Aurora was surprised by Magik’s portal and how it worked. She grabbed a hold of Daken’s arm when they started to sink into the ground. It felt like being
on some sort of ride as the world kind of spinned around.
“That was an experience!” Jeanie said as she could tell by Daken’s expression that he was not used to it as well. Looking around, everyone else was a lot
more used to it than them.
“This place is cool! I am looking forward to that swim!” She said as she eyed the waterfall.

Victor’s eyes widened and he suddenly felt shy when Harry walked over and introduced himself..
Anole reached out and shook his hand just as Magik teleported them..
When they came out of the teleporting disk Harry fell into Victor’s arms.. Which surprised them
both..
“I’m Victor Borkowski also known as Anole.. You have the most beautiful eyes!” Victor found himself
saying and instantly blushed..

Santo was very excited for his best friend's sudden entanglement with this new guy Harry..
But it was the conversation that his wife was having with Glob that caught his attention..
“You know we should take the dome house over at that corner so we have all that space for
Glob’s farm house and farm..” Rockslide said as he pointed at a Dome House that sat off with
a lot of empty space behind it that would be perfect for a farm..
“So what do you guys think?”

Bennu and Warpath were transported with the rest of the group and the first thing Michelle noticed was just how beautiful Akademos was.

“I guess the bigger domes would be the class rooms.. We have a danger island that we will be using for
physical training.. After we are all moved in I plan to go to the island and see how that all works..” Warpath
said as he heard and saw Monet lay claim on a dome as the House of Generation X..
“So which one belongs to the New Mutants?!” He called out to his teammates..
"Love give me a moment." She said walking inside the loft sized area she found with a tree in the middle of it. As she moved towards it her hands started glowing green. She placed her hand on the tree and her other hand on the floor around it. Vines started to come out of the tree blooming flowers that were colored red, yellow, orange and blue. They spread from the tree outside to the window and down.
She let go and turned to see her husband with a look of both wonder but also confusion and she smiled. "James since this new chapter began I've been speaking to the universe. More specifically mother. There's a lot about my abilities that at times felt like a mystery. Until we came here. " She then telepathically explained to Warpath her somewhat elemental ability had been awoken when they arrived on Krakoa.
"These flowers are a memory of where I came from. They bloomed all over the school grounds. " |

Both Jono and Japh looked at one another as they both thought about it at that moment..
For Chamber the choice was very easy..
{I will be moving to the Gen-X flat.. I thank you and I look forward to being on the team..
Gen-X are my best mates and I know you understand that.} Chamber answered Sunspot as
Roberto smiled and padded Jono on the back and understood..
{I hope your okay with us living here.. I just feel a need to be with my real close mates.} Jono
said to Kendra as he felt guilty for not asking her first.. "Hey, I did not think you'd want to be too far from them, so I am with you 100 percent on the new home," Kendra said as she hugged Jono. "And it isn't like we have to go through a long journey to see everyone else, right? I mean...oh. Ma is going to be very surprised by that," Kendra added as she saw some of Clan MacFeorais wandering around the area. "I mean, Auntie Roslea, Uncle Kai and Uncle Mal being here? No brainer. Cormac with the Hellfire? Yup. Great Auntie Fachtna and Great Auntie Eavan? I am getting a vibe like it's that movie Practical Magic. Ma is not going to be expecting that, but at least those two are fun."
Kendra tried not to act too weird as she contemplated the new dynamic if some of the extended family was going to take up residence on Krakoa. "This is getting to be like herding cats. Its going to get crazy fast. But I hope good crazy."

For Japh the decision was a bit harder to decide.. He had Mates on both teams and would be
happy living in both places..
“I think.. I will be moving into the Gen-X house as well.. To be honest I will be hanging at both
places but I think the Gen-X house is better for me for now.” Maggott answered as Chamber
looked happy with his decision..
Chetna and her brother Ashvin stood back as the group discussed housing. That is they did until Kendra noticed some of their extended family had popped up behind them in Akademos.
"Oh, those sneaks," Chetna grumbled as she realized how Fachtna and Eavan had followed them there. "They honed in on one of us as a beacon and followed us here. Aerfen," Chetna added as she shook her head. "Dani and Rahne asked if she might want to be on a team. The Aunties must be afraid Aerfen will find it too challenging due to her..."
"My mental health issues," Aerfen said as she walked up near Dani and Kai. "They mean well. I have already spoken to the team therapist about a get acquainted session. I'll be fine."
"You do not need to convince me, but our family version of Aunt Frances and Aunt Jet will say otherwise," Chetna replied as she walked over and gave Aerfen a hug. "And I am not sure I want to live in a a family dome home with them."
"I plan to live with the New Mutants, if they will have me," Aerfen said with a bright smile. "And Lord Grumpus here," she said as she turned to her brother Ardan.
"And as for us, I'm not sure yet," Chetna said as she looked over at Japh. "I'm glad you will be with your friends, Japh."
"Go with them, will you, please?" Ashvin said as he gave his sister one of his "will you get a life?" looks. "Would Gen X welcome a DJ and his slightly spy work-obsessed sister, Jono?"

“I have an idea that I think that I can do. At least I hope that I do not mess this one up. I have
never done this before so here we go!” Duskk announced as he took a step back from the group
hug and concentrated on an image of a photo that Monet had of all the original Generation X team
all together in their uniforms during the first year of class under the care of Emma Frost and Banshee..
He waved his hands towards the main wall between the kitchen and the living room. With every movement
of his hands and fingers the image began to form on the wall as if he was painting it with magic.
“It worked!” Duskk said very pleased with what he was able to do.

(I had just turned seventeen when this picture was taken around the first time we joined the
school.. It was my first time in America. I was a bloody fish out of water at that time.. I miss
those days!.. Thank you Dussk, this is very special..) Jono said as he padded Duskk on the back
before returning his attention back to Kendra..
(I have a strong feeling that you and your family will love it here.. This part of the island is going to
have its own vibe.. I love the city but this place is peaceful and bloody beautiful.. And I am happy
that you will be here at my side..) Chamber said to Kendra and then gave her a telepathic kiss which
brought a smile to her face..
(Our home is open to anyone who wants to stay with us.. These domes have plenty of room for a lot
of people and families.. We will have a few little ones running around with Monet’s younger sisters and
Shogo and I am sure Paige’s nephew will be around a lot as well..) Jono answered Ashvin as he watched
Monet’s sisters run up the stairs to pick out their rooms with excitement..

the little ones around.. Kids bring so much life to things and remind you what really matters..
I am really happy to have a home and family to return to. I found my travels were very lonely
and I thought about all of you so much..” Japh joined in on the conversation..
