Stryfe quickly put a telekinetic field around him and Cassandra Nova.. He was thrown off by everything from
Cailleach’s return and younger Cable killing the older Cable was all things that shook him to his core.. So when
Ahab sent the message he was also ready to leave this mess behind and try to regroup.. He chanted a few words
and a portal opened and Nova and him went through.. All the demons instantly disappeared in a flash once the portal
closed behind Stryfe..

Karenza’s arms felt very maternal and safe and it was everything Rachel needed at that moment..
She could feel her brother's essence in the Witchblade on her back.. For that moment the sound
of chaos that was all around them did not matter..
“Thank you.” Rachel said in a soft tone before her sister in law spoke.. Before she could respond
they both looked back and saw Stryfe and Nova disappear through a portal..
“Yes, the Phoenix and all of us together can do it.. We can undo the Hound programming.. It will
take all of us here to do it.. Do not worry for Jean and Scott they are with the Phoenix brought
them to the Younger Cable.."

"I've got you," Bethany said to Citian as her blast knocked back the demon onslaught. "I do not know what hole these things crawled out of, but I will be very happy when they return to it."
Bethany used her finger to draw a small sigil on Citian's arm, a way to help him heal while she went after their attackers. She swung her mace, looking at it briefly as it took the head off one demon. It was the mace of one of the Death Angels, the force that Kendra Athonlea and her sister Kildare had found out they were created for ages ago before the great MacFeorais family quest pulled everyone apart. Bethany did not remember Kendra giving it to her, and she was sure it wasn't Kildare's. Maybe she had gotten it in her travels with Finola Marlowe in that horrible bit of dimension hopping they did before landing back here. She was not remembering any of it very clearly at the moment.
"Abaddon," Bethany whispered as a the face of an older man with white hair and goatee and piercing pale blue eyes flashed in her mind. "Father?"
A demon flew toward Bethany, but a shot sent the thing falling to the ground in a heap. "What the hell?" Bethany asked as she felt her hands shake for just a moment. She looked where the shot had come from, and JJ Delson stood there waving to her and pointing at a new crop of flying interlopers overhead.
with Stryfe.. The Pryor sisters.. Karenza and him knew that the demons from Limbo were connected to Stryfe like an
anchor and when the portal closed and their master was gone, so were they..
“Whatever you need us to do Rachel!” Citian said before wrapping his arms around Bethany and looking her in the eyes..
“Abaddon?.. Father?” He gently repeated her words to her and was very worried as he felt her body trembling..

“I knew this was going to be crazy but I did not see demons coming into this fight I have to say!” Vanessa pulled out her gun and
switched off the stun setting and aimed at a demon that was flying at her and Deadpool and began to blast it in the head until it
fell to the ground and tumbled up close to them.
“A friend or family member of your ex maybe?” She teased Deadpool and gave him a wink.
one of his guns with his free hand that was not on stun and started shooting another demon as Vanessa
and him were now back to back..
“So you were really at my wedding and let me marry her?! If you just made yourself known I would not have
married Shiklah and that would have saved me a lot of pain.. I mean literal pain!. Claws and teeth like a shark..
I am so glad to have a healing factor.. I mean that was a crazy experience and I am glad that relationship is over!
Please tell me that your relationships were just as bad.. I am okay with you lying to me.. To be honest with you I
hope they were awful and you thought of me and the big mistake you made letting all of this go..” Deadpool continued
until suddenly the demons just vanished..

As Quentin began waking up from his Phoenix like trance he felt someone grab a hold of him when he realized that he was falling.
He opened his eyes to see that Spider Man had grabbed a hold of as he was falling.
“Thank you Professor!” Quentin said as he looked and saw his wife Cosmos floating to the ground slowly and conscious.
Before he could say anything more a demon with long wings was flying right at them so he sent a telekinetic blast from his hand
hitting the demon in the face.
“Where in the Hell did that come from! No pun intended!”
“I thought the Avengers would bring out the crazy things like this but you X-Men bring out even more stranger things!”
Peter said as Quentin laughed at his pun..
“Seriously this is not the upside down or Doctor’s Strange’s backyard so where did these demons come from!?” Spider Man
said just as they suddenly all disappeared..
“Okay Quentin, that is a cool trick! Your powers really evolved..” Spider Man said as Kid Omega shrugged his shoulders..

