The Ethereals
They are one of the most magically advanced species in the galaxy. Their bodies are made out of
magic itself, because of this they can change from a physical form into an energy form. In this
energy form their powers are at it's peek but as soon as they are attacked in this state they will
revert back into a physical form and become much weaker. They also stop aging once they reach
adulthood. The men of the species are born with horns and wings, while the women only have
horns.
Origin
Zeke is one of Queen Omnia's sons. He was the first born prince of the royal family, and the heir to King Ozi's throne. Although,
at the time of King Ozi's murder, Omnia changed everything in Ethereal politics to fit her needs, rather her people liked it or not.
Zeke was enraged, from her murdering his father, to forbidding him from taking the throne, and breaking the rules to get more
power was more than enough to make him despise Queen Omnia. That was when Zeke and his other two siblings formed strategic
plans to stop Omnia and Apocalypse. At every step they took to gain galactic domination, Zeke was there to slow down their
progress. Unfortunately, Omnia's sons where never able to fully stop their plans, and eventually they found out that her sons
were responsible for the delays. More importantly, they found out that Zeke was responsible for giving Duskk the opportunity
to escape. Not even Duskk knew that his half brother made it possible for him to escape. When Apocalypse and Omnia found
out, Apocalypse forced her to use her sons as lab rats for her dark magical experiments. Knowing that there was a 50% chance
that it would backfire instead of improve. Even if her dark magic did 'improve' them, Apocalypse still had more ideas for
punishment. When her magic did backfire and turn them into monsters she did feel devastated, even though she still went
on to continue following his orders so that she could have her share of the power. During the time Zeke and his brothers were
in their corrupted bird forms in the dome, they slowly started to go mad. There came a time where Zeke's other two brothers
killed each other in blind rage from the madness. After losing his brothers, he became the leader of the dark bird colony, and
did his best to keep them all safe. When the X-Men came he was already on the edge of complete madness, but when he
learned that Void ate one of his people he finally lost it. Luckily Multi took the dark magic from him and freed him from his
insanity. Now he plans on starting a new life with the X-Men and helping them stop Apocalypse. As an X-Man he will go by
the code name Dawnn to represent the bond between him and his last trusted blood relative.
