Everyone had split up and joined groups as Old Man Logan found a tree and sat down under it with a bowel of gumbo and a cold
beer that he had snagged from a cooler that said (Logan) on it so he just took one.
As he sat he watched everyone and it brought back so many memories of the X-Men his family before the nightmare that had became
his life. He did not know where his place was with this group just yet but he was happy to be here. His world was a dead wasteland
and this world was full of life. Some how he was going to make this work as this was his second chance.
"Come join us at the table with Lazuli and I. This is your home now and we are a strange family and we would like for you to be
apart of it and not sitting alone under a tree." Bishop continued. |

"It's a very nice tree." Old Man Logan responded with both men chuckling together for a moment.
"Your right Lucas! It's time for this old man to be more involved as it's my second chance with all of you. I am glad to have this chance
before I kick off this big mud ball of a world." Old Man Logan said as Lazuli took his food and drink from him as he stood up and
handed it back before heading to the table. "Thank you Darlin!"

"Of course Wade is joining us!" Outlaw said with a laugh as Deadpool sat down. "And Dev, glad you are as well. Oh Lord, I forgot about that guy," Inez said as she looked at Pirate Jack in the distance. "Dev, did he come along with your group ages ago?"
"Jack? He was involved with a friend of ours named Grainne. They broke up, but he stuck around anyway," Dev said as she shook her head. "He's floated around our little band of crazy immortals ever since. But it looks like Emma got custody of him for the moment. She doesn't know what she's in for..."
"Why do you say that?" Outlaw asked as Dev started to snicker, and then she laughed loudly.
"He's an interesting soul, to say the least," Dev replied as she watched Jack start to gesticulate around the Hellfire group. "He's probably telling them about how he escaped the maw of a Kraken, or he's recounting the time he stole half an imperial armory back in the day and gave the guns to the people of a small village that kept getting raided. He really tries for the Robin Hood thing at times, but sometimes..."
"Oh! Now I remember. He cheesed off some guy in a bar in San Francisco," Outlaw said as she slapped the table. "He came flying out the door and was screaming as he ran down the street. Nobody else was around, and I never go the damned video! And no, Wade, I don't think it was the bar you and Dom and the team went to a lot. That place was more for the mystic folks."
talks a lot.. I mean such a chatterbox and all about himself all the time.. A bit annoying if you ask me.. Just on and
on about himself and his adventures.. But a fun guy all around.. Looking forward to getting into some new troubles
with him.. I wonder what miss Frost is talking to him about.. She has a super serious face so it's all business!"
X-Men in the future. With Shaw and the other Hellfire being here as welcomed guest of the Professor means some sort of larger play is in
motion that is going to global in reach. With X-Corp also inserting itself in all this is big. As for Jack, he is kind of fun." She said with a smile.
Domino may have a story or two with Jack in the past during her merc years. |

I am constantly yelling at the kids to turn down their music and not to run in the halls.. They are
making me into an old person!" Rachel said to Ghost as Ravager chuckled..
Rachel sat down right in the middle with Jean one side Ravager and Kitty on the other..
"I just want to say I am glad that both of you.. Gabriel and Adam that you are now here and in
a better place.. I mean a few years ago I was in space hunting you down Gabriel to end your
reign with the Shi'ar any way possible.. So I am glad things have changed.." She said as Vulcan
looked amused by what she had said..

"I am grateful for family like my brother Alex and for you Rachel who spent a time in space hunting me down to take me
out and now we find ourselves at this table together. Life is full of surprises and wonders!" He nodded to Rachel and then Alex.

