Cair felt sick to her stomach after that little memory blast from Omnia's past. "I'm glad Seth missed that," Cair said softly to Logan as they walked through the portal. "I'm not exactly OK, but I'll be damned if I know why."
Then she looked at her wrist, and her Witchblade had sliced her skin and blood was clotted all over it. "OK, what the hell is this doing now? Kari, what gives?"
"I don't know, but I'm getting the feeling your weapon was not made from the dagger crafted by King Arthur to battle the Black Witch," Kari said as she passed her hand over Cair's wrist to heal it. "I'm betting it was born during that battle we just saw. Dev and I can start digging in the archives when we have finished this celebration ahead of us. If answers exist, you'll have them."
"Great," Cair said as she looked at Logan and shook her head. "I am so sick of this retconn nonsense," she muttered as she flexed her now-healed wrist. "Thanks," she added as she nodded to Kari. "So, space casino? You ever been here before, babe?" she asked Logan as she looked around at everyone in the casino.
ladies a concern look and did not know if he should press on the subject or not and then she asked
if he had been here before..
"Many.. many times with both the X-Men and the Avengers.. If Roberto did not give my place away
I should have a room on the second level." He said as he looked over her wrist and then kissed it
softly.. I am glad your okay Darlin..""I'll be fine. And so will this thing," Cair said as she smiled at Logan. "My sisters might know something about this, too, so I'll call them. Eventually. Glynis is probably in a tomb somewhere digging up God knows what, and Maggie? I'm not taking bets there."
Cair took Logan's hand as she looked around the casino. "A room of your own? That's pretty awesome. I'm sure Roberto wouldn't reassign your room. He knows better than that."
As she looked around some more, Cair saw Sage and Cecilia talking to Kari's brother Keir. "I forgot about that brother," Cair said as she shook her head. "He's the one who is into banking and investing. Nice guy, but he never sticks around too long from what I remember."
Cair chuckled as she looked back at Logan. "And yes, a lot of that info was from when I was on the force. We kept tabs on a lot of people. So, what else does this place have besides a casino?" |

"Ladies," Keir said as he nodded his head to Cecilia and Sage. "We probably missed each other when I was last around the X-Men. That was a very long time ago. Before my sister got gifted with that Phoenix she has, if I'm remembering my dates correctly."
Keir felt Cormac mentally slapping him in the head for being an awkward idiot around Sage and Cecilia. "This is a nice change from what we just saw. I'm sorry my grandmother made the evening a bit less pleasant than it should have been. So, Cecilia heads medical, and what do you do, Sage? My family members tell me a lot of stories, but I'm sure I'll mess up most of the jobs everyone holds. Beyond the superheroing, I mean. That is a job in and of itself."

Everything shifted fast from the vision of the past and now a portal to a space casino. He found himself staring at it as if he was in
a trance but the truth was he was a little scared of leaving earth for the station. Then Storm stood in front of the portal and held out
her hand to him. Genn did not think he just reached out and took a hold of her hand and then walked beside her through the portal.
(Deadpool and the others were right.) is what Genn thought to himself when he stepped out of the portal onto the space station that
was a casino. He noticed that his body felt heavier than normal. That was because of the gravity on the station he figured to himself.
It did feel like he was in a Star Wars movie or series. All of this was blowing his mind as he stepped to the giant space window and looked
out into space and all the ships orbiting the station.
“This is beyond anything that I can express right now.

Quentin pulled both Machina and Glob through the portal with him as he could not wait to get to the station. He saw Ray Madison
instantly when he stepped through and was surprised.
“I am kind of surprised and yet I am not. It’s good to see you again Ray and I would like to talk but i am looking for my future bride
to be!” Quentin said as he then ran off looking for Everly.

"Oh I have been here before!" Hisako said as she stepped out of the portal with Pixie and Cosmos.
"Everly here comes Quentin!" Armor said as she saw Quentin looking around and knowing who he
was looking for. She waved at him until he saw them. |

“You know I do not see why I should stay here right now.” Alex said as he put his arm around Vulcan.
“Let’s go little brother and see what kind of riches are on the other side.” Havok said as both him and Vulcan walked through the portal
to the otherside.
“It’s been years since I have been to one of these casinos!” Alex said once he stepped through the portal and then got a good look around.
“You know I think I have been to this one before and I might of had a room here once with Lorna.” Alex’s voice then became more sad in his
tone when he mentioned her.
"Hello uncle!"
"I hope your staying around a bit longer or staying?" He said as he was curious to her answer at the same time he looked over at Vulcan.
"The last time that I saw my daughter we were hunting you down with the Starjammers and now we are one family again." |

