made us sisters in ways that only we understand..” Kwannon explained to Shogun before walking
over and giving Betsy.. Saber and Sharia each a hug.. No matter the situation, it was a strange
family dynamic between them..
“I was trying to explain how unconventional our family dynamic is to Yuna..” Psylocke said to them
as she decided to embrace the awkwardness to make it less awkward..

“Thank you everyone. I have to admit that I am very surprised by this sudden change and that
I will be replacing Cable of all people is kind of daunting.. I can tell you that I respect this responsibility
and will do my best to rise to the position.” Conor said to everyone that surrounded him with support..
Like Domino and Deadpool he wanted to know what was going with Cable.. They were not just teammates..
They were family in every sense of the word..

“I am so happy for you guys and I am so happy to meet you Milo!” Angelica said as she gave
Milo another hug.
“Come join us!” Firestar said as she motioned for them to follow her as she made her way back
to her husband Dragonfly. As she walked over to him she heard the conversation around him and
his response.
“Congratulations!” She said as she embraced Conor with a hug and a kiss.. Her husband's new
position made her feel kind of off.. Part of the reason she did not stay with the X-Men was that
Dragonfly was off on secret missions all the time. It made her reach back out to the New Warriors
and then the Avengers which she was still a member of.. She may not be on the main team anymore
by choice but she still did missions for them.. Krakoa and her husband being a part of what was the
CIA like X-Force would complicate things for her a bit..

After Firestar had left Milo kneeled down and picked up three stones from the ground and cupped
them in his hands. He closed his eyes and concentrated on the stones. Milo imagines the stones
transforming into rings. He saw that Krakoa can transform its atoms with thought and he also fused
his own violet light into the stones as they transformed. Milo then held out his hand revealing the
beautiful purple crystal like rings that shimmered in the light of the fire.
“I look forward to our ceremony with our loved ones when we can do it. For now these rings represent
our commitment to one another.” He said to Northstar and Kyle.

all of you that I will surprise everyone of you.. This team is not going to be a rebel military unit going
after mutant terrorists.. This is a bigger machine as we will be dealing with the world on a grand level..
I am excited by the challenge but I know it’s going to be the hardest thing I have ever done.” Beast
responded to Hollywood and everyone around him..

Hayley looked at Marcela and took a deep breath. If truth be told, Hayley had never thought Althena gave her much consideration in the past. Then again, Hayley was usually knee-deep in some nonsense with her family, and that had a way of skewing her judgment much of the time. It also kept her, except for the briefest of times, from looking beyond the four walls of her own existence. At least that's how it seemed to her.
The thought of being on a team with Kari and Dana, let alone Sydney, made Hayley rethink everything in all its over-analyzed glory. What could go wrong? What could destroy the world as they knew it by them all being together? What new debt or duty could be foisted on her to make Kari's life better? {{Snap out of it}} "Sorry," Hayley finally said quietly to Marcela. "Sydney jokes about the voices inside my head. At the moment it's only one voice, and she just gave me a kick in the pants."
"The Goddess Danu. She talks. A lot," Sydney added as she looked at Marcela and Hayley. "And I usually hear it because of this stupid spell. Thank heaven she took pity on me for the moment." "Of course, if I am needed, I will answer the call, for all my friends," Hayley said as she smiled at Marcela. "How much do you remember about all of us being together exactly? Every deity seems to play by different rules, and I don't want to ascribe anything to your situation that isn't correct." "She wants to know if you remember 'Fun Hayley and Adrian' or 'Gloomy Hayley and Adrian,' Marcela?" Sydney said as she seemed to be Hayley's translator at the moment. "She just won't utter the words." "No, that is not exactly it," Hayley huffed. "I don't want to babble on about things that make no difference at the moment. Just like you didn't want me messing around and scaring Dante with my nonsense."
Marcela smiled at the question and shrugged. "I remember enough and I remember as much as Althena wants me to know at any given moment." She had two lifetimes of Althena's memories she would have to sort through at some point, and it was clear that things changed between the conversion from the 7th cosmos to the 8th. Dante would not be the only one who would have to figure out what applied to one version of reality and not the other. But at least Marcela wouldn't have the emotional attachments when she had to figure it all out. "More important is how close you want to adhere to your so called rules. I imagine this new world that you all are building will require things to be different." |

