This lady is very much a work in progress. She is Citian's twin, and she tended to be on the evil side of the street during her previous times on the board. I need to see what her compass is pointing to right now.
PB is Courtney Hope, formerly from The Bold & The Beautiful and the character she plays in the video game (as yet to be released) Control. I may also use pics from the Fallen Angel comic from DC/Vertigo & IDW.
This is her last bio, and I had forgotten she had been the Dark Mother. Kev and I will have a chat about her after his move. I am not in a rush to bring her into play just yet.

Powers: Telepathic and telekinetic with developing mystic powers
Weaknesses: Those of any baseline human. She can be stabbed, shot, beheaded, poisoned, etc. Her mystic powers are not that great yet.
Bio: Scarlett was created by Citian from energy, but unlike the manifestation of Madelyne Pryor called by Nate Grey, this one became flesh and blood due to her mystic heritage. Scarlett was with the X-Men for a time after she and Citian returned to the mansion several years ago, but during the House of M, she was whisked away into another dimension. In this world she fulfilled the prophecy that a Summers child would become Dark Mother, so she was schooled in the ways of darkness.
Before being ripped into that other world, Scarlett stood in the shadow of her brothers Galen and Citian. She did not make a strong place for herself, and some would probably say that is why she fell so quickly to the forces of evil.
Scarlett has made one cameo on the board in the past year. She is the red cloaked woman who helped free her cousin Greg Summers/Scion from his mute and slightly crazed state. Why she has done this is still a mystery.
