This is a returning character, but his app died ages ago, so I need to get my head wrapped around this Stark scion. He comes from an alternate reality where his Tony Stark died.
PBs are Thomas Dekker from his days on The Secret Circle, and the Ultraman armor from the Netflix/Viz Media series.

And while his mom calls him Jackson a lot, he prefers Jay now.
And yes, he has his dad's penchant for believing in himself a lot, even if the 616 Stark is not his birth father!
Update: I changed his code name to Oisin, a famous Celtic warrior. He really needed to have a bit of his mother's blood come through this time.

Powers: Jay is baseline human like his father. Any powers come from his suit. His mother is trying to get him to study magic.
Attitude: He's a Stark. He tends to be a bit full of himself at times.
Bio: Jay was born in a reality where Tony Stark died of cancer. His mom became a member of that world's Avengers and fought with the team until an event destroyed that reality. Jay, his mom, sister and half brother wound up in this world after bouncing around in a few others.
