said to Wolverine before he spun around and faced Copycat.. “Oh yeah!.. Captain America or
as I call him Stevie have become brothers from another mother since you were gone.. Honestly
I was a member of the Avengers and Stevie and I became tight!” Deadpool put one hand over
his heart and the other hand in the air with his palm open, “I swear on the holiness of the Golden
Girls it is true!” Copycat looked at him as if she did not believe him until he swore on the Golden
Girls.. Then her eyes looked shocked as she believed him..
it was true when he swore on the Golden Girls that it was true. Logan and everyone around them did not correct the statement either. “Can I see it?”
She asked Deadpool with an eager smile. Wade went through one of his pockets and pulled out his Avengers card and handed it to her. “This is the
real deal!” She said as she looked it over. “What is the Avengers Unity Squad?” Vanessa asked as it was written into Deadpool’s Avengers card.
between humans and mutants.. That is the team that I was on before it separated.. We still come
together from time to time for special operations. It is the real deal!. So should we call it a night or
go to the wedding and get trashed? I am up for both.. I am sure we can cause some serious trouble..”

“Thank you everyone for your compliments. Warlock helped me with it. So thank you Warlock for all your help.
I am going to go and get some rest before tomorrow which I am really nervous about. I heard so much about
Genosha and none of it was good. Night!” Duskk said as his armor transformed into his normal fairy like clothes
and headed off to the closest bunk while Warlock powered down in the corner..

Both Mystique and Axl were very surprised by what they were looking at.. Dragonfly had waved
for her and Axl to come join him, Cyclops and Kid Cable in the hanger.. When they stepped inside
what they saw was robotic drones building Orchis transport vehicles and armored suits for the mission..
“Well Conor you are full of surprises.. I was thinking of doing this the old fashion way.. Like stealing
a convoy.. But this really works for me!”

“Well Raven we are kind of stealing the vehicles sort of.. All these parts are from the battle that
we fought at the mansion.. We are recycling the parts for the vehicles plus we have a convoy of
Orchis soldiers heading for the Yuma station that we will replace with us.. Sage has all the contact
codes already for us to use.” Scott responded to Mystique..

bunks to take a look inside the hanger.. He was silent when Dragonfly was talking with Cyclops
and then Mystique and Axl came over and joined them.. He just folded his arms and took in
everything he was seeing and hearing..

Roslea smiled as she looked at everyone gathered for the ceremony. She could not remember the last time she had been able to celebrate one of her siblings marrying anyone. No one had been "in the loop" when Kari married Nathan, so none of them attended the ceremony. Then again, at that point, Kari didn't even remember who she was. How could the family have gathered together under those circumstances?
As she motioned for Dorcha and Jessie to come forward, Roz looked at Kari and took a deep breath before she started the ceremony.
"It is tradition, especially in groups like the X-Men, to gather together to celebrate life when all else is seemingly dropping hell in great blasts around you. May this moment of peace and happiness give us all joy before we walk into what awaits us tomorrow."
Roz opened a small pouch and took out a long golden ribbon as she waited for Jessie and Dorcha to join Ewan and Rose at the makeshift altar. "Aine, may my words be your words. May they bring peace and harmony to those we join together today," she prayed to the Celtic goddess of love as the ribbon started to shimmer in the candlelight.

“Good night Pops and thank you for your support.. We appreciate it a lot!” Akihiro and Aurora
waved back to Logan and Cair as they left.. He then turned to the rest of his siblings.. “I think
Jeanne and I are going to do the same.. See all of you in the morning!” Akihiro and Aurora then
slowly walked off, following behind Logan and Cair to the bunker.. Where they went straight to
a bunk that was big enough for both of them..
It scared her a bit how fast her feelings had grown towards him. Jeanne knew he felt the same with the way he looked at her and her
empathic powers feeling his emotions. She crawled into the same bunk as him and laid her head on his chest and fell asleep listening to
his heart beat. |

arms on the bunk. “So many changes in a short period of time. I am looking forward to living in our new home on our island. At least
the time we can get for ourselves between whatever adventures that are before us.” She said as she thought about Excalibur and what
possible missions they would be on in the future.

Karma saw Roslea as she was in the ceremony and did not want to disrupt what she was doing..
When Roslea looked in her direction she smiled and winked at her.. Xi’an was pleased that she
made it in time. She was also surprised at how beautiful everything was set up in such a short
period of time..

Xi’an put her arm around Jolie, “You are family now and I am looking forward to building a strong
friendship with you.” Karma said with a smile and then looked over at her girlfriend and waved at
her again seeing that she was surrounded by her friends and family. Xi’an was just happy that
Roslea did not look mad that she was late coming to the wedding.
