Occupation: College Student
Group Affiliation: (Current) UCLA, (Former) X-Men
Base of Operations: Anaheim, California
Legal Status: Citizen of the United States, with no criminal record
Marital Status: Single
Known Relatives: Nathan Pliskin (father, assumed deceased),Claire Madison | Parallanx (mother), Ray Madison | Raiden (brother), David Pliskin | Solid Snake (uncle)
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 130 lbs (201 lbs with cybernetics)
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Blonde
Age: Late Teens
Origin: Las Vegas, Nevada
POWERS AND PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Armitage, as with her brother, is an Alpha-Level mutant, capable of a variety of psionic feats. Thanks to Weapon Plus, her body has been genetically and cybernetically modified to push her past her natural limits.
Telepathy: Naomi has the ability to read minds of others and project thoughts. This also allows telepathic communication between two or more individuals over vast differences.
Telekinesis: Naomi can move, lift and manipulate fairly large objects, channel her telekinetic powers to fire powerful mental force blasts, focus her psionic energy into a protective shield, and levitate herself in order to fly at fairly high speeds.
Energy Manipulation: After receiving gene splicing from her brother's DNA, Armitage gained the ability to absorb and manipulate large quantities of ambient electromagnetic energy, internalizing it and transferring it to the visible spectrum as red energy. The aura tends to plume off of his body, trailing like fire and smoke, often trailing in the direction of strong wind currents.
Cybernetic Implants: Naomi has various cybernetic equipment inside her body to make her an ultimate weapon.
[li]AGL-X6G9: This system is what was used to enhance Naomi's agility, speed and reflexes.[/li]
[li]DG-9833Xz---Regeneration: These are also known as DG Cells or Dynamic reGeneration Cells. These nanomachines were injected into her bloodstream, where they eventually infect the white blood cells. The blood cells are then used as a vessel to interact with the cells in the body, where the nanomachines go on to repair damage that the body has undergone. This is demonstrated by cybernetic threads emerging from gashes and pulling the flesh together, and stitching it back. In the case of severed limbs, the lines attach themselves to the limb and reel it in before stitching it back in place.[/li]
[li]GNE-SDRX---Combat System: This computer chip implanted in Naomi's brain contains knowledge of various combat styles, which she is able to recall at an instant. Through this, she's well versed in hand to hand combat and has extensive knowledge in the use of firearms.[/li]
[li]XG-1179---Nano-fiber Weaponry: This is a bodywide layer of fiberoptics, threaded in through her skin and muscles. On her command, cybernetic chords can protrude from her body to be used as a weapon or as a method of binding someone. These chords can be severed at will and used as whips and the like. Coupled with her telekinesis and energy manipulation, these are highly potent weapons.[/li]
[li]0199-PRWOFF--Failsafe Shutdown: This is chip at the base of Naomi's neck serves two purposes. The first purpose is a failsafe which places inhibitors on Armitage that keeps her performing at a certain level. Originally activated externally, Naomi eventually learned to activate it herself, which shutdown the blocks on her system, which in turn allowed her to move at speeds that rivaled Northstar and Aurora. As demonstrated then, removing the safeguards for extended periods but constant strain on her systems, reducing her capacity to recover from injuries. In the case of using superspeed, she tore flesh from her body due to friction and shut down her healing factor. The second function is to shut down her combat systems and mutant powers completely, making her as tough as a normal human.[/li][/ul]
Strength level: Naomi possesses super human strength strength and agility for a woman her age, height, and build who engages in intensive regular exercise. She is able to lift up to 2000 lbs with maximum effort.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Polyglot: Armitage is capable of fluently speaking English, Japanese, Italian, and French.
Expert Martial Artist: Armitage is well versed in a a handful of martial arts, including Krav Maga, Kung Fu, and Hakke Ken. The full extent of her combat prowess is heavily dependent on the cybernetic components feeding information into her brain in real-time, though these three styles she can recall independent on the activity of her components.
Expert Acrobat: Armitage is a highly skilled gymnast and acrobat thanks to her martial arts training and cybernetic components.
Computer Expert: Armitage is highly skilled in the use of computers and is fully capable of hacking into secure computer systems. Though nowhere near as skilled as Sage or Shadowcat, Naomi is more than capable of filling in for the two if they're not around or to do tasks that don't need their immediate attention.
WEAPONS AND EQUIPMENT:
Cybernetic Cords: She can launch thin, detachable cybernetic cords and chains through her arms to tie up her enemies. She can also charge them up and cause them to explode, which in turn, causes more damage. They come from 7 pores (places are tattooed) on her back (three on the left, four on the right), five on her right arm, and three on her left.
WEAKNESSES:
Electromagnetic Pulse: Naomi can be rendered unconscious with enough force or by powerful telepaths. Small EMP pulses do no harm to her, but big EMP pulses (like those created by nuclear explosions or Magneto) would do great harm to her cybernetics, weakening their effects or potentially shut them off for a short time. If that were to happen, the nano-machines wouldn't be able to heal her wounds, and if they were big enough, they would prove to be fatal.
