Back on the Hover Carrier. Gabriel gave Scarlet a smile and a nod as he was happy she was ready for what was to come. Vulcan had almost the same smile that Cassandra Nova was displaying.
Everything that Jean was fearing about him being a wildcard was rightfully so. Gabriel was looking forward to bringing chaos to Nova.
“So you are the big boogie woman that the Shi’ar talked about in their religious script. They say you are a monster, something to fear! I love to face my fears and bring
destruction to them. So monster, can you show me what makes you so scary?” Vulcan said as he flew in between Jean and Cassandra Nova. He was now looking Nova in
the eyes waiting for her to make a move.

What frustrated Jean was Cyclops and Ghost who were still on the carrier. Both Jean and Scarlet turned to the side when Scott and Genn phased out
of the wall and ran right at them.
(Scarlet we are about to go for a ride.) Jean said telepathically to Scarlet as she pulled her granddaughter into her arms just as Vulcan let go. Both
Cyclops and Ghost grabbed a hold of both of them in a group hug while Genn phased the four of them and fell out of the carrier and floated like a
balloon in the air slowly drifting downward.
“Is everyone okay?”
He looked up at the hover carrier and saw the two engines buckle and the carrier to drift sideways
heading downwards..
“Looks like the carrier will crash into the ocean and not the island.. Which is good news!” Scott said as
he then looked down and saw that they would be landing in the center of a Horde..
“It looks like we have a few minutes before we are that mess..”

“Yes Cailleach you are of the shadow of heart as I am.. As is Stryfe.. I can reunite you with him..
He was looking for you.. He will be surprised that I found you.. You always burn like a black fire..
Make Cable and Karenza bleed and come join us!” The Shadow King said as he began to grow bigger
around the top of the building.. He then looked up into the air..
“I can feel Nova's excitement for what comes next!.. No one here will make it off the island the same
again!. My essence will seep into all reality!"
As she floated there she looked up to see the shadow kings figure had grown and towered over those assembled.
"Farouk.....I might have known!"She screamed as the Shadow King laughed at her.
"Ah....My little dark Rain. I expected if your sister would be here you would not be far behind. You are of the same mind....Still it disappoints me that you two still choose to remain slaves when you can be goddesses."
" I've heard this pitch before you bastard. No sale!" She screamed as the Goblin Force energy both her and her twin Persha shared erupted from around her as the shadow king launched a massive blast at her. She then heard Persha in her link. ("SIS! Come down here with us! We are stronger together!") Rain acknowledged and landed next to her sister as the demonic duo fought against the shadow horde." Persha....I felt what was going on....Both with you and mom....She's right and we are both very proud of you." She said as Alicia nodded to her sister and they engaged the shadow horde with the rest of the team." |

Persha was happy her sister was there at that point. Not only because of their connection but because with what was going on they needed all the help they could get.
"GO BACK TO HELL WHERE YOU BELONG!"She screamed at the horde as she summoned the last of her manipulated forces of the Shadow King against the Horde as they locked arms Pershas demonic wing swooped over the horde setting some of them on fire.

“Look what I have here brother!” Rachel said as she held an unconscious Hope in her arms with
a sharp piece of metal resting on her throat..
“I know your daughter means to you so no tricks from you or Kari.. Now Cailleach I am so confused..
Should you be here with us? I know where Stryfe is?” Hound Rachel teased.. " Aunt Rachel!" Rainmaker spouted as she was about to fly at her but green colored flames surrounded her and stopped her. ( "Daughter....She's not herself. Back your uncle and Kari up with whatever they need but don't go at it alone.") Bennu's voice echoed through her Daughter as the image of the Bennu formed around her. Michelle used their link to channel some of her powers into her Daughter to help her. |

“We did it!” Diana said when she looked out the small side window when the pod ejected from the carrier. She then fell to the side as the shuttle jerked
when the engines kicked in. Diana saw Forge rush to the controls.
“We should be on the ground soon. I wonder what awaits us when we land.” Suprema said to everyone in the shuttle. Diana knew Forge pretty well but
not so much Juggernaut and his wife.

“This is going to be a rough landing!” Juggernaut continued as he braced himself in the corner
as Forge did his best to pilot the shuttle.. A few minutes later the shuttle pod hit the ground

“What the hell are you?!.. You ugly!” Spouted Cain as they both began to engage in battle..