"I guess the rules will come at us eventually. Life will not be one non-stop party," Hayley said to Marcela as she started to wince a bit and rub her temples. "Whatever the hell is going on on Muir Island is filtering back to me in spurts. I'm not seeing enough of it to give anyone a decent accounting, sorry to say."
"That may not be such a bad thing, given what happened your last time on Muir," Sydney said as she came closer, her face doing all sorts of weird contortions. "You did die there. It isn't some state secret."
"Please do not remind me," Hayley groaned as she tried not to think about the insanity of her last visit there. "I did see one thing. Rhiannon is back. She looks like some biker now. The enchanted princess look seems well and truly gone."
"Any sign of Ruarc or Rhys?" Sydney asked as she shook her head. "I sort of hope not. Rhys gets weird, and Ruarc is, well, a maniac is not being impolite, is it?"
"No, neither of them are there as far as I can see,and yes, that is likely a good thing. I just hope Rhiannon finds her own place if she is back here. The last time she got tossed into things I think she didn't like much."
Hayley could see Sydney looking at D and knew she was thinking about how D almost wound up in the middle of a family war because of one or the other of Rhiannon's gentlemen friends thinking things that were not true. "She is riding one of Malachi's dragons. That is all I know."
As she tried to push Rhiannon out of her mind, Hayley looked toward Marcela again. "You know, you are right, Marcela. We can likely toss out much of what we have known. There will likely be some sort of government and services structure to be set up by the Professor, Magneto and most of the old command staff. These are very new waters indeed. What are any of you expecting to happen next? Forming a nation with a home was not on my bingo card."

scope of it all. I have all the faith that Henry is going to do a good job and get to work with all of you again. You're my family and always will be. Even as annoying
and crazy that you are Wade I am glad that you're on the team. |

“Dance? I am so glad that you asked!” JJ said to Fantomex as he took her hand. “And hey, I’ve been a loner a lot of my life, so I get it. I bet that sounds weird considering I have a family, but sometimes even having one doesn’t mean that you feel you really fit in. I mean, a sister in the NOLA PD was not always the best thing. So I pushed her away. A lot. We didn’t get back on track until be both wound up with all of you.”
JJ smiled as she looked up at Fantomex. “We both know hell is going to break loose eventually. I’m just glad we have tonight. I hope we get a lot more nights like this,” she added as they continued to dance.

Rogue walked with Gambit with her arm hooked around his. She was enjoying the celebration with all the music around her. She moved her hips
to the rhythm of the drums which made Gambit laugh and kiss the side of her head. Both of them listened to Betsy talk about how she saw things
and the first move that Excalibur should do.
“Bets, I agree with everything you say and I have to admit I find it a bit exciting and scary. I have been to space so many times that it’s second nature
at this point. I can count the times I have been to Otherword on one hand. So all of this will be new to me but that is what also makes this exciting!”
Rogue responded to Betsy.
not mind strawberry.
“I am sure they are fine Chere.. It could be anything with them.” Gambit said as he did not put
too much thought into it.
“Now about our mutant history.. It just occurred to me to ask Karenza or even Dragonfly about it..
I would rather talk to them than Omnia or Apocalypse to be honest!” Gambit said as he responded
to the conversation that Betsy and Saber were having.
Surgah!” Rogue said to Gambit as he rolled his eyes.

“Well Chere it’s not going to be all that easy for Gambit.. It was not a pleasant experience being
captured and transformed into his Horseman of Death.. It felt like being ripped apart and reassembled
again.. It was beyond painful.. I will do his best to get along with the team but don’t expect me to
break bread with him..” Gambit responded to Rogue before taking another bite from his pop tart..

“Wow this is starting to come to life!” Saber said as he took a moment and looked around
at the city to see a few of the mutant refugees.. Mostly families laying claim to certain
shops and restaurants.. Moving crates of food and other products into the buildings.. The
families looked excited to help build and be a part of the new nation.. They came from
working in these places to survive to owning their own store or restaurants..
Saber walked over and used his telekinesis to lift up crates and bring them over to the
stores and restaurants and broke the tops off to help..
“This is an exciting time..” Saber said as he looked over at Betsy with a smile..
