Bio: Jordan Hennessey is your typical 20 something except for two things. First, Jordan is a mutant. Second, Jordan is a pop star. Some would say they are one in the same thing.
For a time Jordan went to Xavier's and was part of the original New Mutants along wiht her best buddy Libby Rathburn, now a fashion designer. Life at Xavier's was fun, but Jordan always wanted to be in the spotlight.
Jordan was "discovered" during one of those reality TV shows. Not American Idol. One of the others. Ages ago. She sang her heart out, and then she nearly wore her hand off signing autographs. Records and movie deals came in, and Jordan was an overnight sensation.
Then the world found out she was a mutant. She had a scare where she thought she was pregnant, and one of the staff at the doctor's office leaked the results of her blood tests.
Mutant.
It was not good for business. Her deals fizzled like a wet firecracker. Movies? She'd be lucky if she got in a home movie now. And the riot at one of her concerts that killed Libby's little brother was more than she could bear.
For a time Jordan returned to Xaviers, but then she left to be alone for a bit. She said her good byes to her friends and hit the road. She probably broke Sunspot's heart in the process, too.
Fastforward to the House of M. Jordan is a star again. She's appeared on Alison Blaire's talk show a dozen times it seems, and she's been on the cover of The Pulse at least 10 times. She and her dog Diddly make all the best parties. She has it made again.
But then the House of M is gone, M Day hits, and Jordan finds herself back with the X-Men. Her one constant was Roberto DaCosta, and the couple eloped shortly after she rejoined the team.
