Sorry more delays and Phoenix Stuff..

I need to apologize as well for my absence.

We had the guy come this week to fix the fire damage and put in the new window, so the prep work on my part last week and juggling work and the rest of life around the contractor's schedule have made posting pretty much a no go this week, too. Sleep has been pretty much a no go as well the last few weeks, so I'm fried. And Alex is getting ready for a short business trip soon, so...things are nuts.

So, I'm sorry for my absence. I'll try to get back into the swing of things ASAP.
