the school and back to Africa and then all the years Weapon Plus had me captured and performed experiments on me.” Jackson said
as he looked over at Revolver who he had seen at the same facility and performed the same experiments on him as well.
“So I have no reference to him but the stories I heard over the years.” Ravager said to Rachel, Storm and anyone that was sitting close
to him.

“I have spent way to much time in battle with him to see him in any other way but a threat! Not just a threat but the biggest threat
I have ever faced. On the other side of this is if Apocalypse wants to change and not be the way he was, I rather fight with him and
not against him if possible. I lean towards Cable’s thoughts on this. Nathan has fought against him all his life. So it’s his judgment I
trust the most.”

“Everyone is very shaken by this Apocalypse. I have not experienced or heard to much of him until today. So color me fascinated
by someone who has brought so much emotion and divide among everyone. So I need to go through the history logs and learn
more about him. I am sure it will be a good read.” Gabriel joined in as he dug into his gumbo.

JJ looked and saw Fantomex in the distance, but she had heard all about what happened to him after she left, so she was not going to go be all "Hi there. I'm back like a bad penny," any time soon. He deserved better. Period.
"And do not take that as a sign I want any suggestions on guys, do I make myself clear?" JJ said as she started to laugh. "Right now I want to concentrate on anything else but my love life."
"Understood," Lu replied as she motioned for them to go back to where Hollywood had saved them seats. "And Gordie is where exactly?"
"Back in Westchester. I didn't dare bring him to Harry's, then space and now here. He's a mushy pup, but even he has his limits, sis," JJ said as they finally sat down.

Dylan smiled at Dazzler. " My dad always said it wasn't the years but the miles that ages you." He remarked as he took the offered seat.
Dylan placed his hat on his knee before taking a serious tone. " I meant no disrespect towards your friend. Its just she seemed like the friendly sort who knows all the players around here."
"You X's are a bit above my pay grade so to speak. I am just a simple problem solver from Chicago. I have no idea how someone as famous as Professor Xavier even heard of me. Let alone of what use I can be to a man who has legit heroes working for him." With every word, a slight bit of doubt hung in the air.

“It’s nice to see you again darlin it’s been a long minute!”"A damned long minute," JJ said as she walked over to Fantomex. "I'm glad to see you again. You're still your fabulous fun self, I hope?" she asked as she grabbed a chair and sat next to him. "Making every minute count--even the bad ones," she added with a laugh as a bowl of gumbo appeared before her. "This magic table is beyond the damned limit." Then a bottle of Jack and a couple of glasses appeared next to it. "Wait. I bet you have some of that cognac you always liked. You always had better tastes in drinks than I did..."
JJ had to admit to herself this was going to be one freaking weird evening, but at least it would be a good freaking weird evening.
"So, what exactly have you been doing these days? Bet it's more fun than I had helping Siryn get Sam Witwicky and his big yellow buddy Bumblebee out of some mutant hating college out in Cali. Those bigots got scary with their weapons. I want to find out how those bozos got rail guns and enough explosives to level Fresno if given the chance. Hallowed halls of learning my assets. Oh wait..."
JJ got out her phone and showed Fantomex the home screen. "I got a new dog. Redemption got sick and passed away when I was on the road. This one is Gordie. He's one of those big mushy rescue pit bulls. I think he rescued me more than I did him!" she said as she showed off the large white and brown spotted dog in the photo. "And I got a new tricked out sawed off, but I left that at the mansion with him."

Axl looked and saw Mystique near Sabretooth, and he knew any plans he'd made for the evening were now as good as toast. He'd have to go talk to her and tell her exactly why he hadn't been back around to see her since his family left the X-Men en masse ages ago.
"One of them will likely gut me, but here goes," he said to himself as he walked toward the former members of The Brotherhood. "I have no excuses for being a jerk, so I'm not going to get overly emotional and strange. I'm sorry. I screwed up when I walked away. Dumbest thing I ever did. And I paid a price for it."
As Axl stood before Mystique, he started to bulk up in size, and before too long he turned into a great horned demon.
"This got grafted to me shortly after I left. I didn't think I'd get the warmest welcome rocking up to Xavier's looking like this. I'm better at controlling it now. And, I guess, now I live up to my stage name at least."
Axl took a deep breath before turning back to his human form. "I am sorry, but I also know that likely won't cut it, so I understand, whatever comes next."

