"Brother, I don't think I even remember what being in a family is..." Scarlett started to say as she looked at Citian and then at Crystal. "I'm sorry you got dragged into my screwy headspace, Crystal. I know you have a lot of responsibilities as queen of Atlantis. And Mom probably has Santa on speed dial or something. She used to say that, anyway."
Scarlett stopped for a minute as she tried to center herself. "Citian, I wasn't kidding about Sifora. I heard she possessed Mom, and I have this really weird feeling that was why she sent me here. I just wasn't at Harry's when it happened. She got antsy, I guess."
Crystal and Citian had been around the X-Men and her own family more than she had ever been of late. She was likely making no sense, but she had to try to get it together. "Do you two remember ever hearing about some crazy place called Bagalia? It's like a high class Madripoor for American and European crooks. Has Mom ever mentioned it at all?" she asked as she looked back toward Kari. "Maybe Galen heard her mention it? Or maybe we can ask Grandma Jean? Grandma Siofra did mention it. A lot. She didn't know I heard her. Maybe it was when the drugs were getting purged from my system and I dreamed it all up? I am a screwed up mess. When this is all over, would you guys come with me to ask? I don't want to spoil the party. I'd rather meet Jett instead. And I'm sorry Rysta isn't feeling too great. I'll catch her later."

OOC: Referring back to an incident in the board version of Civil War. Tony Stark and Reed Richards had some mystics imprisoned in the Negative Zone prison in a machine that constantly pulled at their souls. Needless to say, that was a bit of a sore spot for some....

"Actually, Ashvin and our sister Sri were here before, but I have never set foot in the mansion, so that's why no one knows me," Chetna said with a laugh as she thought about how often she had avoided showing up to see her family. "SHIELD had me stationed in Dubai for a bit, and then I got assignments in Berlin and Cairo. I hadn't been state-side in a few years."
"And no sweat on the eating differences, guys," Ashvin added as he looked at Eany and Meany starting to eat. "This one here rarely eats anyway," he said as Chetna growled at him. "You don't eat much. Except that kale smoothie stuff. That stuff is gross."
"I have never forced you to drink it," Chetna said as she rolled her eyes. "You wanted to try it once. You hated it. End of story."
"Chet, I heard they tossed you because of Ma? Is that true?" Kendra asked as she grabbed Jono's hand. "I think it went back to when Stark was the director there. Ma wanted to bust his nose after all that drama with Enya and Devnet. Who the hell gets a box that rips out people's souls and thinks it's a super duper idea?"
As Ashvin started to move his arms to get his sisters to just cool it, Chetna looked at Kendra and shook her head. "I got tossed in the general mutant purge. If Mum's history had any part in it, I have no idea. Now, as fro what I plan to do here, I have no idea. I was wondering if Pete Wisdom was around, but I don't see him. Did any of you see him?"
"He better not show up," Kendra grumbled. "Remember he was with Aunt Dana? He isn't anymore. Uncle Cormac threatened to bust his nose the next time he sees him. More family drama! Just what we need!"

long ago but I know as I get older my memory of time is off.. It was shortly after all that I became
a teacher at the school.. And I did see Pete Wisdom talking to the Professor earlier when I first

as his cousin Saber..
"Hello Aunt Scarlet.. May I ask you a question about age?.. If a person is fourteen years of age
and wants to date someone who is seventeen.. Do you think that is a problem?"

world market to create stability for some sort of foundation. The mystery is what the product or products could be that would have
such value! It’s clear that The Professor is building something big!” David said as he responded to what Havok was saying."I'm also seeing it come together too.." Laura said to David as a big smile hit her face after
taking her first bite of Gambit's gumbo..
"My God that is good!" Laura said with a grunt which made Prodigy and everyone at the table
chuckle..
"Seriously if what I think is going to happen by all the clues.. It will be interesting to see us
pull it off this time around with a better foundation then before.. We learn from our mistakes.."