Regenerative Taxation: Armitage, despite her healing factor, is not capable of rapid, extensive regeneration. Should she receive far too much damage, she can be put down for extended periods of time, or indefinitely depending on the extent of damage she has received.
Cybernetic Taxation: Armitage's cybernetic components, while advanced, are largely prototypes and are heavily dependent on her failsafe function in order to operate properly. Should she or someone else disable her failsafe system, she runs the risk of pushing her body to limits it was never meant to reach, doing significant harm to herself in the process.
History: Naomi Madison was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, three years after Ray Madison. Her brother was dumped off at an orphanage by her father, so she was raised not knowing she had a sibling, and was raised in a seemingly normal household. Like her brother, her powers manifested early on, causing her to have uncontrolled telepathic outbursts, giving her glimpses into the minds of others, or speaking into their minds when she meant to talk to them out loud. Since her parents knew all to well what was going on, they aided her in getting control of her powers. And despite the tactical uses of a telepath, Nathan refrained from turning his daughter into a weapon. His deal with the demon Zuii had been met, and he wanted to have a normal family. One day, Naomi was shopping with her mom and they were suddenly in a brutal car pile up on the freeway and were ejected from the car.
Both were severely injured and rushed to the hospital. Nathan got there as fast as he could and received news that they probably wouldn't make it through the week. Being the scientist that he was, Nathan got them transferred to a Weapon Plus facility and hooked them up to state of the art life support systems. While inside the life support tank, Naomi body was slowly healing, so Nathan thought it would be best to operate on her first. Nathan got his best team of scientists, and with the help of his best friend, Will Bates, installed cybernetic implants that ran off of her own body heat and electric pulses in the brain into her body.
Unfortunately, his grief caused him to regress back into mad scientist mode, prompting him to go further and turn Naomi into another one of his living weapons. He then with the help of his friend Will, to use his technology to "upgrade" her to make her stronger, faster, and more agile. Along with weaponized implants, he manipulated Naomi's DNA, inserting the X-Factor gene of her brother, Ray, granting her energy manipulating powers on top of her already formidable arsenal. Her initial codename was Android X1, the first in a line of new weapons.
Wanting to test other abilities, Nathan put his daughter in an extensive training program once she fully recovered from her operation. The first day of testing, she went up against a series of battle droids and was beaten to the point where she was barely conscious. Than then activated a secondary system in her body, allowing him to hijack it. From there, Naomi massacred the very same machines she barely kept up with. Other scientists were surprised by the sudden change in combat tactics, prompting Nathan to reveal that his technology would allow them to take control of their subjects while in the battlefield, allowing them to be more effective weapons.
She was put through a more rigorous training regimen, and over time, Naomi, now known as Dominique I, the third weapon in the overarching Armitage line, began to prove that she was a formidable combatant in her own right. It surprised everyone when Nathan seemingly deactivated "Dominique", shutting off all of her cybernetics, as well as disabling her mutant powers. Basically freed from mind control, an amnesiac Naomi "woke up", stranded in a strange facility with strange people she didn't recognize. She did what any would do and plotted to escape.
Little did she know that on the same day she was going to try to escape, someone else already started to do that. Ein Hayabusa, Ninja X, seemingly rioted in the Weapon Plus facility as he attempted to escape. In the conflict, the door to her containment cell was destroyed. With everyone dealing with Ninja X, she took the opportunity to make a break for it, and ran off without ever looking back. Without her knowledge, Ninja X kept pursuers off her trail, and made sure she made it back to civilization in one piece before leaving her to her own devices. After escaping the lab, she spent time at several orphanages and halfway houses before going off on her own again, Naomi decided to run again, so she did, and soon found herself in Westchester, roaming the streets. While wandering about, she encountered a no good pack of boys, who attempted to take advantage of her. She ran, and they gave chase.
As she fled, she eventually found herself outside the gates of Xavier's mansion, where she eventually collapsed from exhaustion. The gang attempted to snag her before anyone saw, but fortunately, the resident mutants at the mansion saved her before bringing her inside to be treated. Her stay at the mansion, while pleasant, was quickly cut short. After the X-Men returned from a mission dealing with Cassandra Nova and the Shi'ar, Vamp, a Weapon Plus agent himself, attacked the X-Men seeking David Stenbuck, Ein Hayabusa, and Wolverine. He discovered that Naomi and Raiden were present at the mansion as well, and knowing he was outnumbered, kidnapped the seemingly defenseless Naomi and sent her back to Weapon Plus and her father.
Eventually, the X-Men would go to take on Weapon Plus, and were attacked by Sentinel's. To their surprise, a reactivated Naomi would destroy the machines before her father made his presence known, revealing Naomi's true identity and her relation to the X-Man known as Raiden and himself. Ray went on to combat his father while other X-Men took on and defeated Naomi, rendering her unconscious. With the Russian Weapon Plus base destroyed, the control they had over Naomi was along with it. She eventually recovered in the care of the X-Men, and eventually became a member of the team. Naomi immediately connected with her brother, Ray, and it was as if they grew up together. Eventually, Naomi and Ray would be reunited with their mother, Claire Madison. Their mother was corrupted by the Anti-Phoenix, causing the two siblings to do battle with her multiple times. In time, she would recover and return to normal, making the chaotic family seem normal for once in their lives.

