All three Cuckoos walked over to Cosmos and Quentin and talked as one. “Congratulations you two! We are generally very happy for
you two and wish you both well.” They said as they saw the couple and the other New X-Men as family. Even though all three appear
cold towards everyone. They have been trying to connect to their peers more.

Pixie moved around the Cuckoos and ran to Cosmos and gave her a big hug. “I am so happy for you Everly!” Pixie was truly excited
for her cousin. She watched as her relationship with Quentin had grown into what it was today. Pixie saw how Everly had made Quentin
a better person which was a miracle all on it’s own.

Cain removed his helmet and looked around.. He saw Alexis and waved to her.. Her father
Black Tom was his best friend and was able to watch her grow up and was an uncle to her..
“We should head to our old room and catch up.. I feel blessed to have a second chance with
my family.” He said to his family as they headed for the school.. |

“Congratulations!” Glob yelled as he ran over and grabbed Quentin in a big body hug and spun him around. “I am so happy for you
my friend!” Glob was like a big kid with his excitement. “I can not believe that you and Everly are tying the not!”

As Glob was spinning around with Quentin in his arms, Idie walked over to Everly. “Congratulations Everly I am so happy for you
and Quentin.” She said as she gave Everly a hug. “Anything I can do to help you get ready let me know I am happy to help you.

Monet walked passed everyone like they did not exist and gave Everly a hug ignoring Evan. “Well daughter it’s our day now. Whatever
money you need for your dress just let me know. Price is not an issue just get your dream dress.” Monet said to her daughter and realizing
that she sounded a lot like Emma. “I just want you happy.” She fallowed up with a smile. Monet just wanted to be a better mother
then the one she had. The nanny was more nurturing.

“Oh my God Glob!” Quentin said just as Glob put him down. “I am dizzy with all that spinning around!” He took a moment to get a
grip. “All of you thank you! I am getting married to the girl of my dreams!” Quentin then walked over to Duskk. “I hope I have your
blessing to marry your daughter?” He asked Duskk confident that he was going to give his blessing. Duskk and him got along and he
was known to be one of the nicest of the X-Men in the league of Nightcrawler.

Michelle hadn't left James side as they watched everything going on around them and it made the redhead smile seeing all the happiness that was happening around them. "This was overdue for so many of us beloved." She said hugging him again when she saw a fiery blonde walk up to them."
"Kara! My daughter its been so long!" Michelle smile bringing her into the hug between Bennu and Warpath."
"It has and it shouldn't be but my duties as queen keep me so busy." Soulfire responded but Bennu stopped her. "We know Kara. Both your father and I know how busy you stay but for now we are just happy you and Namor are back here with us.

Before Kari addressed Elda, she gave a mental "tap" to Michael Priest. {{Before you do whatever is next on your list, we need to talk. I know this is all beyond unusual for both of us, but...}} Priest simply nodded back to Kari before she turned back to Elda.
"And I feel a kindred spirit with you, Elda," Kari replied before giving Firechild a hug. "Once we have all had a chance to rest, we should sit and talk. I am sure the rest of my clan will make it here eventually, but I hope we can talk before then. They can be a force of nature, and that is not always the best thing with my lot."
Kari half expected her family to start using the tree grotto as a portal to Central Park, but she prayed they would hold off a bit so everyone could get some rest.
"I am just glad everyone can get some rest and partake in the joys the holiday season will bring. I will admit I am not used to the idea of Christmas but I still have so much to learn and I will learn gladly." She said with a smile.

"Well, that's a bit of good news to hear Logan," Morana said as she joined the growing group of the Howlett clan. Clasped in either hand were the hands of two small children who favored both Daken and Reagan. The twins tugged on her hands letting her know that they wanted to be free to go to their parents. Morana obliged the two littlest Howletts and watched as they tackled their father in tandem.
"I brought your mother's people here Reagan, as it seems that she is staying with her cur of a husband," Morana said with a roll of her eyes as she reached out to muse up Sid's hair. "I figured her compound would no longer be the safest place to raise your children and the two Logan's should know their grandchildren."
he saw a good side to him. Jimmy was beginning to think he may of rushed to judgement when it came to Daken. “They really do look
like their parents.” He said and gave Daken a friendly nod. Maybe this was the first step moving forward as a family. |

Betsy embraced Sharia in a hug.. She was feeling a lot of emotion about the whole situation..
Seeing Kwannon was hard as that was her body for so many years and it was the body a lot of
X-Men knew her as.. All of this made her feel less of the Psylocke she was and more of a new
person in a way.. She was really looking forward to going home to Britain with Saber after the
holidays because she could not miss the weddings.. Especially Jubilee and Revolver who she
was really close with.. “Welcome home Sharia!.” A part of Betsy did not want to share her kids
with Kwannon and she felt guilty for it.. Her thoughts went to her son Mac who she gave birth
too with the body she shared with Kwannon.. For him this was more complicated as Kwannon
was just as much his mother as she was.. |

“Hey handsome!” Jean-Paul called out to Milo while making his way to him. “Congrats on your family! This holiday is going to the one
to remember for us especially for all of you.” Northstar found himself a bit nervous approaching Milo. After his divorce he had focused
himself as a teacher at the school. Everything else in his life he pushed to the side like dating. His marriage ended because of the lifestyle
of being a mutant kept him busy and put his ex in danger. Milo being a mutant and no stranger to the danger would be different if he felt
the same way as Jean-Paul.

the love and support she was getting from everyone, including her mother. “Thank you mom, I can’t believe this
is really happening. I never thought I would find love again after my world ended. Life has never been more beautiful.”
She didn’t bother to say it out loud, but a part of her wished that her first parents were here to see this too. Daydreaming
of a wedding where an older Monet and Duskk sat and watched her wedding and reliving their own ceremony through
their younger selves. |
