“We need to find Blink and Galen it’s time to head to Harry’s!” Ororo said to Ghost as
she looked at her watch and hurried down the path to where the other couple was..
Blink and Galen were helping the students set up their tents.. Storm and Ghost waved
at the couple as they approached the camp..

Clarice waved back at Storm and Ghost as they approached.. “It looks like that time!” She said
to Galen as he just finished helping a student with his tent. “Are you ready for a crazy night at
Harry’s my love?”

“That smells like heaven Chere!” Gambit said to Lazuli as he came over and breathed in the
aroma of her soup.. She then grabbed a spoon full for Gambit to sample.. He blew on it to
cool it down before taking the bite.. “Oh this is real good..” Gambit then grabbed a clean
spoon and dipped it into the soup and held it out for Haley to take a bite.. “Give it a try Chere..”
over and put his arm around Lazuli. “I showed Lazuli as few things but she is a natural in the kitchen. Bishop laughed as Old Man Logan’s eyes
rolled back and a grunt of pleasure as finished sampling Lazuli’s soup. “Remy I think we are out doing ourselves this year!” Bishop said with a
lot of pride. |

"Thank you," Hayley said with a smile as Remy handed her the spoon to taste Lazuli's soup. "And please pardon my manners. It is a pleasure to meet both of you," she said to Lazuli and Logan. Hayley carefully blew on the soup before she tasted it. "This is magnificent soup," she said with a smile as she nodded to Lazuli. "And I remember well all the barbecues Lucas and Remy were involved in back in the day. I am sure this feast will be one to go down in legend for years to come."
Hayley walked over to see the forest and the students down below. She gave a gentle mental tap to Galen as he stood next to Clarice, Ororo and another new X-Man she would meet later. "I'm sorry. Seeing all this made me remember days gone by and absent friends. It is good to be back with everyone. Is there anything I can do beyond tasting? I can chop up things without risk to anyone's stomachs!"

"Yes, I am, Clarice, and I believe Wade will make sure we all have a very wild night!" Galen said with a smile as he kissed Blink. He then stopped for a moment as his Aunt Hayley let him know she was there. "My Aunt Hayley arrived, but she won't be joining us at Harry's. Still a few too many memories of Adrian Tepes there for her to deal with. But I am sure she will get herself set again as the days pass."
Kari had filled everyone in Galen on what had happened to Hayley while they were webbed up in The Vault. It would take just as much time for them all to get their heads wrapped around this new family of X-Men as it would for his aunt to "forget" the man she loved and his cadre of friends. "She's with Old Man Logan, Gambit and Bishop now, tasting the soup Lazuli is making for the feast. I am sure that will help her immensely. Now, should we get going to Harry's? I don't want Wade getting everyone kicked out before we get there."
Galen was very happy to see Ororo and Genn would be joining them this evening. "Ororo, did Wade clue you in on anything for tonight?"

When Gambit went to the other side to grab some stuff.. Old Man Logan grabbed an apple
and popped his claws (SNIKT) and started to peal the apple.. "Are you okay Darlen?.. You
look like the whole world is on your shoulders.. I'm a good listener and from time to time I
can come up with some good advice."

"He was Dracula's son, and he was pulled away with his two best friends on a quest involving his father. As was Adrian's way, he and his immediate cadre left without word to me or to others of our extended group, and they have not been seen since. I do not know if they are dead or alive, but they have not been in touch in years. Coming back to all of this has turned up a few too many memories, but that was to be expected."
As she finished the first apple, Hayley grabbed another and started to peel. "Thank you for asking, Logan. I'll be fine once I get settled back into all of this. My family, thank heaven, has not decided to query me on my recent goings on yet. They can be a bit too, well, interfering at times might be the best way to say it. You haven't had much to do with the Clan MacFeorais yet, have you? Consider yourself lucky. We can be a trying lot!"

Beast sat down on a bench with his arm around Moira.. They sat in the park where all the
students had set up camp.. “This is a lot better then going to Rictor’s club or what Wade
has in store for everyone at Harry’s.” Henry said as he leaned over and kissed his wife on
the cheek.. “Namor and I decided to take the students out for a swim and a tour of Atlantis..
Would you like to join us on this adventure?” He asked her with a big smile on his face..

my emotions into revenge and spent many years hunting the Hulk Gang and killing them one by
one.. For a long time I lost myself and now I putting those pieces back together.. So can you and
I know how hard that is but that is the life we live.. So Herny invited me to join him and the students

"I lost a daughter. You have my sympathies and deepest condolences. May their memories be eternal, and may you be reunited one day in a place of peace and happiness."
Kari had not told Hayley any of Logan's story, and perhaps it was better she heard it from the man himself. "I know it will take time, but yes, I do plan on moving forward as much as possible. It won't be easy. I know that for sure. And yes, part of that is because my family likes to meddle from time to time. I'll adjust, and they will need to as well."
Hayley thought for a moment about the offer to go swimming and smiled. "That was the one thing I most enjoyed during the team's time in San Francisco. Swimming is always a delight on the West Coast, and I miss it quite a bit. I lived out there in the 1960s, and my friends and I would go swimming when we could. I'd enjoy joining everyone very much. Thank you for the invitation, Logan."

"I agree, sweetheart," Moira said to Hank with a grin, "with your reservations regarding Wade's extravaganza tonight. I do hope Rictor's club is a huge success, but we can check it out another time. I much prefer being here in this beautiful place. I am a tad anxious about being around Namor and the Atlanteans. I don't want to do anything to run afoul of royal protocol. I know I probably sound silly for saying that, but after having to be in Camelot and trying not to mess things up there, I'm a tiny bit jumpy. I hope being near the water calms me down."
Moira looked up and saw where she had felt her Aunt Hayley earlier and smiled. "Auntie Hayley made it. I'm glad she decided to come here and not go off to Harry's. She needs as much of a fresh start as anyone. Thank you for making this all possible for us, darling," she added as she reached over and returned Hank's kiss. |

“No worries Moira!” Namor said as he overheard her talking with Beast.. “Just be yourself around
me.” He continued as he padded Beast on the back.. “We’re just going to have some fun and it’s
important that both of my people form a connection that will continue for generations.”
