Elda being the daughter of the father of Thor and the daughter of the Phoenix her powers are a interesting mix.
Concussive Force Blasts: She can wield this energy to project beams of various levels of concussive force (This is usually manifested in psionic based attacks)
Psionic Nexus: Elda has psionic abilities of a alpha level (Telepathy, Telekinesis, Pyrokinesis etc)
Cosmic Teleportation: She can teleport others across vast distances such as another planet or galaxy
Immortality: She like her mother is immortal She can't die or be destroyed. At least completely. She has been reborn at least once in her life.
Cosmic Pyrokinesis: She can create 'cosmic' flames under any conditions even the impossible ones such as vacuum space or underwater. Like her mother however Elda manifests this in the form of flames in the shape of the Phoenix entity however she can also manifest it in electrical form as well.
Atmokinesis: Elda is capable of manipulating and creating cosmic weather . She can create cosmic storms, solar flares, geomagnetic storms, cosmic rays , coronal mass ejection and black holes. (Although it should be noted she hasn't as much control over this ability as her mother does.

HISTORY:
EL is the alternate reality daughter that was conceived from a love affair from Odin who was the original Thor at the time and the Phoenix Force. She started out life as pure energy but was molded into the child of the two. When their affair ended EL was left with her father who wanted to raise her as the future queen of Asgard but she had no such appetites. Like her mother she wanted to experience what the universe had to offer. She came to a point in the realities which threw her into the current one. Feeling some connections to her family but somewhat different she is coming to earth to see what she can find.
