Illyana took off her boots and sat down on her bunk and then crossed her legs. She was planning on an astral project herself to the
Geneingneer base in Genosha that the Professor and Magneto had made into a base many years ago. She concentrated on the image
she saw on the holographic map that Warlock had shown them and her last memory of being on Genosha as her center point. Magik
relaxed and controlled her breathing until she floated out of her body.
Illyana’s astral form was pulled up into the atmosphere very quickly. As she looked down she saw the earth rotating quickly and she drifted
to Genosha. Once Genosha was under her she dropped down into the Geneingeer base. She stood in the center of the base and noticed
how dark it was. Magik was still able to see in her astral form. She floated around the base and saw no danger or traps. She did several
rounds before returning to her body and went to sleep.