- Mind Link: Armitage develop a mental link with any person which remains as a connection to that individual, allowing her to easily communicate and track anyone she's linked to.
- Telepathic Camouflage: She can mask herself, and other peoples' presence from those around her.
- Psionic Shield: She can erect a psychic shield for protection of herself and others in her immediate area from telepathic intrusion and attacks.
- Psionic Blasts: She can project psionic force bolts which have no physical effects but which can affect a victim's mind so as to cause the victim pain or unconsciousness and can even kill an adversary.
- Astral Projection: Naomi can astral project herself in order to communicate with people over long distances, or to shift herself and others into the Astral Plane.
- Mental Sedating: She can telepathically "sedate" her victims so that, if already rendered unconscious, they remain so for as long as she continues to "sedate" them.
Telekinesis: Naomi can move, lift and manipulate fairly large objects, channel her telekinetic powers to fire powerful mental force blasts, focus her psionic energy into a protective shield, and levitate herself in order to fly at fairly high speeds.
- Force Fields: Naomi create protective force shields that could protect against a variety of attacks, including explosions and energy blasts.. The upper limits of this ability remain unknown.
- Concussive Blasts: She can generate telekinetic bursts allowing him to blow beings, objects, and energy attacks off course.
- Flight: Naomi is able to propel herself and others through the air unaided via her telekinesis. Her maximum speed is unknown.
- Energy Blasts: Naomi can manipulate the energy she controls into concussive waves of energy of varying strengths. This is demonstrated by the energy forming a plume of energy forming around the origin of the blast before jettisoning out as a wave of energy, flowing along a predetermined path. Typically, the strength of the blast is gauged by the size of the blast. Though the full strength of his energy attacks are unknown and they're estimated to be weaker than the blasts from her brother, it's quite possible she's still capable of similar feats.
- Energy Combustion: Naomi can transfer her energy into various objects, from concrete to steel, causing it to pulse with energy. Upon releasing her hold on the object, the energy becomes violent, causing the object to explode a short time afterward. The larger the object, the more energy is required to charge it, and the longer the process takes.
Cybernetic Implants: Naomi has various cybernetic equipment inside her body to make her an ultimate weapon.
- NULL-Scan---Sensor Invisibility: This system, once activated, can shield Naomi from being detected by various radar systems, such as sonar and motion sensing systems. These also null out power dampening collars and any other system that blocks out mutant powers, rendering them useless.
- MDETEC-X14---Metahuman Detection: This system originally allowed Naomi to detect mutants in her immediate area, but has been expanded to detect any and all people with metahuman abilities, whether they're a mutant, alien, or use magic.
- PWR-X113---Physical Enhancements: These chips and circuit boards are to enhance the users physical attributes to superhuman levels.
- Superhuman Strength: A combination of fiber-optic nanotubes and cybernetics have been used to enhance Armitage's strength to superhuman levels. She has demonstrated enough strength to punch through steel and shatter concrete, and it's estimated that she can lift at least four tons.
- Superhuman Endurance: The same combination of components that enhanced Naomi's strength have also made her tougher. Bullets and knives harm her as usual, but she's capable of taking a lot more damage than the average person before being taken down.
[li]AGL-X6G9: This system is what was used to enhance Naomi's agility, speed and reflexes.[/li]
- Superhuman Agility: Naomi's's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels beyond the human body's natural limits and well into superhuman levels. She's able to twist and contort her body in ways most would believe to be impossible.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Armitage able to respond to various attacks faster than the average person and could possibly dodge gunfire if he were far enough away and had enough time to respond to the situation.
- AGL - Superhuman Speed: The mechanical enhancement of her body has allowed Naomi to move far faster than even the most fit humans can achieve. It's quite common to see her running at over forty miles per hour, and has been known to reach upwards of 80 miles per hour. One extreme case is when she shut down the failsafe and pushed her body to the limit, and thus was able to match Northstar and Aurora in speed for a brief period of time.
[li]DG-9833Xz---Regeneration: These are also known as DG Cells or Dynamic reGeneration Cells. Unfortunately, the X-Men nor her brother would not be able to protect her from Weapon Plus forever, as on one instance, her father injected her and others with a set of nanomachines, which allowed him to take control of their bodies remotely. He claimed his daughter shortly after the Stamford Incident, which prompted her brother to leave the X-Men in search of her. Armitage would later resurface under the control of Weapon Plus as they and their allies hunted the Mutant Messiah, Hope Summers. In a conflict with the X-Men, she accidentally killed her brother, which helped her snap out of her Weapon Plus programming and temporarily tap into his latent Phoenix Force, which she then used to rescue the others other Weapon Plus control.
The X-Men would later go on to save Hope Summers, and her brother would return from the dead thanks to the Phoenix. He would go on to retire from the X-Men while she remained on the team. But interests started to take her elsewhere and she decided to try the normal life for awhile went moved to LA to go to college while working as an X-Man part time.
No one has heard from Naomi in several months, however.
