"The city and the land is giving me a New Zealand or a little bit of Hawaii vibe. Something about being in the city and seeing the ocean in the
background that is kind of magical. It reminds me of my time in Australia with the X-Men in a way." He said to Everly as he saw some of the
refugees heading into the empty shops and restaurants excited about making it into something.
"I am looking forward to these restaurants are up and going and we can have a nice date night. With all the refugees from different parts of the
world we should get a lot of different types of restaurants and shops. I think Krakoa will be more diverse in it's culture as it develops."
“Oh Lucas, our lives here are going to be wonderful. I know I shouldn’t be so optimistic but I want to be. You're right,
our community is going to become so beautiful and diverse. What a time to be alive.” She said, following a passionate kiss.
"Besides having our own place we do have a home at the Red Keep at Hellfire Bay. Should we join the others on Warlock during the tour. Kate and the others
are going to take the trip and get off at the bay. We can see our home at the keep and check out our ship. How does that sound to you?"

In the middle of the city was a massive fire pit built into the structure which brought a big smile to Paris's face. He floated into the air above the
city and looked down at the forest. He then reached out with his mind to find all the broken tree branches on the ground. With a motion of his arms
all the loose branches floated into the air around him. Which for a moment caused a huge shadow cast over the city which scared a lot of the refugees
at first. All the branches slowly came down into the pit.
"Which of you are gifted with fire?!" Exodus said as a young mutant girl shot a fire blast into the pit setting the branches on fire.
"Thank you!" He responded as he floated back down and joined the refugees.
"Tonight we celebrate our new beginning! Tonight we will embrace the warmth of the heat of this fire knowing that every night we will be protected by it's
flames as our nation of Krakoa grows! I also want to inform all of you that Charles Xavier has asked me to be apart of council that will lead our nation! I
promise that I will lead and speak for all of you when I sit with the council. I am your avatar and I will always be open to what the Krakoan people want!
I want this night to be special so I will be back as soon as I can with some good surprises I hope!" Exodus said to the crowd and then flew off.

Jean gave a nod of her head to Sarah that she could join them before giving her response.
"Doug planted a gate that will take us directly back to the mansion. We will also take one of the
flowers and plant it on Muir Island so we can have an active gate. Unless we can get a mass
teleporter that can take us there!" Jean said out loud and looked around as everyone was heading
off to different adventures on the island..
He then saw Rachel and Jackson walking towards them.
"It looks like Rachel and Jackson is joining us."
"We can grab one of the gate plants and plant it on Muir Island after we take a blackbird to get there if need be. Are we waiting on anyone else?"

Congratulation Natalie!" Nehzno said as he overheard the Wakanda's Princess talking to her mother Storm. Like the Princess Gentle saw himself asboth citizen of Krakoa and Wakanda. That is why when Natalie turned to him he bowed to her."You will do well at your new responsibilities. If anything I can do to help in anyway just ask and I will do everything I can to serve you."Natalie smiled for a moment before gently picking Nehzho back up from his knees before embracing him in a hug.
"Serve me? No......Help me? I will gladly accept your help my friend."
White Palace and the Red Keep as well as our ship the Marauder.. Who would like to join us?
Storm asked as she already knew that Ghost was..
"Taking a ride on Warlock to Hellfire Bay sounds good to me." Ghost said as he was getting excited. He was very happy with the idea of living in his Shi'ar
ship but was also excited about having a room at the Red Keep.
"It will be nice to have more options to where to sleep at night." He said to Storm.

"We can pick out our beach home later. We can join you Pixie and pick out our room and we find our beach house later." Quentin said as he put his arm
around his wife and walked with Pixie towards the floating boat that was Warlock.
"I want to spend these first Krakoa experiences with my wife and friends." Quentin said as Everly and him fallowed Pixie up the ramp of the ship.
as she looked out at the scenery. It was easier to do so once the three of them were sitting at the edge
of one of the rows. “I feel like I’m on an alien planet, uh, but in a cool awestruck way. Not the scary
X-Men mission kind of way. Heh.” She then sat up. “But seriously I can’t get over how beautiful Krakoa is.”
a place that we lived in a hostile country that had danger at our door step all the time. I mean how many times have we had to rebuild. I can not wait to see everything with
my wife and friends." Quentin said as he threw his arm around Everly. He was so happy to have a wife and friends and something to fight for. Quentin was feeling a lot of content
with how his future was looking. |

"I agree with both of you." Hisako responded to both Quentin and Everly as she sat across from them. She looked out past the city
at the forest and the tropical birds that were flying around. She closed her eyes and took and listened to the birds sing to one another
in tones that she had never heard before.
"I feel like we are moving to a whole new world which is kind of exciting and scary but it is nice to not being alone through this."

change for all of us and I do wonder what this land is like. What kind of animals I am going to have to protect my chickens and what

