demonic!” Kylun shouted a
response before unleashing another sonic scream..

Logan’s slashed one of the shadow sentinels across the chest.. When his claws came out they
were glowing from the heat that came out of the demonic machine.. It did not stop him as he
continued slashing it with his other claw..
“These things are much harder to put down!” He called out to his wife and son who were both
taking down a Hulked out soldier together..
Wolverine kept moving as he was more agile and faster than the shadow sentinel.. He dropped
down in a roll and came up from behind and slashed across the back causing more flames to
come pouring out the machine..
“I know what this is!.. It’s Hell fire!”

Both Everly and Quentin landed on the ground close to Logan and his family..
“Amahl Farouk has expanded his shadow dimension around the island!. He wants to take all of us on!”
Everly announced as she reached into her body and grabbed a star and pulled it out and shifted into
a sword..
Cosmos leaped into battle with Kid Omega to aid Logan and his family who were holding their own..
“The shadow dimension is transforming the sentinels into its power!” Everly explained as she cut a
demonic sentinel in half with her star sword..

“It’s good to see you back in action, Everly!” Psylocke called out to Cosmos as she used her
telekinesis to grab a shadow sentinel and pulled it in front of her as a shield from another
shadow sentinel.. The other transformed sentinel unleashed hellfire from its palms onto the
one Kwannon was using as a shield.. The hellfire did no damage to it so Psylocke sent the
shadow sentinel that she was using as a shield into it as hard as she could..
“Everly is right!.. Farouk has brought his influence upon the island and the Orchis forces!”

Omnia threw a dagger that was aided by the wind to hit one of the Hulked soldiers in the head..
At the same time she spun around and cut a shadow sentinel in half..
(Meggan, how are you doing my old friend?) Omnia said telepathically to Gloriana.. Omnia cared
a lot for Meggan who was her close friend who both bonded over being fairies with the mutant gene
or Witchbreed as they were called by their people..
(Do not let the Shadow King take your mind my friend.. He is powerful!)

A dark portal opened above the Muir Science Facility and Amahl Farouk crawled out with a
wicked smile on his face..
“Oh welcome to my show, old friends of mine.. We always find ourselves on this island as if it
is destiny that we do this dance time and time again.. My web is forever expanding and this
island still has my residue from the last dance..”
As Farouk spoke more shadow spiders crawled out of the black portal behind him.. The Orchis
soldiers and sentinel both continued to transform into demonic spider versions.. The human
soldiers also had spider legs come out of their backs.. Their eyes turned red and eight eyes all
together appeared on their faces.. The transformation was painful as the soldiers screamed out
in pain.. The shadow sentinels evolved more into huge black metal spiders with spikes across
the body..

ON THE HOVER CARRIER...
A loud explosion could be heard all through the carrier as whole thing shook hard.. Trinary
braced herself against the wall..
“Cyclops the hover carrier has suffered extreme structure damage to the center of the ship!..
Engines three and four will shut down roughly in three minutes and then the carrier will begin
to descend to the ground!” Trinary called out to the leader of the X-Men..
“Thirty percent of the data that was stolen from Muir was not recovered!.. I tried my best!”

“Thank you for trying Trinary!.. And thanks for the intel!” Cyclops responded to Trinary just as
a robotic voice sounded off over the intercom for all personnel to head to the escape pods and
began to count down the three minutes before the engines three and four were to shut down..
“Change of plans!.. Rhiannon I need you to get everyone off the carrier before it goes down!..
Ghost, do you think you can phase three or four people and float us down when the carrier goes
down?.. I am sure most everyone still inside is able to survive this if they are clear of the carrier..
I want to make sure this happens.. Are you able to help me?”

area like this!” Cain responded to Dana as he held part of the ceiling with both hands from collapsing..
“This thing is a bust!.. We need to get the fuck out of here while we still can!. Don’t worry about Sarah
and I.. We can get out of this and by chance we get stuck. We are invulnerable enough to survive!”
Juggernaut looked over at his wife and gave a wink..

“Storm take Forge and get out of here!.. Cain is right and I will make sure Dana and everyone
else gets off the carrier in time!” Jean said to Ororo as she used her telekinesis to hold the bay
together with Juggernaut’s help.. At that moment they could hear the robotic voice come over
the intercom about the carrier personnel to find the escape pods with three minutes before the
back engines shut down..

“I wonder what kind of chaos we are capable of doing today.. Farouk is keeping everyone busy
below.. He has taken control of the island and soon he will gobble up all your friends.. I can not
wait to see how this day ends..” Nova laughs..
