(Vampirism) She was bitten and turned by her uncle Ewan by request of both Delores and her mother Maeve after Delores was struck in battle by a mystic being killing weapon stolen by enemies of her clan.
She has all the abilities of a vampire including enhanced strength, speed, stamina and agility. It also allows her moments of flight.
As a side effect she's also become empathic. Which allows her to feel not only the emotions of the people around her but also her environment (animals, plants etc.)
Her family in particular her Aunt Rose has given her an enchantment which allows her to walk in the daylight but it still causes discomfort (headaches) if she's out in the daylight too long.

Delores is the AU daughter of Maeve and Christopher. She was brought over during the aftermath of the Summers War.
Dorcha has been under the special care of her Aunt Rose aka Rose The Hat to help her control the negative aspects of her vampirism. With the news of Krakoa and the return of her aunt Kari as well as other members of her family Delores has been called to the island as well.