"Oh, you have a lot of explaining to do," Cailleach hissed as she returned to her normal human form. "Stryfe, I will find you, and you will never forget it." She stayed as far back from the X-Men as she could. "You have about a thousand years of making up to do."
As she stood there, Cailleach saw Dante Walker in the distance. While he was a tasty snack, the now goddess-possessed Sydney MacLeod was not, and even Cailleach did not mind a threesome on occasion. Just not that pair. Actually, with Brigantia in play, it most certainly would be a mess. Whatever. Cailleach needed to get out of there fast.
"I don't think so," a voice said behind her as a portal opened and a silver haired version of herself walked out, a purple psi-sword in her hand and the very same Witchblade-style gauntlet on her arm that Karenza wore to hold Cable's very essence.
"What the hell are you doing here?" Cailleach asked as she formed hellfire in her right hand. "You were lost up the time stream in that whacked out future that vanished. You should be dead!"
"I have very good friends who take excellent care of me," The Crone replied as she turned to show a man standing inside a portal. He was not extremely tall, nor was he exceedingly handsome, but he did have snow white hair and a goatee, and he possessed the most piercing light blue eyes. "Abaddon, this one can't go flitting about in the time stream. She knows too much. But killing her kills me, so..."
"Killing any of them kills you until we know where you were born, my Phantom Queen," Abaddon said as two women exited the portal and shot Cailleach with futuristic guns and carried her prone form into the portal. "For now, she stays on ice."
The portal shimmered as the group left--The Crone, the geneticist Abaddon and two of his Death Angels.
OOC: Here are photos of The Crone and Abaddon. The Death Angels were an experimental (as in experimented on subjects) group of assassins from a reality where Karenza's father Ronan ruled the world--The WHAM Universe (World Humans Against Mutants). That is the steampunk world that I had in play on my last board stint and where Kai/Tengu and the soon to be in play Lorcan/Ridire come from. We may not be seeing these two for a bit, but we may already have some Death Angels lurking in the shadows.

In both Manon and her brother Maxime’s timeline their parents were students of the Xavier school and fell
when Ahab had arrived to their world to enslave and kill mutants.. Ahab quickly learned about their mutant
powers and how they could be used to create hounds.. Manon could manipulate memories and her brother
Maxime could manipulate emotions and together they could create Hounds by touch.. They themselves were
not Hounds but brainwashed in service of Ahab..
Manon walked over to the open hatch door and peaked out with her brother behind her.. On one side they saw
Old Man Logan and Wolverine both fighting one another and the other Beast on his knees with Moira holding him..

Henry’s mind was spinning as his missing memories all came flooding back to him once his younger self
returned back to the past.. The young Cable succeeded where he could not.. It was so very simple and
he felt so foolish that he did not figure it out.. The younger Cable whipped all their memories and restored
them all to their normal self.. Somehow once they returned back home those memories of that missing time
had returned but not the magick he had learned from then or now.. That was still gone..
“They were always right Moira.. Traveling back in time and taking us did not create another timeline.. They
were always us.. I remember all of it.” McCoy said as he rested in Moira’s arms..
“Hello?” Manon called out as both Moira and Beast looked up the ramp of the transport and saw the twins..
Both Manon and Maxime took each other's hand as they slowly walked down the ramp towards them..
“They took us from our car and brought us to this thing?” Maxime spoke next..
“Moira?” Beast responded to his wife raising her hand and putting up a telekinetic field around them.. Moira
saw their thoughts and saw how they tricked Old Man Logan and made him into a Hound with their touch..

“Bloody Hell we have demons now?!” Black Tom said after he was able to entangle many hounds with tree roots coming out of the
ground. He had to move quickly to slam his club across the head of a demon that came at him out of nowhere. Once the demonic
creature was knocked back Black Tom blasted it with his thermokentic blast.
“How are you doing sweetie?!” Tom said to his daughter as he looked over to her. |

With the Demons Stryfe conjured up gone the only threat that seemed to still be apparent was the hounds.

EVA made sure that Ahab’s ship had left the area before flying around the city blasting all the transport weapons systems making sure
that they were disabled and could not do no more harm. Once that was done EVA landed on the street where everyone was mostly
gathered.
Fantomex ran down the ramp with both guns on the stun setting shooting Hounds and making his way over to JJ.
“Hey Chere that went better than I thought!”

“Dragonfly I am breaking off to check on the others!” Jackson said as Dragonfly gave him a nod of approval and went into a dead run
down an alley that was a shortcut to where the store parking was. Ravager ran out of the alley and into the parking lot and was relieved
to see Rachel with the others. Before he could get to her there was a group of Stryfe’s Hounds that were left behind that charged right at
him so he started shooting at them.

“Conor I think this is too much for us and we need to scrap this and join the others at the Mansion! We do not have the numbers for
this unless we are handed a miracle!” Domino yelled out as she kicked a Hound in the face and shot another. She was relieved that
the demons had suddenly disappeared as they showed up.

Over the city of New York a bright circular light formed and then faded away revealing both Storm and Angel
floating above the city.. Both Storm and Angel took each other's hand and the crowns around their heads began
to glow..
“Here me children of the Atom! I am Storm and this is Angel and we are the Horseman of Salvation!” Storm spoke
in a tone that vibrated all through the city to every mutant. It was as if her voice traveled through their bodies on
a molecular level.. “We free you brothers and sisters from your enslavement!” Storm said as rain clouds rushed in
over the city and it began to rain..
As the rain came down all the Hounds had stopped their attack and froze in place as the rain washed over them and
everyone.. The rain water glowed a bright gold color and sparkled.. Anyone that was hurt was now healed and all the
Hounds returned to normal..

Both Logan and Cair stopped what they were doing and looked up into the sky when the bright gold light appeared..
It was as if the light pulled their attention to it..
“Storm?.. Angel?” Spouted Logan when he saw who came out of the light.. Logan tried to look over at his wife but
both of them could not look away as Storm spoke.. Only when she stopped Logan was able to turn to Cair..
“Darlin, something is not right about this!” He said to her as the rain clouds formed above them and it started to rain..
The rain felt warm and pleasurable on a physical and mental level like nothing they had felt before.. They saw Old Man
Logan fall to his knees and his Hound marks disappear from his face..