Jessie looked toward the portal as others were leaving.
"Well I guess the party is moving on. We will see you there." Jessie said as her and Ewan walked toward and into the portal.
As the two walked through the other side Jessie was amazed at the sight of everything and with her connection to the dark Thunderbird space felt quite peaceful.
"It really is a heck of a sight sweetheart." She said to Ewan with a smile. She then felt Storm nearby and there had been a lingering question in her mind . She reached out mentally to Storm telepathically.
("Storm when you have a moment can we talk? There is something I wanted to ask you about.")

Jordan had been talking with Roberto during their portal trip, and she was so happy that he had enjoyed the show. She knew all too well that she was still a bit rusty, but Berto's love and Alison's encouraging words about starting a record company made her feel warm and fuzzy inside.
The thing that didn't make her feel fuzzy or warm was talk about the relationship between the X-Men and the Avengers. She mentally tallied how many X-Men had been or were still Avengers, and it was at least five now, maybe six? She'd missed a bit while she had been in that mental hospital. She also knew she didn't want anyone questioning Berto or Sam's loyalty to the team.
She went up to Berto's side and held his hand. "Guys, maybe Sam and Berto are the guys to help bridge that gap? Between the X-Men and the Avengers, I mean? I know how bad things were before. I remember all the battles...just like you all do...no one wants that anymore."
Jordan reached up and kissed Berto. "If anyone can make it work, Berto and Sam can. Now, guys, can't we just set all that stuff aside for tonight? We have some happy couples to celebrate with here in the deep beauty of space. We can talk about this big stuff after the weddings. There always seems to be time for that, but not enough time for this..." she said as she started to twirl around. "Fun!"

Whatever intel we gather is not just the Avengers but the X-Men as well..
"Also if we are going to heal the rift this is how we do it." Roberto said to everyone and then he
then focused his attention on his wife Jordan..
"So I want to show you this!" Sunspot hands Jordan his phone opened up to pictures.. "These
pictures is our home that I bought on Chandelier for us.. It's next door to Sam and Keelie. Look
through and tell me what you think.. We can change and decorated anyway you like..""A house. On the Shi'ar throneworld. Oh my God!" Jordan shouted as she grabbed Berto and kissed him. "This is freaking amazing! You are freaking amazing!"
Jordan took Berto's phone and started to look at the pictures of the house and the gardens surrounding it. The place was beautiful, and frankly she didn't think she'd need to change a thing. The fact Sam and Keelie would be next door was fantastic, too.
"Everything looks fantastic, babe. I love the music studio, and the kitchen is just enormous! And you have guest rooms. Great. For when Chels visits. That is just beyond the beyond, babe!"
Jordan closed her eyes for a minute and said a Thank You to the Powers That Be for the fact she was so damned lucky to be here with Berto and all her friends.
"Whatever I can do to help with the Avengers/X-Men stuff, babe, just say the word," she said to Berto as she hugged him again. "So, what's next?"

"I missed this sort of thing during my last time with the X-Men," Ewan said to Jessie as he watched her look toward the area where Storm was sitting. "If you need to go speak to Ororo, I can grab us a table near one of the windows," he said as he watched Kari and Nathan off in the distance. "I'm not sure if they know Scarlett is among us this evening or not, but I'll let them move at their own pace."
Ewan looked back to see Rose and Cass coming through the portal, but Scarlett seemed to be lingering in New York a bit longer. "I hope that isn't a bad sign," he said to Jessie as he saw Scarlett holding back a bit.

"Wow this place is crazy!" Jackson said once he stepped through the portal with his arm around Rachel.
"All the time growing up off and on at the school and the time I had never been to space before. I have
heard both my parents talk about it but I never had the chance." Ravager suddenly stopped talking and
looked out the giant window out into space as his eyes widen like saucers.
"WOW!!"

As Hanna walked through the portal her connection to her father opened up. She held out her hand catching something that was metallic holding him in place for a moment as she flew over wrapping her arms around him "DAD!" She said with a big smile before looking over at Vulcan.

"Remember my Niece as your dad said we are all one big happy family now so please don't try and kill me." Gabriel said as he noticed how
a lot of the aliens were suddenly quite as they took the long way around them and starred at him.

Lily Cheney. I am rarely there but it is a great place to live and they have a cool park where I wrote a lot of my classics at back in the day." |
