the future of mutant kind.." Warren conveyed as he looked over at Emma
and gave her a slight nod of his head before grabbing a bottle of fairie wine
and pored them both a glass before diving into the food..

Claire couldn't help but smile when Jean and Rachel came over. The three of them were some of the most experienced users of the Phoenix, so if anyone would be able to help her hone its powers in order to find Naomi, it would be the two of them. "Thanks for the help, I appreciate it," Claire said to the two as she held her arms out so the three of them could join hands and pool their power together. "Whatever we do, we have to do it in such a way that Ray doesn't notice. He's already tense as it is and the last thing anyone wants is for an argument to start. Thankfully the others are distracting him, but any big spike he's bound to notice if we're not careful."

The area near where Citian was contemplating recent events shook as a portal blasted open and two women came falling out, crashing to the ground with a loud thud.
"Where are we now?" the older woman with blonde hair and a now-crumpled top hat said as she crawled onto her knees and looked around at their new surroundings. "Ow, I feel like I was hit by a train. Bethany? Bethany?"
Finola Marlowe reached out to shake her companion, Bethany Kincaid, awake, but the younger woman was still in a bit of a stupor.
"Dear girl, please wake up," Finola said as she shook her companion to wake her. "I have no idea where we are, but it seems we are under water, and I am no mermaid."

"Where did you both come from?" He asked as he looked straight up in the air.. When he did all he saw
was a school of fish..
"Seventh star," were the only words Bethany said as she came out of her stupor.
"Not this again," Finola said as she looked at Citian and smiled. "We were running from a man and his army, and Bethany got hit with some sort of energy blast. She keeps quoting a song from the group Black Sabbath. Seventh Star. I had no idea she even knew who Black Sabbath was. Maybe it was something she heard before...before I dragged her off with me."
Bethany started spouting lyrics again as she tried to get to her feet.
"The pyramids will fall
Turn to dust before the sun
And the star will rise again
Until destiny is done"
"I have no idea who those men were, but I know we were not in my past. We may have jumped to whatever realm Bethany came from," Finola continued as she looked overhead. "I opened a portal, and then the blast hit. I am just glad we found you all. Wherever we are."
Bethany kept quoting lyrics as she stared at Citian. She held her head as she tried to sort all of her memories and put them into place.
"Hear the sound of distant ages
It's the call of the seventh star
Hear the sound of fallen angels
It's the call of the seventh star"
"Where are we, Citian?" Finola asked as she placed a glowing hand on Bethany. "The last of my healing tricks," she said as she tried to help her companion. "But I fear her mind is going to need a lot of care. She...she fractured after we left. It makes no sense to me."

After their dance Jessie and Ewan started to make their way towards the tables when Jessie first saw her father and step mother.
As she walked over she watched as Ewan started to share the news with a few nearby family members .
"Mom, Dad me and Ewan made it official a few moments ago....We are officially engaged." She said to Revolver and Jubilee.

as he held both hands close together and began to chant in ancient Hebrew until the palms of
his hand glowed with a gold light.. He then placed both hands on the sides of Bethany's head..
As he healed her he looked into her eyes as his eyes were a bright gold in color..
"You are safe now.. You are healing.." Citian said to her with a warm smile.. |

"Stop worrying so much about your sister and Daken. They are both grown adults and whatever happens is between them and not
us. I know you feel responsible because you brought her here but that needs to stop. You can not do that to yourself or to us." Kyle

"It's so nice to have had that dance. Dazzler was awesome of course and now we can have Thanksgiving. So are we going to join
Colossus at his table? It's next to the Logan family's table we can sit on the side and kind of be at both in a way." Dana said to
Kurt after they finished dancing and headed for the table area.
"Also I can be with my family as well." Suprema looked over at her father, Cair with Gabby and Seth. Laura and Yuna were on their
way to the table. She wanted to be apart of that too.
as Logan jumped up with Cair to greet everyone that was heading over to them..
"Happy Thanksgiving my Freund!" Spouted Kurt as both men embraced in a brotherly hug..
each other a hug. Peter was the first person that had became her friend when she first joined the X-Men. He was also her mentor and helped
trained her to become a member of the X-Men.
"Happy Thanksgiving big guy! You look good with a beard it kind of makes you look tougher."

into form." Rose said as she began to fill her plate. She took a moment to wave at her fathers table at all her family on that side.
She then looked around to see if she could see her mother and did not see her or her half sister Rachel around. She could feel them
close by.
"I wonder where Rachel and mom are? Has anyone seen them?"

in a spiral..Once the energy began to surround them, Claire took Rachel and Jean's hands as the three of them combined their powers to spread out across the planet with psychic radar in order to find Naomi. With their help, it was easier than expected to hide themselves from Ray, but they were still careful to move in such a way that he wouldn't notice. As they continued to dig across the planet for signs of Naomi, they didn't get much. But after awhile, the image of some shadowy figures started to form in their mind like they were getting close And for a split second, they were able to see one person clearly before there was a buzzing feeling that caused the three of them to break their link. Claire groaned for just a moment as she rubbed her head before she looked at Rachel and Jean in confusion. "...Was that Kuja? Did we just see Kuja?" |