The extra information didn't make Dante feel too at ease. He got the same answer several times now from different people, but he was trusting once before and almost died. But everything felt right. He didn't know what to do, so while the others were chuckling at Hayley and Sydney's banter, he started to use the tech in his arm to scan D and Ray.
"Dante, just because D has a flerken doesn't mean it's not him," Claire chimed back in as she took the last bite of her food.
"I still want to know what a flerken is! And a kneazle!? That sounds like a sneeze! And I still want to know why Dante looks like Cable and is doing weird Sentinel stuff to me right now."
"Both of you seem like I remember," Dante added, "But this isn't how it's supposed to work..."
"I'm too tired to deal with this paranoia," D immediately interjected into the group, "Dante, we're all alive. Whatever you experienced, we'll figure it out and figure out where the others are. In the meantime, you all can plot, but I'm going to sleep." D nodded to everyone before he headed off toward a tree off in the distance. He'd been sleeping in space ships for the past couple of weeks, so being out in the open would be a nice change of pace.
"On that note, don't let me take up too much of your cosmic and magic conversation, I'm gonna head back over to the others." Ray leaned over and gave his mom one more hug and she kissed him on the cheek.
"And while you're there, make sure you get a phone number," Claire said with a laugh.
"Mom!"
I'm just saying! You can always date one of Emma's daughters, they have billionaire money!" Ray shook his head and laughed as he walked away. And in the meantime, Dante just sighed and took a sip from his lemonade.
"Maybe sleep isn't such a bad idea."

of a dark purple wine and slowly swirled around and took in the aroma before taking a sip. Even then she swirled it around in her
mouth a few minutes before swallowing.

Saber I hope it was okay to reveal the Krakoa stuff in this post. It's all private conversation and would not reveal the Professor's
speech and all of us are reading the books and know where all this is going. So I hope that I did not over step.
Warren was also drinking the fairy wine, "Yes it makes my lips and wings tingle a bit." Warren then had a thought after his second
sip of the wine.
(Emma, Monet, Roberto can you here me?) Warren sent out his thoughts to Sunspot and both ladies. Because of their position in
The Hellfire and X-Corp they knew about what the Professor was about to reveal because they had already had been working silently
in the background to build the future of mutant kind and Krakoa. With Genosha and Utopia their mistakes creating those nations without
an economy that other nations would need to be apart of. They were isolated from the rest of the world in a way that allowed them to be
discarded. The Professor reaching out to Hellfire and X-Corp to put a plan forward to change both organizations and create an economy
for Krakoa a real mutant nation that would be recognized by the United Nations. Krakoa was able to communicate to the Professor about
medicines that can be created from the island. These medicines would help humans help some illness and prolong a healthier life. This
will be the bases of putting Krakoa in a position where it would become apart of the global community and bring them into the United
Nation. Krakoa will be a mutant nation that would not be isolated and vulnerable like Genosha and Utopia was.
(Yes!) All three responded.
(How about we make our own Krakoa wine and put it on the market?) Warren suggested.

(Yes Warren that is an excellent idea.) Emma responded as she grabbed a white wine and sampled it.
(If we can do something like this fairy wine it would bring big prophet.) She continued with Warren and
the others in her link as well as the Professor who she brought in. (I vote yes to this.) Emma said as she
and the rest of Hellfire sat down at the sun part of the table.

"So where should we sit?" He asked as he looked over at the massive table that Omnia had

"Even with a healing factor I am going to hold off on the drinking." She said as she sat down at the table beside Santo.

