SYBIOSIS WITH THE SPIRITAIL REALM
Duncan's mutant powers connect him with the spiritual realms and spiritual entities.. He can personally can move in and out of
the realm at will.. Duncan can control any entity from these realms and bring them into the physical realm to his aid for about
an half hour between entity.. The entity has electrical magnetic abilities..
Telekinesis/Telepathy
Electricity control from the earth or planetary grid..
Phasing of self and invisibility.. In this form he can not do anything physical or access his other abilities.
SOULSWORD
With the help of Magik Duncan was able to make his very own Soulsword with the same abilities as Illyana's..
Mystic Right: The Soulsword is a physical manifestation of Magik’s magical powers as well as the limbo dimension
she rules. As the Soulsword is the living embodiment of Illyana Rasputin, whomever owns the sword is considered
to be the ruler of Limbo (Otherplace). Only the ruler of Limbo can wield the sword and only the wielder of the sword
can rule limbo.
Strike the Supernatural: The Soulsword has been shown to only harm magical creatures or objects -- it rarely injures
non-magical beings or items.
Maim the Ethereal: Intangible and ethereal beings can also be struck, as Shadowcat painfully learned.
Counter/Break Spell: When Duncan uses the Soulsword to strike a person who is possessed, enchanted, or otherwise
magically controlled or transformed the sword will be able to counter or break the spell.
Sword Summoning: Duncan can store her Soulsword in nothingness and summon it whenever she desires.
Summon Armor: It can also be used to summon a promethium battle armor around the wearer.
Sword Fighting-
Duncan was trained in sword fighting by both Magik and Nightcrawler..
ORIGIN
Duncan is the youngest son of James Bradley AKA Doctor Nemesis. His mother died of cancer when he was very young of age and
had a Nanny that took care of him most of the time back in England, while his father hunted Nazi's and tried to find his other son
Gallion who was taken by Weapon Plus. Although it was later found out that the mother he thought he had was really Mystique who
purposely deceived them. When Duncan's brother went missing when he was very young he was heartbroken. He knew that his father
was doing everything he could to bring Gallion back. Although, once Gallion was not only his brother but also his best friend, he felt like
he owed it to him to also try and find his brother. But of course he was to young and it was to dangerous, so his father wanted to keep him
safe instead. This didn't settle well with Duncan though, because he was very stubborn and rebellious by nature. As much as be believed in his
father he still felt like he needed to be out there to find his brother Gallion. So at the time he made a choice, and that choice was to investigate
on his own. For a long time he tried to find his brother but had no luck, and at times he just felt like giving up and going back home but he was
still to determined. During his journey he came across what he thought was a pagan village and the friends he made there promised to help him
on his search and even help him with his powers. Although, this village was only an illusion created by Cassandra Nova to train him. Once he got
older and became more mature he started to realize the consequences of the choices he had made. He really started to think about how his decisions
must have effected his father who technically lost both of his sons for a time. He became overwhelmed with guilt because he loved his father
dearly, he just couldn't stand to do nothing about his brother's disappearance. Although, just before Duncan was about to go back to his father,
Cassandra Nova decided to move forward with her plans and mess with Poltergeist's mind. For a very long time she kept him trapped in his
mind and twisted his good memories into something horrible. Once she deemed him ready she made him attack the X-Men with his phantom
army, but her plan backfired as it only brought him back to reality and out of her mental control. Now he is reunited with his Brother and Father
with the X-Men. After being apart of the X-Men for a while he has gained close friendships with people like Marrow and Firestar and is now in
a relationship with Iceman. Although, during Wolverine's funereal he was changed by Madelyn Pryor into a demonic servant with enhanced abilities.
From that experience he learned a lot about his powers when he broke free.. With the help of Saber and Magik he has gained more control of his
abilities..
Duncan's father Doctor Nemesis (James Bradley) Who also became a member of the X-Men's science team.. Later he found out that his mother who he
thought died from cancer was not real.. His mother was the Mutant Mystique who was undercover to keep an eye on Nemesis and his mutant studies as
Bradley was on the wrong side of the mutant species at the time.. Mystique had two boys during that time.. Gallion and his younger brother Duncan.. When
she was done with her mission she faked the death of the persona and left Bradley and her kids behind..
