Genetic Mutations : Conor is an External. As such he is effectively immortal. He does not age and is immune to disease and other forms of cellular decay. This makes it impossible to determine his age. This also gives Conor Unearthly regeneration and Recovery. Allowing him to Regenerate any injury and Recover very quickly from stress, strain or fatigue.
-Probability Manipulation. This mutation grants him an extremely high rate of success in random outcomes. Basically, things just go his way.
Experience and Education: Conor is well educated possessing degrees in Engineering and Physical Chemistry.
He has an extensive military background, attending US Army Ranger, Special Forces and Special Operations Target Interdiction Courses. Along with Advanced Demolitions, Counter Intelligence, Espionage and Language Schools.
Conor is highly skilled in covert operations. His infiltration skills are not to be underestimated. He is a competent Martial Artist with an affinity for bladed weapons, but his most notorious skill is in demolitions. Conor knows more about the creating and placement of explosives than anyone on file.
History:
It seems that Dragonfly has always been on the battlefield. He has been involved in every major conflict within the last 1000 years. He surfaced largely during World War II. Where he ran covert operations for the OSS in the European theater. He worked with the Mutant group The Invaders during this time and assisted them in fighting The Nazi effort to utilize Super Soldiers. Conor also was a member of Operation Eagle Watch during the close of WW II.
After the war Conor continued to work for the US Government as a Covert, up to and during the Cold War, until his "recruitment" into the Weapon-X program.
Conor participated in an escape from the Weapon-X facility along with several other, "recruits". After the escape Conor turned Mercenary. Utilizing his skills and powers for the highest bidder. He was well received and made a substantial profit as a Mercenary. Until one day an old friend, Domino, showed up with Nathan Summers. Cable and Domino brought Conor in on a new team they were creating, X-Force. Conor did well with the team, even beginning a romantic relationship with Domino. But, several years after the formation of the team, Conor took an undisclosed Mercenary contract, and disappeared. He didn't even tell Domino he was leaving.
As an External, Conor has been around for a long time. He speaks multiple languages, as a result of his travels through the centuries. Never in one place for too long, Conor calls Ireland his home and returns there often. He also spent a period of time in Japan. Conor doesn't speak of his time there, but has returned to Japan many times with Wolverine. Conor has a knowledge of the inner workings of the Japanese underworld. In 2001 Conor resurfaced, at Xavier's Institute.
Sometime after his arrival, Charles Xavier asked Conor to join X-Corps, Special Operations Section. As an Instructor, as well as a Covert Operative. Xavier kept Dragonfly's involvement with X-Corp a secret, and it's unclear exactly what operations Dragonfly was involved with.
Gear and Equipment :
Conor wears a special type of uniform. A special Fire Retardant Poly-Kevlar Biweave, with ballistic plating over sensitive areas. The plates are ablative to protect from energy weapons as well as impact weapons. His mask form fits and allows Conor to separate himself from hostile environments. It has an air filtration system, and independent Oxygen reservoir with about 90 minutes of breathable oxygen. The mask also has in internal Comlink
The Optics Visor allows Conor to go from normal vision to Night Vision and Thermal. Along with a 4x magnification it has a digital recording feature, and can be smart linked to his weapons and WristComp.
-WristComp. Conor wears a portable Computer system strapped to his arm. The system is capable if information storage and retrieval, and has a 15 GHRTZ satellite uplink. This uplink allows Conor to sync with his mainframe computer system at his hidden base of operations. This is how he performs his Bodyslide teleporting maneuver.
Along with wire contacts the wrist comp has a Microwave and IR Transceiver, which allows Conor to uplink into any computer system. From here Conor can download a multitude of custom virus or code bashing programs. Allowing Conor to hack electronic security systems.
-Weapons: Conor is trained in Special weapons and Tactics. He is qualified on NATO and Warsaw Pact weapons as well as SHIELD Special Purpose Weapons.
Dragonfly normally uses custom built weapons systems, which can be found in the armory below.
Explosives: Conors specialty. Conor makes all his own explosives. Everything from specialty grenades, to custom charges. Conor always seems to have just the right device for the job.
Blades. Conor carries a number of Vibro-Blades, and a Vibro-Sword
Conor carries a custom Multi-tool. Similar to a Gerber or a Leather-man. This device is modular and can be fitted with multiple attachments. It has an internal power supply for the cutting beam and vibroblade

MYTHOS: Mythos is the name that Conor gave his new hybrid Phalanx and Symbiot uniform. Dragonfly had stolen a sample hybrid from a Weapon Plus base on a mission in Europe. He brought it back to the X-Mansion where Doctor Nemesis and Beast helped him construct it into his new Dragonfly uniform. The A.I. in the Phalanx was destroyed and reprogrammed with a new personality that Conor named (Mythos) Mythos was a name that Dragonfly had used during the Greek Empire days. It was also the name that Apocalypse and the other Externals knew him by. Mythos the uniform was able to change into any type of clothes Conor could imagine. Mythos A.I. is a quantum computer that is connected to Cable’s Graymalkin space station and Bodyslide network..