Ravager tried to plead with the woman he loved lost inside the mental programing.
Jackson dropped his gun and his bio tech helmet disappeared as he grabbed his head and screamed. It felt like a hot needle burning into his brain.

“They are now gone and it’s just us!” Vulcan said as his eyes burned brighter as hot plasma fire began to form all over his body as he lifted off
the ground.
“Let’s show them how the God’s fight!” Gabriel let the blast move through his body and out of his hands towards her. Cassandra Nova disappeared
from his sight into the orange and white flames of his blast. The Hover carrier around them began to dissolve as he spread out his blast from all
directions.

“Suprema! Storm!” Jubilee responded as she hurried to her friends. When she was closer she saw another face she had not seen in a while.
“FORGE!” She shouted as she ran over and gave him a big hug to his surprise.
“We have been so worried about you! I am so glad to see that you are okay!” She said as she hugged him.
“So I am looking for Rogue and Armor! Both are hurt and Gambit is somewhere and Raiden too! The Shadow King is doing his creepy thing to the
island again but worse!” Jubilee tried to explain.

Rogue was laying on the ground after the black lightning bolt hit her. She was going in and out of consciousness as she laid on the ground. She
could hear Hisako call her name over and over again.
“I’m okay surgah!” Rogue said as she sat up but everything was spinning. “Okay maybe not. What in the hell hit me?” She asked as Armor began
to explain to her what had happened. She then heard her name being called out by a familiar voices.
“Jubilee! Forge! Over here!” Rogue called back.

After they found Jubilee and heard Rogue through the smoke.. Storm and Suprema followed
behind Forge and Jubilee in the direction of Rogue’s voice..
Ororo used the wind to open a tunnel through the smoke as they moved forward.. She tried to
blow the smoke completely away but it resisted.. Which meant that this was more than the smoke
that came from Jubilee but another dark manifestation of the Shadow King’s pocket dimension
that he has around the island..
“Faroak has gain a strong hold of the island! We must be aware of our surroundings at all times!”
She said as she spun around with a dagger in her hand that was pressed against the throat of Gambit..
“Gambit?” She spouted out when she realized who was behind her..

“Sorry Chere!. I didn't mean to surprise you like that! I was lost in the smoke.. And I swear it
was trying to lead old Gambit in circles..” He responded as Storm removed the dagger from his
throat..
“Ray is here somewhere too.. After we find Rogue and Armor we will need to find him.. He was
not in the best of shape the last that I had seen of him..” Gambit conveyed as they saw Rogue
and Armor appear at the end of the smoke tunnel..
He hurried past everyone and made his way to Rogue..
“You had Gambit worried when that lightning bolt hit you Chere!” Gambit said as he looked his
wife over to make sure she was okay..

The army that Persha was able to control was able to push back a lot of the horde as they
moved forward towards the Shadow King.. All the telepath’s were connected and now able
to act as one..
Psylocke formed a bow and arrow out of her psychic energy..
“Here we go!” Shouted Kwannon as she shot the arrow and it hit Amahl Faroak in the head..
Suddenly all the telepath’s were inside the mind of Amahl Faroak.. All of them were standing
in a crowded street market in the sixteenth century of Cairo Egypt.. For everyone on the island
it just appeared that the telepaths disappeared..
“This is where it all began!”

“We are about to touch down!. Everyone get ready!” Cyclops said as they drifted into the horde..
Once they touched the ground.. Cyclops let go of Ghost and became solid and was able to use his
powers and he did.. The instant he let go Scott unleashed a wide blast as he turned his head which
pushed the horde back and wiped a lot of them out as Ghost.. Scarlet and Jean also joined the fight..

She was floating in the air in the same spot that she was standing.. She had formed some sort of
telekinetic armor around her a lot like Hisako’s but more demonic with many tentacles flowing from
all directions..
“You think of yourself as a God?..” Nova laughed even louder as Vulcan began to blast her with his
plasma fire.. Nova quickly responded by wrapping a few tentacles around him until he could not move..
Cassandra Nova then floated to the ground and tossed Vulcan into Cyclops.. Jean Grey.. Ghost and Scarlet..
“I think this young man is yours!” She laughed..