"I hold no grudge Axle.. If anyone knows about complication of life and disappearing it would be me.. I
just found myself here after a long absents myself.. Erik and Charles wanted the old Brotherhood to be
around for some reason.. Something about his speech tomorrow.. I was not too sure if I was staying..
But you still look hot as Hell.." She said as she leaned over as if she was about to give him a kiss but
gently bit his bottom lip just enough to break the skin.."I think you are the only person on Earth who can look past the crap that all this is, so thank you," Axl said as he pulled Mystique into a full kiss. "And you are smoking hot, as always. I got the summons from on high," he said as he pointed toward Kari. "I have no clue what this is all about, but I figured I might as well come to listen. But this Apocalypse stuff? That's going to be mess for all concerned. There is a lot of layers to that mess that I do not want to be a part of with my cousin over there getting possessed by her granny," he said as he pointed at Kari again. "I'm sure the damned drama is no surprise to you, right?"
Axl looked over toward where Gambit and Rogue were sitting and heard the Cajun call Rogue his wife. "A lot has changed here since I left. But if you are back, depending on this big thing they announce, are you planning to stick around? As long as they don't give me crap about my alter ego, I'm going to stay. I'm just not sold on this Kumbaya stuff."

Before Irene the mutant known as Destany and Raven's great love had a long talk about the future..
Something Mystique had forgotten until the Professor and Magneto asked her back.. Then she started
put it all together from the work she did for Emma that ended the Hellfire Club branch that Emma and
Shaw was apart to make it into Hellfire Trading Company.. What Irene had told her was coming true
and for some reason she gave away that she did know something the expression on her face.. She
was sure the way that he knew her that he saw it in her eyes..
"Yes a lot of things have changed.. I also have some things I need to tell you outside of many ears
and mind readers." She said to him as she knew he would understand.. Mystique knew things that
even the Professor and Magneto did not know about.. She gazed over at Hope Summers as she was
very important part of what was coming.. When the child was born there was a lot of reasons why she
had taken Hope when she was born into the world as the mutant messiah.. |

"My friend and sometimes work partner is trying to say is that she had a very rough childhood
and when her powers began to form as an early teen she was thrown out of her home and
found herself on the streets doing whatever she had to do to survive.. That is a lot of inner
issues that has driven her to drink a lot and live on the edge.. How am I doing Tabs?" Wade
said as he turned to her and she gave him a thumbs up..

"Well look at all of you beautiful birds all together!" Bradley said as he stood with an empty
wine glass looking over all the bottles of Fay wine that Omnia had brought from Otherworld..
"We have red and white and blue wine?.. I have never had wine that was blue?.. Well I know
what I have to do for the sake of science!" He said as to the bottles as he continued his conversation..
"I must drink you and see what the difference is.. So thank you luv for allowing a gentlemen like myself
sample your define self.." Nemesis pored himself a glass and took a moment to gently smell it before
taking a sip.. "Oh Luv!.. That is truly divine.. One hundred percent made from berries.. Bradley closed
his eyes as his body began to break down the wine.. With each sensation he felt gave him information..
"The wine does have a healing to it and builds on the bodies immune system.. I should take some more
bottles later for more research.. "Well thank you all for the good conversation and I hope we can continue
more of this later but I need to find my family and join the others.. My oldest boy is getting married tomorrow.."

He looks like he is thinking about everything that Omnia has showed us.." Hope said as she looked
over at her father Cable and saw the heaviness in his eyes.. A strange chill came over her as she
looked over and Saw Mystique looking at her for a second as she talked to Axle.. The way she looked
at her gave her the creeps.. |