Kari took a deep breath before talking to Rose. The whole "doom and gloom and insane grandmother" bit was weighing heavily on her soul, and what had been going on with Hank and Moira and the new refugee across the dome.
"Rose, I'm sorry. Things with Grandmother got a bit more bizarre than usual. I know you know what happened, and we can all have a nice long chat over a cold beer or two when we have had our fill of celebrating. I'm glad you made it, and I'm glad you dragged Axl back with you."
It was then that Kari saw Jack Sparrow in the distance, chatting with Emma of all people. "And that I didn't anticipate," Kari said to Rose as she could "feel" Rose trying to get Jack's attention. "If you want to go over and...no, you may want to wait," Kari added as she saw Michael Priest and Sebastian Shaw walk over to them. "Hellfire business, I'm betting. You might want to wait until Jack is finished his business there. And now Cormac is with them? Lovely. Maybe Warren can keep them all on task?"
Kari mentally tapped Nathan's shoulder and nodded in Emma and Jack's direction. {{It gets curiouser and curiouser}} Kari said telepathically as she saw Annika walking to where they were standing. {{And Desdemona just arrived as Hank's visitor left. I'll talk to him and Moira later. I was getting worried about that whole dynamic. Another dimensional incursion. I am pretty sure Hank is blaming himself, but I am also fairly certain he had precious little to do with it}}
We need to do something.. Since I am anchored in time I can feel it all coming apart and something
needs to be done.." Cable looked over at the Original five that were pulled through time sitting with
Citian..
"I screwed up Kari.. I should of sent them back when they arrived but with you gone and my father
losing his mind with the Phoenix I was just in a dark place and was not making the best choices.. But
this is on me too and not just Hank.." Cable said to Kari as they took their place on the sun part of the
table..Kari started to reply to Nathan when she felt her sister Hayley across the table. Karenza got a very loud {{Don't!}} telepathically screamed at her while Hayley still looked calm and serene next to her crew. Kari swallowed hard and returned her attention back to Nathan.
"We all need to work to fix what was broken. What happened with you and Hank and the original X-Men. The whole ordeal with Scott. I'm starting to piece all the parts of that story together, and there are other hands at work, likely besides Cassandra Nova and the Shadow King. With the Phoenix seemingly gone, that leaves so much out of balance. I say seemingly because that force is never truly done with this world. It may have left here because it felt it's time was ended for now, but we both know too well we can't predict that wild card. Not with its sister Askani and all its children here."
Kari nodded to Omnia as everyone started to gather at the table now, but Kari saw what the others didn't. All around them were the spirits of those who had not made it home. They were likely not visible to any else at the moment, but she was sure their presence could be felt.
"A blessing to those here and to those who have passed to the other side. May their memories be eternal," she said as tears formed in the corners of her eyes. "May this be the start of better times for us all," she said as she leaned over and kissed Nathan. "And may all those who should still be here with us find their way home."

"Yeah, we can all banter back and forth while you guys head out," Sydney said to Ray and Dante before looking at Hayley. "And you can go have that talk with Kari. I could feel that b!tch slap in my head. Remember, we did the old psychic link one too many times, so I have a lot of access to your thoughts and feelings I don't want 99 percent of the time. I have enough sister issues, thank you very much!"
All Sydney wanted to do was take care of Dante, but that would be a huge mistake. He needed space, not smothering. "Dante, before you find a quiet spot, here," she said as she dug into that silly pouch attached to her belt. "This is a calming stone. The stone is from near my family's first home in the Highlands. It's magically infused with all sorts of herbal things, but mostly lavender and chamomile. And, OK, maybe a protection spell or six or seven. Just put it next to you, and it can syphon off any bad energy so you can sleep better. It can also alert you if evil spirits are nearby. It starts to glow and hum. I've had one of these on me since..."
Sydney was the one starting to get the weeps now as her eyes teared up.
"Since you left. I mean, we never shared a room like that, but it always made me feel better knowing you were where I could reach you if needed. Add the Hayley factor, and there were a lot of nights I watched old movies and bad informercials. If this is home, then I'll fill you in on all the magical nonsense. No need dropping that on you if this isn't home. But keep the stone. Even if this isn't your home. Get some rest."
"So, Claire, if Ray needs a date, I'm sure there plenty of new girls in the student body now, too, but I won't offer my matchmaking skills," Sydney said only half jokingly. "We all know my track record is not the best at stuff like that. I haven't seen Naomi. Then again, I haven't been checking out the whole roster. Where is she?"

"I am so sorry about that," Jack said as he moved back into the group. "An old friendly voice in my head, and then I wander off like some puppy. Oh, faerie wine. That looks very familiar indeed!"
Jack could tell that at least some of the group around Emma were mentally chatting away about something. If he needed to know what it was about, they'd tell him.
He could also tell a lot of people were looking in his direction. He bowed to the group at large and lifted his rum glass to those gathered.
"Health to the company!" he said very loudly as he spun around and lifted his glass to all. "I'd sing a ballad now, but Axl would have my head if I sang one of his songs. You know, if the faeries allowed it, selling this wonderful wine of theirs would make a lot of money for the distributor. I know my libations well, and that wine never disappoints."
Jack was not psychic, and he was not looped into whatever anyone was talking about telepathically. He just knew good drinks when he saw them.
"Michael, where is that brother of yours? The teacher?" he asked Priest as the Hellfire Grey King shook his head. "Wait. His daughter? Your sister? He's up at the family home in Massachusetts, I bet."