It still bothered Kari that she let Hope down in the past, but now was not the time to jump into those waters. {I'm glad you picked up on that Mom..} Hope responded to Karenza as she was happy that
whatever happened in the past between them was left in the past.. Hope was embracing
Kari as her mother.. It brought excitement and nervousness to her.. All those years in the
time stream with her dad (Cable).. It was just the two of them.. Now in the present
life she had a chance to have a mother.. That was a new thing for her.. So it was scary
and exciting because she wanted to have a mother.. And now was her chance..
“You look like you have a lot on your mind.” Some of his eyes locked onto Mystique who was looking at Hope and saw Hope look over and gave
Mystique and angry look. He had forgotten about hearing how Mystique kidnapped Hope as a baby. He would wait to see what Hope would say
and not say anything about Mystique.
see someone real fast.." Hope said as she stood up and walked over and stood at Jett's side..
"Hello Scarlet I am surprised to see you.." Hope said as she looked over at Citian as she heard him
scold Jett again about his obsession to date Pixie..

think you were really ever a kid.. You had to grow up pretty damn fast and became a well
established known Warrior when you were in High school.. And that was because of the training
you had with our other cousin Keniuchio Harada The Silver Samurai.. Which is fitting since you
inherited the same mutant power.. I am very proud of you and that your a member of the X-Men..”
Shiro took a moment and took a sip of wine..
“Yuna I have been a member of the X-Men off and on for years.. Mostly off because of my devotion
to Japan.. The Professor insisted that I be here for this celebration to hear his speech.. So out of
respect I came here and I am glad that I did.. This is really nice.”
“I finally took Logan’s invitation to join the X-Men and found myself wishing that I did much earlier in my life. It took me a long time recover from
my loses. I ended up finding new purpose and love again.” Genn reached to his side and took a hold of Storm’s hand. He looked over to see a smile
and a look of pure content with a warmth in her eyes that made him feel complete.
“I am where I belong.”
so happy together.. I agree you are where you belong my friend.. And I am really happy to be here with
all of you.. I am opened to whatever the Professor has to say tomorrow.. For me right now it's just being
around and celebrating with old friends.." |

Thom hung his head as Rahne mentioned her son. "I'm sorry. Cass told me once that you lost a son. I'm still having trouble remember all the names, faces and stories. I'm sorry for your loss, and I hope you can accept my apology for not being a bit more sensitive."
As he sat there, Thom could not help but feel that he had royally screwed up everything. He took a deep breath and thought about Camelot.
"I mostly tried not to run into anyone that was related to me at first, if I am being totally honest. I am not the best at temporal mechanics, and I was afraid I'd mess something up," Thom said as he blushed a bit. He certainly did not sound like one of the "tougher kids" in the MacFeorais family group. "Once I got used to the place, I actually tried to train with some of the knights. We ended up part of a battle between Iron Man and Doctor Doom. The Iron Man was the one from this timeline and time period, and he and my mother got into it a few times. It was easier to train with the younger knights than to get caught up in that other drama."
Thom sighed as he smiled at Rahne. "I also learned I can't cook worth beans. Not even stew apparently. And my use of magic, as Merlin told me, needs immense amounts of work."
"But he did learn to play the lute!" Cass chimed in as she looked at her brother. "And he can mend saddles and leather clothing now."
"Two skills that are likely not in great demand," Thom said with a laugh. "Unless anyone wants to hear me play the lute sometime?"
"And please don't feel bad.. You said nothing wrong.. My son and my time in Asgard is an important part
of my life and for my best friend as well.." Rahne looks over at Dani.. |

"I have became a Valkyrie when I was in Asgard.. So it's not just a place to me but one of
the places that I call home and I had lived among the Valkries for a while.. Maybe in the future
I can have you and Rahne get on the back of Brightwind and fly to Asgard in the future.."

“Man I have really missed this!” Havok said out loud after a long laugh watching Nightcrawler snag Logan’s beer and then made a
speech. It was just like old times and seeing everyone together just really made Alex happy. He looked over at Vulcan and hoped
that he would be able to be the big brother that he needed. Gabriel had a lot of baggage and would need a lot of help.
"Thank you Alex for giving me a second chance. I am learning what family is to me since it had been taken from me. From what I have
seen and heard of our family it seems like a curse most of us has suffered. So again thank you brother." |
