HISTORY
Most of Blackwall's history is top secret, from his time before SHIELD to even how he got into SHIELD in the first place as eh wasn't a favorite person of Nick Fury's or Maria Hill's. He was found to be eligible for various special assignments in the organization and eventually found his way into soldier modification programs, which were never finished since SHIELD was disbanded. Craving the additional power, Blackwall ended up in the Weapon Plus program, and then ORCHIS when Weapon Plus was destroyed and absorbed.
He's under the command of Nathan Pliskin Sr. and his units.
