Mutant abilities-
All of the power she holds is in her voice. Her voice can do many things telepaths can do. For example,
when she sings, whistles or hums she can hypnotize people, create illusions, cause people to go unconscious,
cause physical pain on others, along with many other ways she could manipulate a person by the sound of her
voice. When she hypnotizes a person she can do it either through ways like singing or she can also do it through
normal speech as well. She can also Levitate using the vibration of her own sound waves, which are so high most
won’t be able to hear it. She can also talk to people while she does this, as if her voice has multiple layers.
Genetic Mutation-
Melody’s skin, hair, and eyes are all shades of pink. Her hair naturally grows upward and takes on a big shape.
Origin-
Desiree is from an alternate reality. As a baby, she was adopted by a lesbian couple, so she never knew who her
biological parents were. When she started to change and develop her powers as a young teenager, her mothers
were very supportive about her being a mutant. They did all they could to keep her safe and even started to home
school her. But when Desiree started to feel to isolated, her parents did some deep searching and found not just a
support group for mutants, but all super powered beings. In the group she made three good friend, a vampire, a
fairy, and an inhuman. One thing they all shared was their passion for music, and they even started a band called
The Fabulous Freaks. Their music was a mixture of many genres, and they all had their own band names, her’s
was Melody. They started off playing at places that were friendly to the supernatural, like secret magical clubs.
What they didn’t expect was that soon enough their band would become widely known, and they gained fans
both human and supernatural. Ever since then, she has been labeled a celebrity in her world for being the lead
singer of The Fabulous Freaks, and she has had a pretty good life. Although, just a few months ago she was
taken from her reality and sent to the Omega World Dome. Now Melody hopes to find her way out of the dome.