Emma excused herself from the Hellfire and Empress Xandra.. Emma had something she needed
to do.. It was something the Professor was going to do but Emma personally asked if she could do
it.. It was very important to her for many reasons..
"Kari can I have a word or two?!" Emma spouted out as she walked over to Karenza and Cable..
Karenza nodded her head and had a look of curiosity across her face..
"Kari I asked both Charles and Erik if I have this conversation with you personally because I feel like
it needed to come from me.. I know in the past we have been enemies and then frenemies.. I think
over the years we have learned to respect one another.. At least I have learned to respect you a lot
and that is why I asked to have this conversation.. So we are putting a council together to rule over
Krakoa.. The council will be made up of mutants that have been on both sides of the mutant conflict..
So far Charles.. Erik and I are on the council.. The Professor has reached out to Exodus and he agreed
to join and I will be adding Kate.. We would like for you to join the Quiet Council.. I personally want you
on the council as I feel it's important that you be apart of the leadership going forward.. Will you honor
us by joining the council and sit beside me and Kate?" Emma asked as she pulled a diamond flask from
her white coat.. She offered it to Kari..
"Krakoan whiskey.. One of many things we will offer the world in trade.. Very smooth."
Kari had not been fully paying attention to anyone as she stood next to Nathan. What was coming for him like a runaway freight train was all she could think about for hours, but she had to keep it all tamped down, and it was slowly driving her crazy. She had no idea how she would live through what was to come, even if she knew the final outcome would not be a bad one. It was just going to be tricky as hell to pull off one more time.
She heard Saber mention a new Excalibur team, and Rictor mentioning her name in connection with Saber's comments almost made her gasp audibly. She also was getting the funny feeling Brian Braddock might not be totally thrilled with the idea of "old school Camelot" being near his precious team. She prayed her fears were unfounded. With that and X-Force and Charles' idea for a dedicated mutant news service, all she needed was one more Jenga piece to be moved before it all came crashing down around her ears.
{{Why in the name of the Goddess are you letting Emma stand there? Is there another problem we don't know about?}} her brother Caedmon said in their link as Kari finally snapped to attention again.
"Emma, just a moment, please," Kari said as she took the flask from her and then looked back at her extended family. {{Not another word at the moment}} Kari said in her clan's link as she turned back to Emma. "It would be an honor to have a seat on the Quiet Council, Emma. I pray that I do it justice," Kari finally replied as she took a sip of the whiskey. "We have a lot at stake going forward. The past is prologue. To better days ahead, and to a true friendship between us. I take it this is one item that may be shared with the world down the road?"

Enya smiled as he looked up at Piotr. "A farm sounds like the perfect idea to me," she said softly as she kept an eye on some of the refugees around them. "You may have many willing helpers once things settle down a bit. Not everyone was born to fight, and I hope everyone in command remembers that."
As she stood hugging Colossus, Enya sighed as she thought about how much the rest of the world was likely not going to be pleased by all this. They never wanted mutants to have a safe haven. She prayed that what was being offered to the world would buy the X-Men their peace.
"This has been a long time coming, my love. I just hope the world will let us have it," Enya added as she looked toward where Devnet was standing. They nodded to each other, knowing almost immediately that they each had their doubts this would all remain a paradise.
be worst because we are a nation of mutants.. But we have the Hellfire Trade and X-Corp already in
motion and laid out a game plan and soon we will have a council.. This paradise will have it's share
of crises I am sure.. But we now have something that is ours to call home.. Something to fight for

cause conflict.. Honestly things will become intense when the Marauders make their move against
Russia and I am sure I will be involved in some way.. That is why having my own farm and taking
time to paint and live life is so important.."
Piotr kissed Enya and then stepped back.. He then held out his hand with a closed fist and then opened
it up to reveal a diamond ring.. "If this is moving to fast I understand but I am going with my feelings
and what I want for the future.. I want to grow old with you and I would love for you to be my wife and
life partner?" Piotr said as he gone down on one knee..
Enya gasped as Piotr dropped to one knee and proposed to her. It was not what she had anticipated, but then again, she had not anticipated many things since she walked back into the world of the X-Men. This island home was right at the top of that list of things that were unexpected.
{{Do not keep the man waiting!}} Dev said in Enya's mind as the blonde mentally pushed her friend to make her answer quickly. {{We all need another reason to toast to this day!}}
Enya glanced at Dev and chuckled a bit as she took Piotr's free hand in hers and looked at the ring. "The peanut gallery was bugging me that I was taking too long," she said softly as she held out her left hand to Piotr. "It will be my pleasure and my honor to be your wife, Piotr."
For the first time in what seemed like forever, Enya was truly at a loss for words, and she was not upset about that at all.
"This truly is a day for wonderful new beginnings, and I am happy I am sharing them with you," Enya said as she smiled at Piotr and waited for him to slip the ring on her finger.

{I love that these Domes are huge and at least five families can live in a dome with enough
space without feeling like we are in a dorm room.. It's like we all have our own dome shaped
mansions.. This is bloody aces all around..} Jono said as Kendra and him took seat on the
Warlock boat.. Kendra was not the biggest geek about architecture, but even she had to marvel at what those dome houses looked like and how big they were. "This sure beats everything I thought was going to happen today!" she said as she sat down next to Jono on the boat. "It's just wicked amazing how much planning went into all of this...holy what now?" she added as she turned back and saw Emma handing a flask to Kari. "The world is spinning in reverse. It has to be. Ma? And Emma? Being pals?"
As she looked around at everyone else, Kendra tried not to turn back toward Emma and her ma.
"That is just...I guess if Emma and Kate can be friends, why not Ma, right, babe?" she said as she squeezed Jono's hand.

There was clapping coming from one corner of the reverie as Aradia stood up and applauded Emma and Kari's detente. "Finally! I thought it would take the two of you a lot longer to make this move, but I am glad I got to witness it in person and not see it on Kendra's Insta account! I guess wonders never cease!"
Faith came running up behind Aradia and ran to give their mother a hug. "Peace has broken out among the X-Men, and I am so glad it did! Now Daddy won't have to be looking over his shoulder or acting like he is a cat in a room full of rocking chairs."
"Daddy never acted like that," Aradia chuckled before she turned to see if her father was near Brian Williams yet again. "He was always cautious but never fearful of what might happen next," she added with a slight smirk. "So, Emma, today is a day of firsts. I can't wait to see what happens next. Any hints on that?"

"What kind of animals and creatures we have on the island? I can see a hell of a lot of tropical like birds.. I also saw few koala Koala's on a
few trees!"
