The last memory Jason could remember was being killed in a battle on Apocalypse’s Omega World. He remembered his mind slide
out of his body and into the arms of the Phoenix taking the form of his mother Jean Grey. Jason felt warmth and peace come over
him and then he felt himself go into a deep sleep. The next memory he had after that was breaking out of a Phoenix egg in the middle
of a forest. His body was pure and free from the Phalanx infection and all the Weapon Plus had experimented on him. Jason was reborn
into his real natural form and his mutant powers were enhanced by the rebirth.
Jason felt something calling to his mind as he followed this mental tug to a cave but it was not a normal cave as it appeared to be set up
like a home or a camp. The cave had a bed an area to cook food over a fire with pots and pans. Herbs and grains stored in glass jars on
shelves that were carved into the cave. In a far corner were clothes and blankets all made from fur and leather. The clothes looked like
something you would in Game of Thrones or a fantasy movie. With the dust and webs around the clothes and jars it was clear no one human
had been in this cave for a long time. Jason found books written in a language he did not recognize. Then in a chest he found a sword with a
handle that was shaped into a wolf. He felt the sword reach out to his mind and gave him its name as if the sword was alive. The sword called
itself The White Wolf and only reached out to him with the name when he found it for the first time.
A few months had past and Jason had made the cave his home and went out hunting with a bow and arrows he also found inside the chest. He realised
that he was on earth by looking at the stars and the moon at night. A part of himself wanted to contact his sisters telepathically but a feeling inside
of him felt like he needed to be alone for a while. The island and the time out from the real world was something he needed right now. He really started
to understand his father Logan going off on his own from time to time. Solitude was so healing and being around nature was really helping his psyche
with all the trauma he had suffered. Jason also discovered that the island was alive and that it had to be Krakoa from the X-Men data files he had studied.
Unlike the data information the island was not trying to kill him but at times he felt the island was helping him to live.
Other discoveries was with his mutant powers. Jason was able to create four white wolves with his mind. All four had independent minds but were still
part of his consciousness. They could be the size of normal wolves or the size of a horse. He would ride one as transportation around the island. As he
explored the island he found no other human but their was a huge forked tower with no way inside that he had found.
One morning he awakened and his cave was different. He sat up in his bed and looked over and saw the area that he cooked his food over a fire and saw
that it was now a kitchen. A kitchen made from plants and stone. Also a giant round red sphere that came out of a bush and when Jason approached it the
red crystal of the sphere began to turn on like a television and a news program from Australia began to play with sound. It was startling so he decided to
explore the island to see if there was any other changes and there was. A lot more of those red crystal spheres were in the trees and bushes and something
more puzzling. There were empty houses made from mushrooms and trees everywhere. Jason rode his wolf to the tower and saw a young man sitting on a
hill with his back to him gazing out over the land.
“Hello?” Jason said as he got close enough for the young man to hear him. The young man was startled and spun around and that is when Jason saw his face
and recognized the young man, “CYPHER?!”
