Lorna was surprised by Sunfire at first. Both of them were members of the X-Men at the same time in the past and he was not a very pleasant
person to be around. Over the years her other encounters with him were all that great either. Lorna could see how much Shiro had changed and
how content he was being a member and being on the island.
“Hello Shiro, it is good to see you again.” She said as he walked over and gave her a warm greeting.
“Thank you for your help. So it was Nate Grey that took Warren?”

“I did not know that you were able to do that Milo! This will help a lot to keep an eye around the city.!” Northstar said as he watched the
purple orbs flying all around above them.
He then folded his arms and returned his attention to the other X-Men and listened to what EyeBoy had revealed.
“Nate Grey? Why would Nate take Warren?” Jean Paul was complex.

“Nate Grey had never just vanished a few years ago. We have no idea what he has been doing since he has been gone. I wonder if we can
find out in some way.” Frenzy added to the conversation. She did not know him personally, only seen a few times around the mansion hanging
with his family.

A bright orange light flickered in front of Professor Xavier.. His daughter Empress Xandra and
her Imperial Guard.. The orange light quickly expanded into a Shi’ar stargate portal that the
Empress’s Aunt.. adviser and protector Deathbird stepped out of.. She took a moment and
looked around at the mutant city before returning her attention to Xandra and the Professor..
“Hello Charles!. It has been a long time since we have laid eyes upon one another.. I like it better
when we are allies and not enemies.. Your daughter means the universe to me and I give my life
to protect her and guide her..” Deathbird said to Xavier with a slight nod of her head.. Before facing
Xandra..
“My Empress.. Everything is set up back at the palace as you instructed.. It is time to go the council
is gathering as we speak..”

“It is good to see you again Cal’syee.. I know my daughter is safe in your hands.. It would be
what Lilandra would want.. And I agree it is much better when we are not enemies..” Charles
responded to Deathbird when she came through the portal.. He then turned to his daughter
and took both hands into his own..
“I will say goodbye for now but I hope that I can visit you from time to time.. I also hope that
the Krakoan people and the Shi’ar Empire will become allies and grow together in the future..”

I am so glad that we have finally met and I am looking forward to your visit.. When you do bring my
brother Hollywood and his wife Lucinda I think her name was.. I want to know my family.. I know you
have serious things to attend too so I will take my leave.. Please tell Rogue and Gambit goodbye for me
and I hope they come to visit too.. I see them as family.. I will plant your Krakoan gate at a diplomatic
outpost on Chandilar..” Xandra said as she leaned over and gave her father a kiss on the cheek and a
warm hug..
(Remember father we can still visit one another this way too..) She said telepathically before she turned
away and left with her guard and Deathbird through the portal.. The portal closed instantly when she
stepped through..

When everything was happening Milo stepped away from everybody.. He received a message
from a mystical crystal that he wore on a necklace.. The message was a complete surprise to
him as it changed everything for him..
“I am sorry Jean-Paul and I am so sorry Kyle but I just received a message from the great love
of my life that I thought had been killed.. He’s alive and he is about to bring me back to my world..
I already sent a psychic message to my family.. I have to go and I wish you all the blessings in the
world.. “ Milo said as he faded away before their eyes..

Angelica put her arms around Northstar to comfort him as he looked shocked..
“I am so sorry to both of you.. I know that this is hard for you both and I am here for..” Firestar
said to Northstar and Kyle.. Kyle leaned over and gave them both a hug..
“I think we will need more drinks maybe?”

“Come my friends, I have something special for all of us!” Piotr said as he motioned for everyone
to follow him and Enya..
Just a few steps away still facing the bonfire was one of the restaurants already open and serving
people.. An outside porch like table was set up with Chinese food all across the table..
Stacy X was already sitting at the table with a bowl of hot and sour soup..
“I was thinking we all should have a good meal and not eat anymore junk and have a place to just
hang out..” Colossus said as he led everyone over at the table.. Piotr put his hand on Northstar’s
shoulder and faced him and Kyle..
“I am so sorry about Milo..”

abilities and Krakoa’s resources to whip up this meal for all of us.. As Piotr said it would be good

“Well thank you Piotr and thank you Stacy!” Lorna said as she took a seat next to Dazzler and
Eyeboy and grabbed a plate and began to put on lemon and orange chicken with a side of fried
rice..
“So big guy, any updates on everything?. I see that Xandra is leaving so I am sure the Professor
is going to go all in now..”
“Just that X-Force is going to follow Ahab’s ship and the New Mutants are defending the school..”
Colossus conveyed..
“Did you just say Ahab’s ship?”

Alison grabbed a bowl of soup and some fried rice and egg rolls and took a seat.
“Thank you Stacy, this is so lovely and smells delish!” Dazzler said with a smile and a nod to Stacy X and the meal she had her friend set
up for them.
“So Peter I like to address what Lorna’s point is. Ahab’s ship?! You got to give us some more information big guy!”

“I thank you for your concern but Kyle and I will be okay. I am just happy that Milo can go back to his world and do what he needs to do. I wish
him nothing but success in his world. It does hurt that he is gone but that is life and I will roll with the punches.” Northstar said to Firestar and
everyone and he fixed himself a plate of egg rolls and dumplings his favorite.
“Thank you Stacy for all of this. Please thank the family of this restaurant where Kyle and I will be hanging out in the future. This is so good!” He
said as he then listened to Colossus explain everything that was happening.

“Taking the party back to the city!” Aurora announced as Akihiro and her lead the whole group through the new gate and back to the city of Carousel.
The sound of the music could be heard and felt when they stepped out of the gate and entered the city. Drums, flutes and other string instruments were
dominant and made Aurora take a moment to dance to the rhythm of the music.
“The city is alive!” She said as she looked over at the fire pit with flames climbing into the night sky.
(Brother we are here!) Aurora said as she telepathically connected to her twin brother.

(Over here!) Northstar responded telepathically to his sister as he stood up and saw them standing outside of the gate and waved them over.
When his sister walked over he gave her a big hug and then shook Daken’s hand.
“Glad you all could make it. Come join us, we have plenty of food!” Jean-Paul said to the group and motioned for them to all take a seat.
