The wind coming off of the ocean was refreshing. She could not believe her eyes as she studied the massive diamond that was shaped into her palace. It sparkled in the sun which brought a smile on Emma’s face.

“Holy cow!” Bobby said when he walked out of the portal with Poltergeist right behind Emma Frost.
“I have never seen anything like this before and I have been to space and other dimensions. This is so wild I can not believe that we live here now!”
Iceman just stood and took in the scenery.

Captain Carter and Agent Coulson had been asked by some of the various members to join them for a little bit as they crossed through into The Hellfire Bay. The Captain was still very confused as to what she was doing there but didn't turn down the invitation.
"Any ideas on what we are doing here Agent Coulson?" She asked.

“That is a very good question! Why are these humans here and this should be a security concern!” Exodus spoke up after Carter as it was clear that he
was not happy that they were at Hellfire Bay.
“I think it would be wise if you go back to the bonfire and enjoy the festivities of our people. This is an eternal security issue!”

“No disrespect Exodus this is the Hellfire Bay and The Hellfire will decide who or who should not be here! So relax and take a step back!” Bishop said
as both Lazuli and him walked in between Exodus and Captain Carter and Coulson. Bishop looked over at both Kate and Emma as they made their
approach.
“How should we proceed?” He asked them.

"I would like to say something. " A voice said as the Gold Queen and her Gold Bishop Rain were next out of the portal. Claire walked out first just to hear what was going on.
"I'm just one person but I do speak both for my court and as a once time displaced person myself. When we came here the decision was rendered . If you are here? You are a citizen of Krakoa. Captain Carter was just as much of a refugee as I and so many others when I came here. She's fought to protect mutants as much as anyone else and in fact when she became Captain Carter did she not lose the human condition the second the serum mutated her body?
As for Agent Coulson? He's done more to help keep our people safe then most realize. He's been one of our strongest allies to keep the intelligence agencies from going after our people before Krakoa and how I see it? He's earned his place here. As far as my opinion goes? As the Gold Queen of The Hellfire? They deserve to be here. " She finished as Rain kissed her on the cheek. |

Coulson actually understood all too well why Exodus questioned his presence there, and that of Captain Carter as well. Most in the baseline human community had been less than kind to mutants and mystics alike over the years.
The CIA agent nodded to the Gold Queen before speaking to the group around him and the captain. "I thank you for your gracious words. And I understand why my presence here is less than welcome, Exodus. I was chosen to be a liaison between the CIA and your nation. I will not call it new because you should always have had that designation. If there is something here that we are not to be included on, then we can gladly rejoin the festivities, but I know the captain will be staying once I head off. There will be others in the intelligence community that will question all of this. I could likely give you names right now if you wanted me to do so. I would rather be on the right side in this situation. The side that actually tries to be a bit more open to change. I'm sure my words will knock Pete Wisdom on his backside, but I owe my life to one of your associates, and I am not about to simply forget that debt."
Coulson then looked at Carter and checked to see if any of Karenza's family was roaming around here.
"The Captain will probably be staying with Karenza and her family when all is done and dusted," Coulson added as he looked over at Emma's diamond palace. "But I have no idea where that might be. Maybe the good Captain Sparrow and his friend Rose can help there?"

"I was stunned by the beauty that is Emma's palace," Jack replied as he looked at Coulson, "and I am likely a bit drunk on rum, but I would guess Kari and Nathan are going to bring that temple place of theirs to the island. Somewhere. It had a lot of room, so I am betting the good captain will be able to find rooms there. Rose, your sister did say something about that temple, right? Or is that the rum? Where is Cormac when you need him?"
"I'm here," Cormac grunted as he finally made it through the portal. "My apologies for not walking you two through," he said to Carter and Coulson. "My family," he said as he looked toward Rose, "my family has been discussing our part in the whole disaster with Apocalypse back in the day. Rose was lucky enough to be with Jack and wasn't pulled into that quagmire today. Again, I'm sorry I was delayed."
"I'm glad your brother did not make a liar out of me," Jack whispered to Rose as he watched what was going on around Carter and Coulson. "Wait. That temple?"
"Yes, Kari and Nathan are bringing the temple to the island," Cormac said as he shook his head. "I have no idea how, but they are."

We have an anti mutant force that goes by the name of Orchis occupying the island.. Cable and Karenza
and other X-Men are engaged..” Emma explained.. |

Paris turned and faced both Carter and Coulson..
“I offer both of you my apologies.. My concern is for this newly created nation of ours and how
vulnerable we are as we assemble ourselves..” Exodus said in the most respectful tone he could
summon up.
He then turned to Emma.. “I also offer my apologies to you Miss Frost.. I did not mean no disrespect..
I take my responsibility as one of the council members for Krakoa seriously.. This is everything I had
worked for a long time.”

not just for myself.. I also speak on behalf of Krakoa..” Cypher responded to Exodus before addressing
everyone else..
“I wish that I could give you a tour of the palace but unfortunately we have a crisis to deal with so please
follow me to the war room.. Sage will connect with us with more information on the situation from her station
at the X-Force hidden base known as The Point..” Doug continued as he led the way down a long diamond like
hallway..

Kate slipped her arm around Sam’s arm as they walked down the hallway.. Kate was looking all
around amazed how everything was made of diamond.. The lights in the ceiling above made the
hallway sparkle in a way that it felt like they were another world..
“I wonder what the Red Keep looks like..” Kate said to Sam as the doors at the end of the hallway
automatically open up for them to enter..
The inside of the war room had a large crescent moon table that was positioned before a small pool
of water that was located at the front of the room..
Kate hurried over to the table to see that it was a control panel or a computer system made from the
island.. Living organic computer made from minerals.. Plant vines and crystals..
“This is amazing!.. Krakoa technology!” She spouted out with excitement..

“This is organic technology which I had never thought was possible!” Poltergeist said as he

Lazuli was just as amazed as everyone else with the palace and the organic technology but her thoughts
were of her mother who was a part of the group of X-Men fighting on Muir.
“I will feel a lot better when we get some information on the situation on Muir.” She said to Bishop.

Magneto was walking behind everyone down the hallway when a strange feeling came over him..
He felt like someone was behind him so he turned around and saw a man in robes with long hair..
It took him a moment to recognize him..
“Nate Grey.. is that you?”
