SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Hand To Hand Combat Proficiency: As a former member of the US military and various spy and paramilitary organizations, Dandara is an experienced fighter. Not the best, but she can hold her own.
Weapons Training: Dandara is trained in various firearms and melee weapons used by the US Military, S.H.I.E.L.D, and S.W.O.R.D. She also has some experience with alien weaponry.
Multilingual: Dandara is fluent in English, Spanish, Kree, Spartaxian, and some Shi'Ar.
Because of the nature of her powers, Dandara can become fatigued from over-exertion as her body and mind aren't tethered to psionic energy like other psychics. And since she's not generating her own power, she can become powerless in dimensions without connections to the Astral Plane or if her connection is cut off.

POWERS AND PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Astral Funnel: Dandara's body acts as a gateway to the Astral Plane, which she then can pull out and utilize the psionic energy within for a variety of effects. While technically a psychic, she does not produce or use her own psionic energy.
- Psionic Enhancement: Dandara can wrap herself in psionic energy, which acts as a protective layer to prevent harm and to moderately enhance her physical strength.
- Astral Blast: Not quite an energy blast, Dandara can fire off a column of the Astral Plane in various sizes and strengths as a projectile attack. Not quite like a concussive burst or a bolt of lightning, but more like getting hit by a bus on all points of your body at once.
- Astral Telekinesis: Like a traditional telekinetic, Dandara can manipulate her environment without physically touching it. Since she's not actually generating the psionic energy, she doesn't operate like a traditional telekinetic and instead has to push the energy out into her environment, often in the shape of constructs that she can use to grab, smash, and throw objects with.
- Astral Constructs: Physical manifestations of the Astral Plane brought to life in the real world, Dandara can generate everything from solid platforms to stand on, walls, fists, or anything else she can think of. Dandara cannot conjure things to life, and all of her constructs are inanimate and only move when she controls them.
- Astral Exoskeleton: Much like the mutant Armor, Dandara can turn her aura into a suit of armor to provide herself with superhuman tier levels of strength and durability. Though the armor can look like anything she desires if she pictures it, Dandara usually sticks to crude renditions of anime mech suits.
- Force Field: Dandara can wrap herself in either a protective bubble or create a physical wall in front of herself and others to defend from harm. The force field can also capture the atmosphere of the environment she creates one in, which comes in handy for quick trips into space or other areas that lack oxygen for her to breathe.
- Weaponry: With her constructs, Dandara can generate weapons out of the Astral energy. She can keep it simple and create baseball bats, batons, riot shields, and so on. Anything complex would require her to know how it operates. So she could make a construct of a gun, but she couldn't make an accurate rendition of Iron Man's armor for her to pilot. Because her constructs are physical objects, she can give them to other people, but these are limited by distance as all objects are tethered to her by her energy field and require more and more concentration to maintain the further away they are.
- Astral Flight: Though she's capable of standard flight by generating a construct that pushes or pulls her along through the air, Dandara's more complex mode of flight relies on using her connection to the Astral Plane to slightly push her into the realm. While in two different planes of existence simultaneously, she's less limited by friction on her physical body, which allows her to achieve speeds in excess of escape velocity, and likely greater speeds. Dandara hasn't pushed her speed much since besides the amount of concentration required to pull off, she produces far more environmental disturbances than someone like Thor and Hyperion would moving at such speeds due to the nature of her powers.
- Not Dying: Dandara can't heal herself, but she can use her powers to clamp, splint, and plug injuries to herself and others, keeping them alive long enough to actually get treatment.
Strength level: Dandara possesses the expected level of strength of a woman her size and stature. Using her powers to create an exoskeleton, she's on par with Armor, if not slightly weaker.
WEAPONS AND EQUIPMENT:
Translator: As part of her position in the previous incarnation of S.W.O.R.D., Dandara was fitted with a implanted communications device that is common within the galactic Supercluster, which allows her to communicate with various alien races.
Unstable Molecules: Dandara got hers from her time out in the universe from a collective that had a far more creative name than Unstable Molecules, but they're essentially the same. Everything Dandara wears is made up of the stuff, having gotten enough body suits to fill a closet worth. Triggering the shift in the materials with her powers, she can go from beach ready to combat ready in a matter of seconds.
Sub-Dermal Computer: A small colony of nanomachines were implanted into her skin that turns her body into a computer, with her powers serving as the holographic interface for the system. She can even interact with other computers by say, creating a USB cable construct with her powers and plugging herself in. she doesn't do much with this beyond removing the need of a smartphone, so she doesn't know the full capabilities of the nanites.
WEAKNESSES:
Because of the nature of her powers, Dandara can become fatigued from over-exertion as her body and mind aren't tethered to psionic energy like other psychics. And since she's not generating her own power, she can become powerless in dimensions without connections to the Astral Plane or if her connection is cut off.
HISTORY:
Victoria had a fairly typical life until high school, where a chance encounter as a teenager put her in the crossfire of a Kree and Skrull skirmish out in Beaver Creek before the rise of the superheroes and the eventual Kree/Skrull war that took place on Earth. Out on her own and away from her family, the near death experience is what caused her mutant powers to trigger, though she was ultimately saved by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents tracking the conflicting aliens during their flare ups around the planet. She was returned to her family and they were all sworn to secrecy surrounding the event, but the encounter with two different alien races as well as a seemingly clandestine organization piqued her interest and set her on her career path.
She joined the military straight out of graduation and quickly earned enough medals and accolades to be nicknamed Dandara by her grandmother after Afro-Brazillian warrior. Her rise put her back on the radar of S.H.I.E.L.D., and she was personally recruited into the organization by G.W. Bridge. Over time, she earned her place in the organization and focused most of her attention on the growing superhuman population and alien incursions. She was maybe a handful of agents who knew of the Secret Invasion by the Skrulls before it erupted, but she was taken out by Skrull moles, and eventually set free from captivity once the invasion died down.
When S.H.I.E.L.D. collapsed following the invasion, Dandara moved over to H.A.M.M.E.R., but quickly left once she noticed that the interests they were now serving didn't actually align with her morals and eventually left to lead her talents to defend against extradimensional threats with A.R.M.O.R. before eventually making her way into S.W.O.R.D. She would eventually come in contact both the Kree and Skrulls in a manner similar to the one of her childhood, instead being the one saving innocents from the crossfire. That would be one of many missions that took her from Earth's solar system to deep into the Milky Way galaxy and back for the organization. And when SW.O.R.D. went away and the Canadian Alpha Flight was upgraded into a UN space organization, Dandara moved there as well, following in the footsteps of Abigail Brand.
The second superhero Civil War lead to her getting dragged into that conflict by Captain Marvel, and with it not aligning to how she viewed the world, Dandara opted to leave and has been freelance since.
