Albert Kesselman/Dr. Mindbender *bringing back a baddie*

Code name: Dr. Mindbender *one of my faves from the baddies in GI Joe*

Real name: Albert Kesselman

Affiliations: Weapon Plus, Mr. Sinister (who worked for Weapon Plus under the name Dr. Windsor)


Hair: Bald

Eyes: Brown

Height: 6'

Weight: 185 lbs.

Powers: Energy manipulation including kinetic, electrical, cellular and psionic energies (he is not a telepath, but he can manipulate psionic energy in the brains of some telepaths and that of most non-telepaths unless they have psionic blocks). His powers can be used to help speed up the processes Sinister uses in his clone labs and can mature the clones more quickly. Sometimes uses an odd looking gun to amplify his powers.

Special training: Worked in the Neverland mutant concentration camp alongside Dr. Windsor/Mr. Sinister. Sinister pulled him from the pens to be part of his abbatoire in the camp once he saw the man's special gift. Sinister has most likely given him upgrades.

Special recognition: Mindbender worked almost exclusively on the Marauder Black Diamond (character of a gamer no longer with the board--was a son of Emma Frost) when he was in gestation. Getting the telepathic powers and diamond mutation to stick with Sinister's work and all that Atlantean DNA was a real killer.
