Like her boyfriend Gabriel MacFeorais, I need to do a bit of digging to find all the info for Eileen's backstory. This may take a bit of time.

Bio:
Eileen grew up in the what would have been called the typical, almost ideal Irish Catholic family in Boston. Dad was a cop, and mom was a teacher. She was a typical student who actually enjoyed her all girls' school life until senior year when her powers kicked in. People always joked that she was a live wire because she was on the cheerleading squad, but they had no idea that she had the ability to be a real live wire. She found out herself when she nearly electrocuted another cheerleader by accident. Eileen was lucky that a frayed and then arcing wire (a result of her powers going berserk) made it look like the wire itself caused the accident.
After skirting that disaster, Eileen tried to be more careful about physical contact when she got excited or angry. For the most part it worked throughout the remainder of high school, into college and finally into her job an assistant set and lighting designer in Boston with dreams of being on Broadway one day.
It was just too bad that Eileen found herself one night on the receiving end of trouble when she ran into a small group of Nathaniel Essex's Marauders as she exited her theater. Eileen had never tried to stand out as a mutant, and now here she was, fighting for her life and losing very badly. She was captured and taken back to Sinister's base where the X-Men are currently being held prisoner.
She was traumatized by Albert Kesselman/Dr. Mindbender in the past, so when these two cross paths again one day, things are bound to be explosive.
