as Laura walked over joined the group hug..

"I saw great bonfires with our people celebrating through the night.. I saw mutant
children laughing and playing in a strange forest.. I also seen these city streets
full of people but I did not understand until now.. I had seen this for many years
but did not have a context to it until this very moment.." Saber said to Betsy and
the rest of the Braddock family as they all stood together..
"I had seen all of this in the either when I went into meditation.. I thought it was
just spirit showing me that a happy future was possible for our people.. I never thought
they were small shards of the future.. I never thought this was possible.."

had to make sure that he was a Krakoan.. The Professor gave a quick nod of his head of approval..
"I am a Krakoan citizen like everyone here and I feel very and grateful to have this chance.. Plus
all of this looks like paradise and we will be living it up!"

Warren put his arm around Persha with a big smile on his face.. "Why can't we have both?.
We can have a place in the city and a place in a remote area.. I will be working in the city
most of the time.. Monet and I need to figure out a place for X-Corp but I am sure she already
has a place planned.. For us we can have two homes.. It looks like Sam and Roberto will have
homes here on Krakoa and on the Shi'ar homeworld.. We have a lot of options."

"Change is always hard and future dynamics going forward will be different.. I am still trying
to prepare myself for the day En Sabah Nur walks through a gate and stays.. I understand
what his true goal was and what he went through.. But we were his victims for a long time..
My whole life I had been in a war with him and Stryfe.. It will be a struggle to get over that
and I understand that is apart of this change.. I believe for this nation to work we will need
to be united with those who have been in war with for years.. Change is going to be hard but
we will get through it.. Now for the temple.."
Cable walked over to the holographic map of the island and pointed to a small island on the
west side.. "I was thinking we take this island and name it Askani Island and put our temple
in the middle of the island.. What do you think?"

(This is incredible!. I have never lived in a place that fancy before!. It looks like the island has
it's own technology!. Look at the size of that living room!. I can see about ten rooms.. This place
does not look this big from the outside.. This is really nice.) Jono said as he walked over and looked
over the inside of the dome.. "This is wicked," Kendra said as she looked at what Jono was looking at. "It's got that Doctor Who TARDIS vibe to it, and I love it! Bigger on the inside, babe. I think we are going to love it here."
Kendra looked back at Kari and Nathan as they looked at an island where the Askani Temple would be going forward. To be honest, she was glad she'd be with the New Mutants and not neck-deep in that Askani stuff. It was cool and all, and she would always have a home with them, but this was going to be a much better fit.
"You know, I think I'm going to need to make sure Thom doesn't wander off on Rahne. Cheese Whiz, where in the heck did he go?" she asked as she looked around them. "He's staring at a plant? Great...he better be getting ready to give it to Rahne, or I'm...oh, never mind! He can take care of himself."
Kendra leaned into Jono, then she grabbed his hand and kissed it. "Wherever you want to stay, babe, I'll be there."

Bethany stood quietly as Citian spoke with the teen versions of the original five X-Men. She had seen this moment in what she could only describe as a magic-fueled haze during her time away. Almost everything before this moment was a blur in one way or another, and only brief glimpses of events retained any clarity now.
"I'm sure Doctor Strange remembers me all too well, so I better not offer my help," she said quietly to Finola as she rocked back and forth on her heels. "I think he felt I should be committed."
"Bethany, that was not the Strange of this world," Finola said softly as she turned to watch Citian. "That Strange was in another dimension, and he was as mad as a hatter."
"Why don't you go see James? I'm sure he missed you," Bethany said as she pointed toward Doctor Nemesis.
"He has likely moved on, but I should at least be civil," Finola replied as she looked at Nemesis standing in the distance.
"I saw this, too. Alice and Damien are here. Go find them. I'll be fine."

Dana had followed everyone else into this new area, and if she were being totally honest with herself, she'd have admitted how much this all threw her off. She had not come back wanting to stay. She came for the weddings. She had not come back hoping to reconnect with Pete. But here she was.
The question now was what was going to come next?
"This is utterly beautiful," she said quietly as she watched everyone reacting to this new living space and to what was going on around them. "Pete, did you know about this?" she asked Wisdom as she turned around to get the full view of this wonderful island. "Scratch that. I know the drill. Let me rephrase that. Does this stun you as much as it stuns me? It is not what I expected. But I am glad I decided to hang around a bit longer. I would not have wanted to miss this."
Dana chuckled under her breath as she watched some of her brothers scoping out the island. "They aren't ready for this. I pray they don't make a mess of things. You know all too well how my family gets."

Finola walked around several groups of X-Men, trying her hardest not to be too intrusive. She had fallen down the literal rabbit hole several years ago, fully intent on returning but unable to do so. How in the world she and Bethany Kincaid got back here was beyond her understanding of magic or science or plain old luck.
{{I really, really should not muck this up for anyone}} she thought as she moved among team members, students, refugees and dignitaries. It reminded her of her days back home. One was always running into someone in the olden days back in London. {{I am just sorry I missed the weddings. James must be a very proud papa now that Gallion has married Jubilee}}
"Finola!" a voice rang out as Moira McCoy started to wave to her mother's old friend. "Hank! Finola made it back!"
As she tried to compose herself a bit, Finola took a deep breath and waved to Moira and Hank before she turned to see Damien and Alice jostling their father's shoulder. {{And here we go}} she thought as she started to walk toward Doctor Nemesis and his family. "Hello, James. I have a lot of explaining to do."

"I am very proud of being under your command Kate.." Ororo responded as she walked over
and put her arm around her.. For Storm she saw Kate more than just a friend.. She was like a
daughter to her and Kate saw her as a mother figure for her..
"I was born to be a warrior and all of this is what I do.. We are going to save a lot of people."
"So when do we get to see the ship that will be the home of the Marauders? I have in the past have spent time of ships and on the ocean as a
passenger in the past. So I do have see legs." He informed both Kate and Storm.
"It has been a few years the last time I have been on the sea."

was on the beach.

"Wow this place looks so cool!" Glob said as he joined the new mutants looking over the hologram of the area that they had declared to be
the home of the younger generations of X-Men.
Glob pointed to an area that was off to the side from the town. "I want this area so I can have a garden and a farm." He declared as he had
other goals beside being an X-Man. He wanted a farm of his own with lots and lots of chickens.
