The elevator doors slid open to level -12 of the casino.. A wave of alien Shi'ar pop music filled Kubart's
senses as he stepped out onto the deck.. The music made him roll his eyes as he thought back to the
heavy metal music that Quentin and X-23 introduced to him back on earth.. A lot of human stuff annoyed
him but the hard metal music was one of the few things he appreciated..
Kubart was excited it had been a while since he saw or heard of his friends.. They were annoying but still
his extended family.. Real soon they will be arriving and they don't even know it yet..
"Sam!" He called out when he saw Cannonball standing with his arms folded looking into space.. "Sam!..
So when will they be here?!"

Sam gazed out the giant view window out into space.. No matter how long he spent out here
it was still an amazing thing for a small town kid from Kentucky to be in space.. Not just space
but to have a home on earth and one on an alien planet.. For the rest of his life he would be
going to be back and forth..
Sam turned to Kubart when he heard his name called.. "Dazzler is doing a show.. When that
wraps they will be here.." Sam reassured Kid Gladiator and chuckled.. "I miss them too my
friend.. Boy are they going to be surprised."

Keelie moved so that she was standing behind Sam. She wrapped her arm around his waist and leaned her cheek on his shoulder. "Yes it will be good to see everyone, and I'm glad that we were able to set this up." She said softly watching Kubart from where she stood.

A big smile formed on Sam's face when Keelie slid her arms around him.. He quickly did the same
and gave her a quick kiss.. Everything in his life was coming together.. His ex and the mother of
his son and his girlfriend Keelie got along great which would make co parenting with a member
of the Imperial guard much more easier.. They even bought a home thanks to Sunspot's wealth
stretching all the way to the Shi'ar.. That also meant that his best friend also bought the home
next to him as well..
"Are you sure your okay living off and on from earth and the Shi'ar homeworld of Chandelier?
Living on an alien planet is a big step?

Not many couples that separate stay friends and get along or even like one another. For Izzy
and Sam it was not a bad break up just how life shaped out for them.. Sam was one of her
best friends and the father of their son Josia which they co parent with no problem.. Life had
changed for them after they left the Avengers where they met.. Sam was back with the X-Men
and she was a member of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard.. Both of them have adjoining homes with
Sunspot on the Shi'ar throne world of Chandilar..
"Hey guys!" Izzy's said as she made her way through the crowd and over to where Sam and
everyone was.. She put her arm around Kubark her teammate with the Imperial Guard and
like a little brother too her..
"I just wanted to let you all know that Eden left for earth and will bringing back the X-Men
soon."

“I spent a lot of time in space and on Chandelier but living there is going to be a strange experience
for sure.. I just hope Beast and Forge can built a gate that can open a portal between the two.. Using
a ship to go back and forth will suck.” Sam laughed and leaned over and gave Keelie a big hug and a
romantic kiss..

“You get used to it and you will get to know the stargate routes to earth.. But I welcome some
sort of gate that will make things easier. I would love to spend more time with my family on earth.”

Keelie smiled as she and Sam pulled away from each other. She looked over to Izzy and said, "You know you're always welcome to stay with us when you do come and visit."
"Besides I'm sure that whatever it is they've got cooking back on earth will make traveling easier between the places. It'll be interesting to see what it is though."

Eden waited until everyone had came down and was on the floor level.. “Okay everyone I will
be opening a portal right now for those who are heading to the station!” Manifold declared as
a huge golden portal formed behind him.. He then gave a nod to everyone and stepped through
the portal.
Cannonball.. Keelie.. Smasher and Prince Kubart were the first people he saw when he stepped
out of the portal and onto the top deck of the station.. “The first crew is right behind me!” He
announced..

to the casino..
“Sam!” Roberto shouted once he came out of the portal and gave his best friend a big hug and
then Keelie and then Smasher.. He gave Kubart a hand shake..

"Yes the Avengers know and it was apart of Iron Man's and Roberto's plan to bring more resources
to The Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D. in space to collect intel and more.. So this casino is also a hidden
base for both groups.. Roberto and I are still Avengers and both in charge of intel for Toney and Fury."
Sam jumped in as he put his arm around Keelie.. Smasher and Kubart quickly left as both being apart
of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard that this was information that they did not want to hear..

"I've been to space before but I never been to a casino so this will be the first time for that." Santo
said to Rose and then turned to everyone else..
"Rose and I will see you on the other side!." Rockslide said as Dark Red and him entered the portal
and disappeared..
"Holy Shit this place is a lot!" Santo said when Rose and him came out of the portal.. They were on
a level that was above all the games and slots and could look down and see everything..
