Citian forged two magic swords with the blades turning into mystical light that does not harm the human
body but causes the neural system causing the person to go into a seizure or other neural damages
depending where in the body the blades go through.. This happens by Citian's will of thought.. Normally
the swords are normal with the blades made of vibranium which allows him to absorb kinetic energy and
release it into a blast.. The Swords attach at the hilt to create a double sword..

Using Magick and technology Citian created his uniform..
The soft armor is like Kevlar armor so Citian can move with ease..
The technology in his uniform is made from magick and Shi'ar alien
technology.. The uniform can look like a cloak or white armor..

Citian was a student of the mystic craft from a young child from his mother Karenza..
He has become very powerful in his mystical skills but still learning.. He has a book
of shadows that was a gift to his mother from the Sorcerer Merlin..
